Bulbul has a chat with Ruhana and invites her at Vineet’s home on Sunday. Even, Vineet invited Vinay for the same day. Vineet also surprises Bulbul by gifting her a smartphone and convinces her to talk to Ruhana and her friends. On the other hand, Bulbul innocently tells him that Ruhana worries a lot for her. Vineet explains her that its natural. People who are hurt in the past, take every step carefully. Same is the case with her sister. Though, she hardly got his point, but Bulbul agrees with Vineet.

On the other hand, Abhijeet reaches his home and finds Tarika worried. He asks her the matter but she asks him to freshen up and she made tea for the two of them. Abhijeet enquires about his daughter at which Tarika tells him that she is out with Vinay. He nods and praises the guy who has always supported them. Tarika shares her worry with him.

“Abhijeet! Tum Ruhana se baat karo na. Wo koshish kar rahi hain lekin hamari bachi khush nahi hain.” Tarika says sorrowfully.

“Tarika, main jaanta hoon, wo sab bhulana aasan nahi hain Ruhana ke liye, lekin aage toh badhna hoga na.” Abhijeet says.

“Jaanti hoon main. Infact, Ruhana bhi jaanti hain. Wo toh ye keh rahi thi ki wo Vinay jaisa dost paakar khush hain bahut. Lekin uska ateet usey har pal pareshan karta hain. Uska darr, uski pareshani mujhse dekhi nahi jaati , Abhijeet. Aur humne toh usse ek aur baat chhupayi hain.”   Tarika says, concerned about her daughter.

“Mujhse bhi nahi dekha jaata, Tarika. Lekin jo humne tab kiya aur jo ab kar rahe hain, usme Ruhana ki bhalai hi hain na.” Abhijeet says.

“ Lekin meri bachi ko toh takleef ho rahi hain na! Ek sach chhupane ke liye aur kitne jhooth bolne honge Abhijeet! Agar usey sab pata chal gaya toh kya hoga? Ye soch kar hi mujhe darr lagta hain.” Tarika says, her eyes turn teary as she thinks about her daughter.

“Nahi Tarika! Usey ye nahi pata chalna chahiye. Ruhana ko ye kabhi pata nahi chalna chahiye ki Vineet kaun hain!  Sirf Bulbul ki suraksha zaroori hain is samay! Bas ye case nipat jaye, fir main khud Bulbul ko wapas le aaunga.”  Abhijeet says.

Tarika nods, she wants to say something, but before that, they hear Ruhana entering the house. Ruhana looks at them.

“Kya hua aap dono ko? Sab thik hain na?” Ruhana asks, reading the expressions on her parents’ face.

“Wrong timing, Ruhana. Uncle-aunty kuch personal baatein kar rahe honge! Aapne disturb kardiya.”  Vinay says, as he enters the house following the lady.

“Kuch bhi, Vinay! “ Ruhana smiles while the guy giggles at his own words.

“Arey tum dono itni jaldi aa gaye!” Tarika asks, she assumed that they’ll be late.

“Aapki beti ko ghar aane ki jaldi thi! Ab inki baat main kaise taal deta!” Vinay says innocently, his charm could win any heart.

“ Aisa kuch nahi hain, mumma! Inhe ek meeting attend karni hain. Isliye hum aa gaye. Abhi yahan inhe drama sujh raha hain.”  Ruhana makes a face at her friend.

“Sorry sorry! I was just kidding. Is bahane se ye muskurati aur kuch bolti toh hain.” Vinay says while glancing at Ruhana.

Ruhana shakes her head, well she knows, he has a gut to make her smile. He is quite different from all the men she has met for the wedding purposes. She has developed a kind of liking and she can’t deny the fact. Meanwhile, Vinay takes his leave and Ruhana asks him if he can join her to visit Vineet’s home. He agrees, telling her that he will inform her.

Once, Vinay leaves, Ruhana moves to her room to freshen up while Abhijeet and Tarika share a glance.

“Abhijeet, please tumhe jo karna hain, jaldi karo. Ab main apni beti ko aur takleef mein nahi dekh sakti. Main chahti hoon ki ab jaldi se jaldi Vinay aur Ruhana ki shadi ho jaye.” Tarika says.

“Tum thik keh rahi ho! Main kal hi Vinay ke papa se baat karta hoon.” Abhijeet assures his wife and the two disperse — Tarika moves to prepare dinner while Abhijeet has to finish some task at hand, so he gets busy with that.

Vineet’s home

Bulbul is still playing with her new phone when Vineet enters the living area after taking a shower. He sits on the couch and looks at Bulbul.

“Hmm! So someone is enjoying the gift?” He asks, raising his eyebrows at the girl.

“Yass! Thank you!” Saying so, she shifts to his side and kisses his cheek, at which Vineet is surprised.

“Aur aapko pata hain isme bahut saare games hain. Isme picture apps hain, maza aayega! Kal hum dher saari pictures kheenchenge, jab Di aayengi tab.” Bulbul chuckles, showing the phone to Vineet.

“Acha thik hain. Lekin ab pehle khana kha lein? Bhookh lagi hogi na?”  Vineet asks, poking her stomach.

“Bahut zor se bhookh lagi hain. Chalo! “ Bulbul jumps on her toes and pulls his hand in order to make him stand.

He lets her do the same and they sit for dinner. That day, Bulbul makes the old man have his dinner with them only. Vineet didn’t say anything because he too, takes the old man as his guardian. He might be serving Vineet, and the latter is paying him, but Vineet respects him equally.

Later, after dinner, Bulbul makes a video call to Ruhana and to tell her that Vineet got her a gift. Ruhana smiles and responds to the girl, though, she can’t make herself trust Vineet. After talking with Ruhana, Bulbul peaks into Vineet’s room which is adjacent to her room. She finds him standing near the window and staring in the sky. She enters the room with cat paws and then hugs him, locking her arms around his waist. Vineet is startled but calms down and smears her head.

“Aap akeley kyun khade hain? Aur aap kya dekh rahe ho?” Bulbul asks him innocently.

“Bas aise hi! Taaron ko dekh kar sukoon milta hain mujhe! Toh bas wahi dekh raha tha!” Vineet replies.

“ Waise aapko star princess mili?  Maine ek story mein padha tha!” Bulbul says innocently while Vineet laughs at her words.

“Mujhe star princess ki kya zaroorat hain, mujhe toh already ek princess mil gayi hain na!” Saying so, he tweaks Bulbul’s nose and the girl giggles.

“Aapka matlab hain main Princess hoon?”  Bulbul looks at her uncle who nods his head positively.

“Of course! Isliye toh sab aapse itna pyar karte hain. Aapki Di, Vinay ji, Ashaji aur baaki sab log bhi!” He says as he cups her face.

“Wo toh hain! Aapko pata hain, Roo Di bhi kabhi kabhi mujhe princess kehti hain. Lekin …” Bulbul says, but gets sad at the moment.

“Lekin kya? Kya hua?” Vineet asks, assuming that something is wrong.

Bulbul looks at Vineet intently and then smiles at him.

“Lekin pehle toh Princess jaisa feel bhi nahi hota tha. Mumma papa bhi nahi hain. Lekin fir bhagwan ne Roo Di ko aur fir aapko bhej diya. Abhi aap toh mujhe princess ke jaise treat karte ho, uske liye thank you.” Bulbul says and then hugs him.

Vineet is touched, he embraces the girl in his arms, smearing her head. For the first time, he’s deeply connected with someone. And along with him, she took her sister’s name. The lady doesn’t like him, but he wants to erase all the hate that Ruhana holds for him. Maybe, Bulbul can help.

Vineet can’t help but feel a connect to Ruhana which he cannot decipher. The more he wants to decipher it, the more complicated it gets.

Vineet is so lost in thoughts that he didn’t realise when Bulbul fell asleep in his arms. He lifts the girl in his arms and takes her to his room. He tucks her in the bed, covers her with the duvet and kisses her head softly. The girl smiles in her sleep and Vineet leaves the room making sure that she is fine.

While sleep is away from his eyes — reasons being the man, Makhija and also Ruhana, with whom, he can’t decipher his relationship. He sighs deeply and lets it go, he has to find other ways to do the tasks.
