[Ash's POV]

"M-misty! " I exclaimed as I hugged her. "I-i missed you. "

"I missed you too Ash. " We pulled away from each other.

"Um.. Ash? Who are they? " Misty asked

"Oh they are my traveling companions. " I said. "Misty. This is Serena. "

"Hi. " Serena greeted briefly

"This is Bonnie. "

"Wow! Misty. You really have beautiful Cerulean Eyes. " Bonnie said

"Thanks.. " Misty thanked blushing slightly

"And this is Clemont. " I said. "He is also the Luminous City Gym Leader. "

"Wow. Really? " Misty said

"It's really an honor to meet you Misty. " Clemont said. "You are an Elite 4."

"Thanks. " Misty said smiling

"Ash! Welcome back. " Someone said. We all turned around to see my mother, Delia.

"Mom!" I said as I wrapped my arms around her.

"Oh Ash. Are those your new companions? " Mom asked

"Yup! Clemont, Bonnie and Serena. " I said

"Why don't you all come in and I'll cook up something nice. " Mom said

"Yes! " We all said

"Okay then! " Mom said going to the kitchen.

"Hey Mist? " I asked. "Why are you here in Pallet? "

"Oh. My sister told me that you will be coming to Kanto so I climbed on my bike and rode here. " Misty answered

"Oh. " I said

"So Misty? Will you be happy to take care of my brother?! " Bonnie asked

"BONNIE! " Clemont yelled. Clemont's invention pulled her back. "I'm sorry. She does that all the time. "

"It's fine. But I like somebody else. " Misty said. Jealousy went through my body. Who is this person?!

"DINNER! " Mom yelled from across the room.

[Time Skip]

"It was delicious Mrs. Ketchum. " Misty complimented

"Oh Misty. You could always call me Delia. " Mom said

"It was delicious! " We all complimented.

"It's getting late. What about you stay here for a while Misty? " Mom asked

"Really? " Misty asked

"Yup. You can sleep in Ash's room. " Mom said.

"Mom?! But where will she sleep on?! " I asked

"In your bed. " Mom said. "But if you ever do some fun. Make sure to have protection. " Mom winked at me.

Misty and I's faces turned deep red.

"M-mom!! That isn't like that at all! " I exclaimed. "Not funny at all!! You know that there isn't anything between us!! "

Mom just giggled and smiled. She gave me the 'I know you love her' look. I blushed and turned my head away.

"Clemont, Bonnie and Serena? " Mom turned to them. "You'll be sleeping in the extra room we have in the house. "

"Okay. " Clemont and Bonnie said while Serena nodded

"Okay now. Go changed to your pajamas and get some sleep. " Mom said as we nodded.

We all went to our respective rooms and changed... Separately.

[Time Skip]

I jumped on my bed and feathers flew around. Misty went into the bed and layed down.

"This is so awkward. " I said

"Yeah. " Misty replied

The Next Day....

I yawned. I rubbed eyes and looked at Misty. She looks so peaceful.

"Misty looks so peaceful when she's sleeping. " I said

"Thanks? " Someone said. I turned my head to see Misty all up and alive.

"I didn't know you we're all up already. " I said

"Yup. "

"ASH! BREAKFAST! "

[Time Skip]

"Hey Ash? May I talk to you? " Serena asked

"Uh.. Sure. " I answered

"In a private manner. " Serena said. I followed her to the back of the house.

"So what do you want to talk about? " I asked

"W-well.. I-i love you Ash! " Serena said blushing.

I blinked. I was shocked. But... I don't love her... I love someone else. But.. I also don't want to crush her feelings. But I know a certin traveling companion of mine has a crush on the honey blond.

"I-i.. I'm sorry Serena. " I said. She started to tear up.

"I-its fine.. " Serena said

"But I do know someone who likes you. " I blurted out. I covered my mouth.

"Who? " Serena asked while wiping her tears.

"You'll find out soon. " I said. "But we will stay as friends.. "

"Okay! " She finally lighten up. We went back into the house.

[Time Skip]

"Oh I really have to go. " Misty said

"Oh. " I said sadly.

"We'll see soon. " Misty said

"Yup. On your Sweet 16!" I said

"Okay then! " Misty said before saying her goodbyes and went on her bike then went off to Ceruelan.

'Wait I just realize. That bike was the Bike I 'borrowed. ' I smiled at the memories.

'Wait. Her Sweet 16 is coming... I'll... '
