[Narrator's POV]

Ash Ketchum and his companions are in Coumarine City's Pokemon Center. Ash was waiting for his Pokemon to get all healed up.

"Ash? " Nurse Joy asked

"Yes Nurse Joy? " Ash asked

"Here are your Pokemon. All are all healed up. " Nurse Joy said

"Thanks Nurse Joy. " Ash thanked

"Oh and Ash. Someone has a message for you from Cerulean City. " Nurse Joy said

"Cerulean City? " Ash asked. "Okay then. Thanks Nurse Joy. "

"Cerulean City.. " Ash thought.

Ash went to a videophone and waited for someone to pick up the phone.

"Oh Um.. Hello! OH FINALLY ITS ASH! " Someone said.

"Daisy? " Ash asked

"Oh My! You still remember my name. Anyways. " Daisy said. "You have to go back to Kanto. "

"What Why!? " Ash asked

Serena heard this and started eavesdropping

"Because. It's Misty's Sweet 16 in a week and you like haven't seen here for like 3-4 years. " Daisy said

"Oh yeah.." Ash said

"Cmon Ash. You have to. Anyways gtg. I have to prepare Misty's dress. " Daisy said before hanging up

'Misty!? ' Serena thought. "Who is this!? '

Pikachu went up to Ash.

"Pikapi? "

"Pikachu? What about we pay Misty a visit? " Ash asked

"Pika! Pikachipi!! "

"That what I thought. I really need to go back home. " Ash said

"Back home? " Someone asked. Ash turned to see Clemont, Bonnie and Serena.

"Oh just for a few days or so. " Ash said

"For what? " Serena asked trying not to seem like she was eavesdropping on Ash's conversation.

"For my bestfriend, Misty! " Ash said

"Pikachupi! "

"Misty? You mean the Elite 4 Misty? " Clemont asked

"ELITE 4!?" Ash yelled

"Here. " Clemont said as he gave Ash a magazine with the list of Elite 4s from the regions.

Ash searched for Misty and then he saw her. She was still as beautiful as ever. Ash blushed and gave the magazine back to Clemont.

"So you're leaving us?! " Serena asked furiously

"What about you guys come? " Ash asked

"That would be AWESOME! " Bonnie said happily

"Yeah it would. Meeting an Elite 4 will sure be awesome. " Clemont said

"Sure. " Serena agreed. 'I can make this girl's life into a living hell. ' Serena thought

"That's awesome! We'll take the ferry to Kanto tomorrow. " Ash said

"Pika! "

"But first I'm getting hungry. " Ash said.

"Me too. " Bonnie whined

"No worries. I'll borrow the Pokemon Center's kitchen and cook up something delicious! " Clemont said

"I cant wait! " Ash said

"Okay then. " Clemont said before asking Nurse Joy.

"So Ash can you tell us more about this Misty person. " Serena asked trying not to be jealous

"She was my first traveling companion. Remember Pikachu? " Ash asked his parter

"Pikachupi! "

"Wow! You guys might have a lot of history together. " Bonnie said in amazement.

"Yeah. I was really sad when she left me to be the Cerulean City Gym Leader. " Ash said sadly

"Oh. " Serena said

"Pika.. "

"But still I know that we will always be friends forever. " Ash said

"So what does this Misty person look-like? " Serena asked

"Oh yeah you guys didn't see the picture. " Ash said. "She has orange hair. "

"Orange? " Serena asked

"She has beautiful Cerulean Eyes. " Ash describes Misty even more.

Serena's eyes we're burning with anger.

"You must have a crush on this Misty. " Bonnie teased

"What! N-no! " Ash denied blushing

"Lunch is serve! " Clemont said

"yay! " They said then they ate up.

[Ash's POV]

After that conversation with Daisy I never stopped thinking about Misty. I swear I have this feeling.

My Mom used to tell this feeling to me but... What was it?

"Ash? " Serena asked

"Serena? " I asked

"Should you be asleep? " Serena asked

"Yeah. " Ash said. "Hey Serena? What's this feeling where you feeling constant affection for someone? "

"It's love Ash. " Serena giggled

"O-oh.. " Ash said. "Goodnight. "

[Serena's POV]

What's up with Ash? Wait.. No it can't be. No way. He can't be in love with Misty!! He needs to love me!

I smirked. I will make this girl's life a living hell.

[The Next Day]

Ash's POV

I woke happily. I'm going back to Kanto. I can't wait.

"Pikachu? Wake up! " I woke up the sleepy Pikachu.

"Pikapi? "

"We're going to Kanto today. " I said

"Pikachupi! "

I stood up and prepared myself. I made sure I didn't look like a nervous wreck.

"Good Morning Ash. " Someone said. I turned to see Clemont, Bonnie and Serena all ready.

"Good Morning. "

"Let's have breakfast before going to the ferry to Kanto. " Clemont said.

"Okay Sure. " I slapped my hat and Pikachu went up my shoulders. I got my backpack and went and had breakfast.

"Are we all ready to go to Kanto, Clemont? " I asked

"Yup. All ready. " Clemont said. "You're really excited to go back to Kanto. "

"Yup! " I said. "Lets go! "

[At The Ferryboat]
[Time Skip]

"Wow! A Ferryboat! " Bonnie said in amazement.

"You have never rode on one? " I asked

"Yeah. Only my brother has. " Bonnie pouted

"Now you have rode in one. " I said

"Yup! " Bonnie said

"Dedenne! " Dedenne came out of Bonnie's small pocket.

Then we heard arguing.

[Clemont's POV]

I just borrowed the ferry's kitchen to cook something and then Serena comes in and told me that she needs the whole kitchen for the macaroons she needs to bake.

"Serena let's just share the kitchen. " I said

"Well I need the whole kitchen. " Serena shot back.

We then argued for a few minutes until Ash and Bonnie came in on us arguing.

Then Ash spoke up. "Did you ever heard the saying that when two people fight they really care about each other. "

Serena and I blushed and turned away from each other.

"Me care about him?!"

"Me care about her?! "

In all seriousness I really liked Serena but I know she likes Ash. Taking for granted that she is traveling with us because of Ash.

"You know what. " Ash said. "That was literally the reaction of Misty and I along time ago. "

"Tch. Anyways Clemont. Let's just share the kitchen" Serena said. I nodded

Ash's POV

Here we are. Kanto. We got off the ship and stretched. It was already night time and I'm craving for dinner.

"Cmon! Pallet Town is this way! " I said as I ran towards Pallet Town.

"Wait Ash!! " Serena yelled

"But I can't! " I said as I continued running to Pallet Town

[TIME SKIP]

I panted as I arrived to Pallet Town. I turned around to see exhausted Serena, Bonnie and Clemont behind.

"I'm sorry guys. " I apologized.

"It's fine. " Serena panted

"Let's go. " I said as we walked to my house.

[TIME SKIP]

We finally arrived. I opened the door to see a familiar Red-Head.

"A-ash?! "
