I awake with a start, thinking that what happened was a dream. Looking around I quickly realize it was not for there is Flowey softly snoring, tightly wrapped around my arm. I gently shake my arm to try and wake him up.
"Pst! Flowey, time to wake up." I whisper to him which in response he groans.
"Ten more minutes Chara....." he mumbles. I giggle at this a stand up anyway. I make my way to the hallway grabbing the pot with the buttercup flower in it and replacing it with Flowey.
"Okay, seriously Flowey, you've gotta wake up." I say poking his petal. He awakes with a jolt slapping my hand away with his leaf.
"I'm up, I'm up." He yawns while stretching. He wiggles a bit before sighing in relief. "That feels so much better."
"I'm glad." I giggle. I then smell a strong wig of butterscotch. "Goat mom made the pie!!!!" I shout running to the kitchen after grabbing Flowey's pot. I screech to a halt as I make it to the kitchen seeing Toriel placing a piece of pie onto a plate. "Thanks goat mom!" I say as she hands me the plate. I take the fork and take a piece off handing it to Flowey then taking a piece for me after he takes it.
"Well? Do you like it?" Toriel asks.
"Omg yes! It's better than I ever could have thought it would be!!!!" I say finishing the pie. "Hey goat mom?" I ask slightly nervous since I don't want to fight her.
"Yes child?" She responds.
"Um... I was hoping I could visit snowdin. I don't want to fight you, I just can't stand being so cramped in the ruins. There is also someone I'm dying to meet." Toriel takes a blank expression before she excuses herself to go downstairs. I immediately follow her knowing what happens next.
"You wish to know how to return, "home," do you not? Ahead of us lies the end of the RUINS. A one-way exit to the rest of the underground. I am going to destroy it. No one will ever be able to leave again. Now be a good child and go upstairs." She says expressionless.
"No, goat mom! Don't destroy it!" I shout as I continue to follow her.
"Every human that falls down here meets the same fate. I have seen it again and again. They come. They leave. They die. You naive child... If you leave the Ruins... They... ASGORE... will kill you. I am only protecting you, do you understand? Go to your room." She continues.
"No he won't! I know asgore won't hurt me! I'll be fine!" I say almost crying.
"Do not try to stop me. This is your final warning." She says approaching the tall door.
"Goat mom please, don't do this!" I say hugging Flowey to me.
"You want to leave so badly? Hmph. You are just like the others." She says sounding disappointed.
"Toriel, please, I would love to stay with you but I need to meet someone I've been dying to get to know." I say knowing it is falling on deaf ears.
"There is only one solution to this. Prove yourself. Prove to me that you are worthy." She shouts igniting her hands in flames. "Fight me or run away!"
"Mom I don't want to fight you!!!!" I yell as the battle begins.

After the battle I turn around watching her leave.
"Goodbye goat mom. I'll see you when this is all over..." I turn back around and face the door. Taking a big breath to gain my confidence I push open to exit to the ruins to meet with the love of my dreams...

A/N: sup guys!!! So, I hope you all don't mind me putting videos of the battles up here because I'm not good at writing action scenes. Anyway, worked really hard on this. My husband wasn't helping. He kept throwing clothes at my face while I was writing this. Anyway, I'll be continuing this soon so keep a heads up.
