It was another one of her nights when the word “sleep” would run away from her. Yoon Min sighed being frustrated and changed her position on the bed. She really wanted to sleep. Being tired after working the whole day, she could definitely use some sleep for rest. But fate planned something else for her.

She sat upright, hand going through her knotted hair as she messed it up more. Suddenly, she had a slight hint of something so she looked back on the bed. As she guessed, her body was peacefully sleeping while her soul was up.

She is in her dream travel.

“Great!” she shut her eyes and turned more upset. Frankly she wasn’t a fan of the gift she was bestowed. It's just a waste of time. Well, it's better to sleep than to escape everyone’s presence, right?

Knowing there's nothing she could do by sitting on her bed, she got up and stood in front of her mirror. It was late night since the whole universe was drifted into a sweet sleep. Yoon Min staring at her reflection suddenly recalled something else coincidentally. Or someone.

He must be awake too.

Curving a shameless wide smile, she no longer felt frustrated as her mind was filled with many fun activities she could do with him tonight. Grabbing a decent dress and fixing her hair, she made her way out of her chamber in search of him.

Maybe both of them could spend the night together.

The stars were glistening in the dark blue sky. The night was ever so bright that shined across every place. When Yoon Min stepped outside, the cold creepy wind greeted her and made her feel chills. Shaking her head sideways, she began to walk around, eyes searching for that specific guardian. She couldn’t find him anywhere inside the department or the school. There was a high possibility he was outside.

As she took small steps along with the beautifully craved stone path, the sky was enhancing its color and brightening the cloudy lights. It felt like she was going to the right direction.

Somehow, she ended up in the magical forest of the universe. It's her first time here though she heard about the forest's enchantments, fascinating powers and mystical creatures that lived within. Yoon Min had a feel that he might not be here since it’s not in his interest but anyway decided to explore the unknown place. It might be fun.

She encountered the obscure ambience of the forest's unique trees and the designs curved on the woods. The ground beneath her was spreading tiny rays of lights wherever she was stepping. It wasn’t even a long time but she fell in love with it.

Her ears caught the sound of water nearby so she found interest to follow it. Who knows, she might find a river or a lake. And the thing that always enlightened her was no element in Love Universe was as same as in Earth. There was a beauty, magic hidden inside which made it look so beautiful. A river sounded nice for beauty.

The sound was getting heavier and she was already feeling the sensation of water droplets. Walking around trees and large rocks, she finally arrived in a destination that made her gasp by its amazing beauty. She was actually wrong of her gutt feeling.

It wasn’t any river or lake. There was a huge waterfall in her sight. Not just any ordinary waterfall; a waterfall that was majestically large and each water drops were shining like diamonds. It was gushing over the rocks. At its widest point, it was surging and plunging down the mountain. It had a beautiful serenity-pool at the bottom. It was veneer clear. The waterfall was thundering down into the pool like a gigantic water spout. When it toppled into the ecstasy-pool, it foamed at the bottom. The rest of the pool was as clear as cellophane, enabling her to see down into the rocky bottom. Fronds of forest-green plants waved gently in the depths. The waterfall looked like a sheet of blue velour as it swished down. Its edges were hemmed with whipped-white lines. The cute sounds of frogs croaking around and the chirping of little birds even at night made it look like a artwork of heaven.

Gasping at the mind-blowing beauty, Yoon Min was left astonished yet another creation left to her eyes. She wanted to dance in the waterpool with the nature as her audience unknowingly. Though she forbade herself from her crazy idea.

And then, her eyes caught someone else, standing not so far from the pool bank, his undescribable scent and glow still attracting her without her permission. But the thing she was surprised was he was not alone.

Yoon Min was glad to find him sooner than she expected. She didn’t think he would be in the forest as well. She walked along the edge of the rocks, getting her feet dripped inside the pool. Her sound of walking cautioned him so he turned around slowly. He showed the broadest smile he could ever show and gestured her to come to him with his hand.

She was closer to his spot than before but still maintained a safe distance from him. Not actually him, she didn’t know if she should be scared or blessed to see a creature beside him, looking like the best pet anyone could have. She also didn’t know Seokjin had a pet.

“Whoa, what is it?” she asked once she was near to him.

He chuckled seeing her interest, “A Pegasus.” he stroked his hand over the white skin of the big, strong horse in adoration and it was responding to him by cooing. Its large white wings were beautifully attached to the side of its back, just like magic.

“Come on, don't be afraid. He's a real sweet fellow.” Seokjin encouraged the young woman to pet the magical creature too.

Yoon Min trusted his instinct and with a heavy inhale, she walked over to the winged-horse and stood in front of him. The horse was staring at the unknown guardian with wonder and caution, thinking if he should trust her or not. She was thinking the same too. Whether his pet would be comfortable with her or not.

“Start by caressing its head.”

She gulped down and raised her hand slowly to touch the skin of its head. Placing her hand gently on the skin right between its eyes, she moved her hand softly in the language of caressing. Watching the horse not complaining instead he mingled into her touch, she smiled and took control to caress the horse as much as possible.

The horse talked a few neighs as her both hands were cupping his head adorably and stroking its skin ever so gently. She was speaking a few compliments which made the horse completely under spell. He loved her.

“Looks like he found a new master.”

Seokjin smiled as he walked to her.

“What's his name?” Yoon Min asked, earning a glance from him.

He hummed in his thoughts for some seconds as if he was thinking whether or not he should tell her.

“Eclipse.”

She grinned in joy as she gave a compliment, “I like it. It suits him.”

The pegasus blushed a little at the compliment.

Seokjin smiled seeing how she was already petting him like a mother.

Yoon Min looked at him and asked an interesting question, “How can he see us? We're in our dream travel, right?”

He nodded and placed his hand over the horse's neck side, “Animals can see us, hear us, feel us. They are an exception to the universe.”

Taking his answer to be correct, she returned to her business which was praising the good horse repeatedly.

“Are there other pegasuses?” she asked curiously.

Seokjin leaned his back against the horse's back side and surprisingly, it didn’t complain. Eclipse was indeed a good boy. “Sure, there are many around here. Pegasuses, Unicorns, Phoenixes, Hydras, Aqrabuemelus, Griffins...what not?”

Yoon Min's curiosity grew more as she focused herself on him now, “Aren't these all fairytale creatures? They aren’t supposed to be real.”

He smirked lightly at her innocence, “Unless they were real once but committed suicide.”

Her mouth parted away in shock as she stared at him. Animals took their own lives too?

“All of them lived in Earth billions of years ago. When some humans began to realize their existence, they wrote them as characters from their stories and tales. None of them clearly stated the truth that these animals were real. So these magical creatures were hurt deeply and one by one, they took their own life out of sorrow and rage. They wanted to be acknowledged in the world too, not as fairytale creatures.”

Yoon Min's gaze softened as she looked at Eclipse. He must've felt the same too. These beautiful animals which should be treasured and protected; humans used them for their own success of imagination. They were considered not real. Even they were not now.

Her frown caught his attention. He himself felt ashamed of humans, his own kind.

“If you go deep in the forest, you can find the other magical creatures too. Eclipse seems to like to be away from his kinds so we met and became good friends.” out of nowhere, he took an apple from his pocket and fed it to his pet.

Yoon Min giggled and pouted, “I want a pet too.”

“You can have Eclipse. Whatever mine is yours anyway.”

Her eyes brightened in joy, wisely ignored his heart fluttering words as she squealed like a fan-girl, “Really? Thank you, Seonbae!”

She again caressed the horse as if she was his mother. And he remained in his position still, watching her adoring the horse as if its her own in wonder and joy.

Fireflies as little sparkles were flying everywhere, above the water waves. Yoon Min curiously asked him since she's always full with questions, “Eclipse can fly, right?”

Seokjin nodded and placed his hand over one of its wings to caress it.

“Is that so? Really, Eclipse? Can you fly high above the sky? Oh, you're such a good boy!” she hugged his large head and giggled. The horse was already in love with her.

Seokjin found an interesting idea which he knew she might like.

“Hey, wanna fly?”

Yoon Min looked at him, raising an eyebrow.

“Eclipse is a nice flyer. I've seen it.” he added.

“You have ridden him before?” her smile grew more.

He nodded positively and said, “We traveled across the magnificent universe many nights.”

There was this urge and ambition inside her to go on a journey with her new pet. She might see the galaxy, the stars, the new unknown ahead in infinity.

Seokjin saw her hesitating a little. Although he knew it won't take her time to agree, he still tried to convince her in his own way. He glanced at the pegasus and started to talk, “Hey Eclipse, looks like we got a new partner in our adventure. What do you say? Wanna take her with us?”

The horse neighed and nodded his head.

Yoon Min chuckled at his action and patted its head again.

“Okay.”

Seokjin clapped his hands once in victory and the facial expression he was wearing was so beautiful. As if he was so happy to be with her. So delighted to show her the unknown embellishment.

“Alright, let's get you on. Where do you want to sit? Behind me or in front of me?”

Yoon Min was taken aback by his question. She didn’t expect him to come along but quickly understood that he couldn't let her go with a pegasus all alone since he's very protective over her. She quirked an eyebrow up and folded her arms over her chest,

“Is there any difference?”

“Of course. If you sit behind me, you can rest your head on my back and enjoy the atmosphere. And if you're in front of me, you can watch the whole scenery.” he slightly smirked.

She poked her tongue inside her cheek in judgement. As much as she was already happy that he'll be coming along, there wasn’t that much difference of where she sat. He will be close to her anyway.

“I'm gonna sit in the front.” saying she walked closer to the horse's back.

Seokjin asked in amusement, “Are you sure? I won't take responsibility if you fall down.” he was joking.

She glared at him which caused him to laugh like an old man. Sighing, she put her hands over the backbone of the pegasus and stopped.

“Uh...how do I get on?”

Seokjin chuckled at her cute height and went behind her back. “Wait, I'll help you.” And without any notice, he held her waist by his strong arms and raised her above the ground like a bird. Yoon Min gasped when she was put on the horse's back easily. Her hand clutched its fur tightly and there was that familiar feeling in her body again. Seokjin easily got on the horse's back right behind her and slowly leaned closer to her while placing his both arms on her sides in case she fell down. His arm went around her waist but they were placed on the horse's skin to control him.

She felt his hot breath really near to her ear as she gulped down nervously. She was too excited at the same time too nervous.

“Well, Eclipse. Take us as high as you can!” he patted its skin twice which caused him to neigh loudly and suddenly began running on the ground.

Yoon Min's breath hitched when he was going too fast as she began to panic a little. Eclipse ran really fast and suddenly, he took off from the ground with a jump and his large wings flapped with force as the wind lured him above. His wings beautifully flapped in the air rhythmically as he neighed lowly to assure them they were gonna be alright.

The pegasus was flying so high from the ground and he began to go even more higher. Yoon Min shut her eyes tight and panicked in fright as her fingers held the horse more tightly. The next moment, she felt herself being embraced from the back with one arm and she flinched a little when he heard him whispering to her, “It's okay. You are alright. Nothing will happen to you.”

Immediately like the touch of magic, she calmed down as she was able to open her eyes but still gripped his fur tightly. She felt Seokjin holding her in a very protective, comfortable way that she could even fall asleep if she wanted. Her whole face was red and she just wanted to smile as much as she could. She was gonna be alright as long as he was destined to be by her side.

Eclipse neighed again and speeded up to reach fastly into the unlimited sky. The strong air pushed both the guardians as a result, Yoon Min's back collided with Seokjin's chest and he tightened his grip around her more. She was glad for the first time that her heart wasn’t alive because if it was, it would've beat thousand times faster right now. The pain in her heart disappeared as soon as their skin touched like a touch of blessing.

As she was riding a magical creature with an unexceptionable man towards the infinite world of stars, moons, clouds; she couldn’t wait to see what fate had stored for the next beautiful moment for them.
