"jinhyuk" wooseok whispered, tugging onto the vampire's sleeve, "who's that? do you know her?" he was curious as to why the vampire had suddenly frozen up next to him and why the girl knew jinhyuk's name.

he'd never seen the girl in their school before, so he doubted they went to their school. she was pretty too— making him kind of insecure. he shouldn't be considering he didn't know how the girl was related to his vampire boyfriend.

"lets go" wooseok tensed up hearing the cold tone of jinhyuk's voice. it's been a while since he's heard that. he couldn't help but become curious as to who the girl was now.

"but she's—"

"jinhyukie!" wooseok's sentenced was cut off by her. jinhyuk gritted his teeth before looking at the girl. he was shocked. he didn't think he'd see her here. he didn't know how to react— happy or angry? sad or mad? he didn't know.

"eunhee" he uttered the name out a second time before swallowing his saliva. if he'd seen her a few months ago before he might've had a different reaction. he might've been happy to see her again, despite disappearing a few years ago without saying a single word.

but now, he didn't know how to feel. he was conflicted. it was all because of the shorter standing beside him. wooseok made him feel things like how she once did. but the only difference was— wooseok didn't leave him.

"its been a while hasn't it?" the girl giggled, approaching jinhyuk with big smile, "i'm surprised i actually found you here. your dad said you attended this school so he signed me up here too" the girl then looked at wooseok and smiled a little, "is this your friend? ah! that was rude of me, i'm son eunhee, jinhyuk's girlfriend"

both wooseok and jinhyuk's eyes popped out of their sockets. wooseok glanced over at jinhyuk and looked at him, "g-girlfriend?"

"eunhee" jinhyuk called out coldly, "let's talk somewhere else" he turned to look at wooseok and patted his head softly, "can you go home by yourself today? i'm sorry. i didn't think she would show up"

wooseok was still in a dazed state as he nodded, watching jinhyuk and the girl walk off in the distance. wait— was he shaking? he was trembling. his legs could barely hold himself up. what was this feeling?

"don't be stupid wooseok" he smacked himself on his cheeks with both hands, "there must be some sort of misunderstanding. there's no way jinhyuk would cheat on you"

he finally calmed himself down and started to walk back to his house, his head still pondering on who the girl was. he was going to call jinhyuk later and ask him, was what wooseok decided before skipping home and touching his lips with a goofy smile on his face.

he couldn't let something like that make him sad when he just received his first kiss from jinhyuk.

while wooseok was walking home alone, jinhyuk and eunhee had stopped by an empty park, jinhyuk sitting down on one of the benches next to her, keeping his distance.

"you seem really close with him" eunhee said, looking down at her lap, "you've changed ever since i left"

"i guess" jinhyuk answered coldly, hugging his backpack to his chest, "why are you back here?"

eunhee frowned, sliding closer to jinhyuk, "i thought you'd be happy to see me back. you're my boyfriend aren't you—"

"i'm not your boyfriend" jinhyuk cut off, glaring at her before getting up, "we've been over since you left without saying a single word to me. have you ever thought about how i felt?" he turned his back to her and let out a sigh before leaving.

the girl quickly got up and grabbed jinhyuk's hand from behind, making him stop in his tracks, "what?"

"b-but didn't you like me?" eunhee asked, looking down at the ground, "i'm sorry i couldn't say anything. my dad made it a last minute thing before i could tell you or seungwoo or yuvin"

jinhyuk looked down, a pile of guilt flooding over him. he misunderstood the situation now that he heard it from her, but he couldn't help but feel the same pain he felt four years ago. he was frustrated.

he yanked his hand out of her grip harshly, "i'm not in the mood to see you" he continued to walk out of the park, pulling down his cap to hide his face.

not even a single 'goodbye' or 'wait for me to come back' came out of her mouth when she left. he would've felt better and forgiven her then, but he couldn't. she could've sent him a single text message, or even called him. she didn't know how much he went looking for her when she didn't come to school for a week.

maybe he was too harsh. maybe he should've forgiven her. it was all in the past after all. why would he get so hung up on this? he has wooseok now. he doesn't need her in his life. it was because of her that he started to meet wooseok after all. he trusted wooseok. wooseok wouldn't leave him.

"i should apologize tomorrow" jinhyuk muttered to himself, crossing the street to head over to seungwoo's neighborhood and crash at his place. he blamed it on wooseok for making him pity the girl. he needed to ask seungwoo for his opinion first before he did anything.

once he arrived at seungwoo's place, byungchan appeared at the door with— probably one of seungwoo's oversized t-shirts and his boxers on, "a-ah! jinhyuk hyung!"

"is seungwoo here?" jinhyuk asked before stepping inside and taking off his shoes. seungwoo's big condo was basically his own house. he's spent more time there than his parent's mansion.

byungchan nodded, closing the front door and calling seungwoo, "woo! jinhyuk is here!"

jinhyuk made himself comfortable on the large couch as seungwoo came out of his bed room, smirking at the two, "let me guess. you two were having fun before i came weren't you?"

the blush on the couple's cheeks already gave him the answer to his question. seungwoo sat on the couch across from him and crossed his arms, "mind telling us why you're here? we were getting to the good part"

byungchan's cheeks flushed red as he seated himself down beside seungwoo and leaning his head on the older's shoulder.

jinhyuk rolled his eyes and let out a scoff, "i don't need to hear about what you two are doing in there" the vampire let out a sigh and continued, "i ran into eunhee while walking back with wooseok"

"eunhee? she's back?"
