Shadow's POV
"What's the matter with you ?! You can just come in some house and punch things!" Rouge shouted.

I looked at Rouge clear that I needed someone. She lowered her ears and walked to me.

"What happened?" She asked gently. I shook my head.

"It was Sonic." It was the first time I said his name out loud.

"What?" She asked confused and a little shocked.

"I was texting him all this time." I shook my head. "He will not be coming back at least." I rubbed my face.

"You did not kiss him?" Rouge asked and I shook my head. "But I thought you said you were, Hun?" She said and I shook my head again.

"When I saw it was Faker, I felt hurt, Rouge. I tried to give someone a chance and it turned out it was him." I chuckled. "I told him I had feelings for him, but he lied to me and now I think they are gone." I shook my head. "Do not bother me with things like this anymore." I chaos controlled to my house and to my room as I slammed the door.

Sonic's P.O.V.

"Maurice?" My mother asked as soon as I made it to the castle. "What are you doing here? Why are you crying?" She asked me gently and I shook my head and kept walking to my room. 

"Its nothing, do you mind if I stay here for a while? Until I find somewhere else to live, that is." I said and turned to face her. 

"No, of course not. Your room is always there for whenever you need it. You know you are always welcomed here, sweetie. What's wrong?" She asked gently and I shook my head, I turned around and kept walking away. 

"I loved someone I shouldn't had fallen for, is what happened." I went to my room and closed the door. I laid down in my bed and looked at the white and plain ceiling and closed my eyes as tears streamed down my muzzle. 

'Why? Why did it turn out to be you...?'
