"R u fucking serious ? ....... He literally called u at 4 am ?" Diya freaked out while riding her Jupiter and Nandini was sitting behind her , leaning on her back and partially sleeping on her back .

Manik disturbed Abhimanyu at 3.55 am to get Nandini's number then he called her to get rewarded by two, three curses which made him change his descion . He was just in mood to break her sleep as he was away from sleep , he was going to tell her to be there at 8 am but after getting greeted by her frustration nd curses he asked her to be there immediately in just hour .

She was so tired and her sleep wasn't leaving her eyes so she again slept nd woke up with jerk after 45 mins . She freaked out at first then she smirked , she washed her teeth and face, then made messy bun of her hair and keeping mobile in her pocket she left her house , she forgot to take her purse, she did msged her mother but didn't break anyone's sleep.

As she has given her car to Swaroop for today , because his car is at servicing. So it's not good to take it back so she called Diya to drop her at her workplace. Diya agreed nd on the way Nandini feed her little part of her job which made Diya angry on Manik so much that she just wanted to strangle him to death .

"Yes he is freaking psycho and he did called me at 4am nd asked me to be there ...... Now hurry up , I am late " she said in her sleepy tone, unbothered about her anger.

"Can I just shoot him then nd there ...... Or we should plan his accident in his own car " this time Nandini opened her eyes .

"Diyaa ..... Don't say like that " she scolded her , she didn't get it, how Diya is getting more angry than necessary even when she has told her very little bit about monster.

"Umm okay " she sighed and Nandini again slept on her back .

"Thank you for understanding" Nandini hugged her stomach from behind nd snuggled into her , this time Diya smiled full heartedly . Nandini knows how to keep her friend happy.

"Zzzzzzzz........Zzzzzz" Bell rang for constant one minute and that irritated Manik , he was relaxing in hot water inside bathtub after doing work out for hour in his gym . He heard loud buzzing of bell in house but thought his useless brother will open the door but how could that jackass woke up so easily at 5.30 am in the morning which is supposed to be midnight for him , Manik wondered how could someone sleep that much .

"Zzzzzzz.......zzzzz" this time he groaned and stood up from bathtub , he tied towel loosely on his waist , he didn't wore bathrobe so he can again continue his bath again . It was just 10mins he entered inside the washroom.

"Zzzzzz ....... Zzzzz" she was leaning on  designer main door of his vast mansion . Her eyes were closed and her forefinger was pressing bell , practically she was sleeping on his door unaware of the fact that door is going to be opened in a second.

"What the fuckkkkk u were doing?" She sharply inhaled the most exotic aroma of most sexiest man because when he opened the door her chubby cheek directly landed on his half wet chest and she inhaled his his fresh collagen just after bath .

"Why r u naked ?" She flickered her eyelashes trying to get rid of sleep in her eyes .

Drowsy eyes , pouted lips, astonished look on that baby soft face and slightly flushed red cheeks as she was in such proximity with him that her cheeks couldn't control redness . That messy look of last night was still adoring her  but that innocence made him so hard to resist it any further .

"Don't make noise and stand still ...... I am going to have bath " he warned her and she was less bothered about him but her sleep .

"Take eternity of time ..... So I could complete my sleep" she walked past him and started going towards couch , he stood there like 'who the fuck own this place?'.

"Listen stay outside the house " he harshly pulled her back that her back landed on his hard chest . He whispered yelled in her ear that goosebumps erupted all over her body. 

"U r driver so behave like one " his lips slightly brushed her ears and she turned around instantly .

"Then u also behave like sane Boss .....  Who the hell calls driver at 4am and asked her to come urgently just to see u roaming naked in ur house?" She accused him , that innocent drowsy girl was gone now .

"U don't have right to question me ? ...... And for the fuck's sake, I am not naked" He said harshly , pulling her close by holding her arms.

"And u don't have right to break my sleep  " she freed her arms from his hold instantly.  He looked frustrated with himself he never done this before with any girl like pulling her close or something even in his anger too .

"I will see you after coming back ...... Just stay don't move nd don't steal anything precious " he said without looking at her while making his way towards upstairs . And she stood there fuming with anger as he called her thief .

"Stealing is against my morals nd u know what, stealing something from cheap person like you will make it worse " she threw pillow in anger which just landed below the first stair . He didn't looked back but definitely his lips stretched a little bit seeing her another frustrated shade .

She calmed down just after the second he disappeared from her view then she thought of sleeping on couch, again .

"Hey Nandu ..... Right?" She groaned inaudibly , how Malhotra brothers can let her sleep , she sat straight on couch instead of laying on it .

"It's Nandini " she smiled reluctantly at him . She don't know how he is real or not, because his brother is worse form of human living on earth though she felt he is different even he helped her last night but still she can't take risk with Malhotra's.

"I'm Karan ..... His little brother ...... Don't worry I am nothing like him .... Trust me I am good boy " he made atmosphere clear nd free for her .

"Umm it's difficult to accept that u guys are real siblings ...... And u r not like him " she hesitated a bit and he chuckled at her expression.

"U don't need to accept it ...... Manik will make it easy for you to see the difference " he laughed out loudly and she just showed her teeth .

"Umm ..... Why r u in night suit? ....... Reason must be Manik " He asked and guessed too by looking at her attire .

"Who else" she yawned by stretching her arms.

"Want coffee ?" He asked , actually she wanted to say yes but how . Eventually it's Manik's house .

"Don't be uncomfortable ...... Wait I will bring two cups " she just nodded at him .

She looked around the house it was huge mansion occupied by all luxurious and royal furniture , the Mansion is built in this century only but it has touch of earlier century , everything screams richness and darkness around the house gave chills to person as it's intimidating just like Manik . Living room has two big couches , home theatre screen , huge bar cabinet and opposite to that small liabrary inside his living room then there is long staircase giving way to other rooms . Adjacent to living room there is kitchen which she could see a little bit from living room.

"What the hell is going on here ? ...... Is it any school gathering or reunion of friends ? Nandini and Karan turned back to see Manik walking towards them in his casual black pant nd black T shirt .

After having long cold shower and bath simultaneously , Manik got ready and came downstairs to see his living room empty , he thought she will be waiting outside but she wasn't there too . So hearing some faded voices at the 6 in the morning , he followed direction and found his brother sitting with his driver in the garden .

Seeing her frawning at the darkness of house Karan suggested of having coffee in the lawn . So they sat on the chair in front of the table placed in the garden of his house.

"U r at wrong place bro ....... Ur drink is inside the house at ur bar " Karan said without looking at him as his back was facing Manik and Manik gave closer look to Nandini who's face was in front of him , she didn't gave any look to him nd silently drank her coffee because from inside she was getting nervous .

"Wrong or right this whole place is mine ..... I hope u know that because I can't tolerate people invading my property and specially using my things for free ..... My house is not for charity" with the corner of his eyes he looked at her and said last few words cunningly . Her eyes welled up with tears but she didn't let them fall.

"Manikkkkk ...... She is my friend " Karan said this furiously , he insulted her way too much just for single coffee.

"And this is my property " Manik too said with same rage , looking into his eyes .

"Karan thanks for coffee " she stood up from her place and both boys looked at her , her eyes were angry nd they were filled with a rage , she is girl with pride she can't digest her insult like that . She took out her phone from pocket then opening back case of ph she took two notes of 500rs .

"This is price of our coffees ..... I hope it's more than enough ..... Please pay our bill to ur brother , even I don't live on someone's charity " she kept those last two notes on table near her cup nd moved away . Both brothers were stunned .

"Mr Malhotra ur driver is waiting outside ur property " looking in his eyes deeply she stated and left from there . Those two notes were like virtual slap on his handsome face and arrogant nature .

Today they went to the location of shoot where shoot of their current album song is going on. Manik sometimes visits sets to check that he is not wasting money on wrong people. Nandini was still in her night clothes though she didn't felt embarrassed because Manik was getting embarrassed.

When they walked out of the car together then the director of the film saw them , he approached them and looking at Nandini he was shocked , as she didn't look familiar or from industry then she was with Manik Malhotra that too in night suit.

"Manik when did you started dating ?" No matter how angry she was on Manik but her crazy heart jumped inside , she was sure that he must be in relationship with anyone but she never found any rumours or anything about his relationship on Google.

"Common u know I don't do dating ...... I have never been in any relationship ..... And she is my driver" he looked at her while introducing her as his driver , he expected that she will rolled her eyes or will feel bad but he saw something else on her face . There was one kind of special shyness as if fangirl is getting teased on the name of her idol , there was glint in her eyes that this introduction didn't bothered her . Though it stayed on her face only for 3secs .

"I must say ur driver is cute ...... Specially in this night suit " Nandini looked at director and found him looking at her with smile, she too reciprocated with bright smile . But Manik didn't liked the thought that driver might have thought that they have spent night together , Manik's image is very clear in front of world , there is no single talk about his relationships or break ups or flings . He is secretive about that.

After that they also met with a leads of the song and female lead instantly got excited seeing him there after that night even Manik remembered her but he didn't showed any other reaction except professionalism . But while meeting with male lead ,his expression slightly changed when he smiled or kind of laughed knowingly from inside that didn't go unnoticed by Nandini but she wondered what made him chuckled , that boy is just praising his gf .

Inside the car,

"Instead of wasting money on coffee ...... U could have buy at least a cheap dress to look presentable ...... U know clothes do represent ur class " he said eyeing her night dress and gave pointed look , trying to make her feel low in her eyes .

"Actually not ...... Unfortunately expensive clothes can't hide cheap mentality of some people ..... Haina?" She smirked through mirror and he mentally cursed her but didn't said a word.

"Knock knock" Manik rolled down his window to see the female lead of ongoing project knocking at his window . His car was parked at distance from set .

"What ?" He asked .

"Umm I was thinking if we could spend some QUALITY time, again ..... If u don't mind " he was about to deny when he understood her real intention but then he thought for a while .

"My pleasure " he opened door from inside and shifted away , making place for her and she immediately got settled .

"To where ?" He asked .

"What about that same Restaurant?" He nodded .

"Driver take us to ....... "' something churned inside Nandini's heart , she felt like someone stake her in heart . She always assumed he must be with someone but when she got to know about him being single for life provoke unwanted feelings to grow more . How stupid she was to believe that he wasn't with any girl.

He pulled actress close looking at front mirror , she was about to sealed her lips with him but he didn't let her do that .

"Ur boyfriend ? " He never showed interest in any girl's life but still to get clear about her consent he asked. Nandini's breath hitched , she felt disgusted even she felt disgusted with herself for falling for this man . Him being in relationship or sexual relationship was his personal choice not her place to judge him but he is cheating on someone made him cheapest person in her whole life.

"He loves me so much ...... But he is not good in bed , u know nothing close to u" she said sheepishly and now Manik became second cheapest person because she took that place in Nandini's mind.

"Then we shouldn't waste anymore time " he clutched her waist and dug his face in the crook of her neck , his subtle touched her skin when he rubbed his face on her neck, she moaned loudly and Nandini stopped the car immediately .

"Why ?" Manik snapped his head at Nandini . The sight in front of him shocked him to the core , he never thought he could witnessed this situation , her eyes were full of tears and her face was glistening with her tears , her hands were shivering nd holding her face , she looked so terrible that he didn't even imagined this in his worst nightmare .

Wasn't she supposed to be strong like everytime she was with him , she wasn't supposed to cry but taunt him with witty reply of her's. But the thought that she loved wrong man made her so vulnerable and it broke her heart . She was so innocent to think that people are moralistic nd loyal . Her innocent , he hated the most , he did saw how her eyes sparkled knowing that he is single so he thought of bringing this reality nd he chose worst way to prove how wrong she was.

"I can't do this my head is paining so much ....... I can't drive nd u can't force me or else I am not responsible for ur accident " she replied in her low voice , first time he heard such low voice of her. 

"Umm sry sweetheart but if u don't mind can we meet in the night ? ........ I need to drop my driver " he said sweetly caressing her cheeks all the time looking at mirror through corner of his eyes to see pained look in Nandini's eyes.

"Yeah sure ...... Indeed u r a gentleman ..... I hope every men will learn chivalry from u " only if she knew his real face which is not at all sweet but cunning nd cruel . Mumbling take care to Nandini she climbed down from the car and let out few curses for Nandini , she ruined her chance but it's okay it's not good to play with someone's health , she thought nd called her boyfriend so he could pick her .

"I don't know anything just come here nd take me " Manik heard Nandini's trembling voice she was talking on pH with someone , may be with her boyfriend.

"I said I will drop u " Manik said when she disconnected the call , now she wasn't crying but still was vulnerable.

"I don't need ur help ...... U can continue ur fucking nd cheating " she said in total disgust , she literally felt bad for that girl's boyfriend.

"I am not cheating ...... I am single " he defended himself .

"But u r with her ...... Who is cheating her boyfriend how cruel is that " she accused him .

"She is cheating on him ..... I am not ..... So stop blaming me I am no one to care for him , she is his girlfriend she should care about that ..... Actually world is like this, selfish " he was true even she knows that but she also has witnessed the goodness of world.

"Selfish or not it doesn't give u right to play with someone's feeling " she said.

"Stop this fucking shit ...... For the n^th time I am saying I am not playing with anyone's feelings , I am single and she is just a fling ..... And lastly I don't care what do you think ..... Think the worst of me and shut up" he was furious this time and she closed her eyes . She didn't said any word and waited for Swaroop inside the car , he said he will be there in 10 .

After two minutes Swaroop came hurriedly, when she got out of the car, he hugged her immediately , her face was screaming that she has cried alot.  Manik too came out of his car .

She did saw something intense in Manik's eyes when she was in Swaroop's arms . His posture was stiff nd rigid but his eyes were vulnerable as if they were witnessing unbearable and painful sight . Once again he felt rejected , the feeling he hates the most . This time she didn't broke hug for Manik but close her eyes to prevent his face . Last night she cared for his heart way much more than he deserved , but what he did? , he broke her heart mercilessly . She knew something happened last night between their hearts when their eyes conveyed msg for each other but how delusional she was to think something like that about monster .

He stood rooted to his place and saw her going away with her boyfriend . Wasn't he supposed to feel hollow and empty from inside just like all these years of loneliness but why he is feeling pain inside the ribcage of his. Not only pain but she brought many emotions back in his life and his heart is not empty anymore be it pain or happiness but he is feeling something after years.

His phone beeped with two messages and he came back to real world . He opened his msg box .

I am left my job,

He sighed, it was shocking that she reacted this way , he thought she was strong but no her heart is fragile and it's better for her . There is no place for innocents in his life .

Flat no -8 , X.y.z wing . I realised u don't know my address so this is my address . I am waiting for you and if you want instead of restuarant we can celebrate here in my home too ..... As I stay alone 😉

He rolled his eyes at audacity of this dumb girl , how she can think he is really going to meet her . He will never do that , he will simply ask Abhimanyu to do .

With the screenshot of her recent chat he sent this innocent msg to her boyfriend . Why only he should feel the pain , let them suffer too . This is how , Manik Malhotra lives on victim's grief.

After coming back to his house , he found himself drawing his emotions all over the canvas in painting room . Today he portrayed those doe shaped eyes , painful yet beautiful . He painted the moment when she looked at him with something so deep in her eyes which consumed all of him for a second nd then left him there with nothing when she chose to close her eyes to shut the view of agonizing eyes of him .
