Hey, guys, it's Me here with a new story. Just so you know this takes place in the Kalos region

"Target spotted." An 18-year-old boy says to himself and his blue frog-like Pokémon
"Shall I exterminate the target, Sir?"
The Pokémon replies
"Hold on Greninja we are just here to scout out some information."The boy replies

Meanwhile below them...
"So Mr. Jones is it a deal?" The "Target"
says extending his hand
"Deal...as long as I get my payment." Mr. Jones replies shaking the outstretched hand
"Your payment will be delivered at the specified location at exactly 12:00 am the day you take them out." The Target replies
"Good the Yvonne family will be destroyed by Thursday," Jones states walking out of the estate
Back with The boy
"Ok seems like this a protect mission we can't procrastinate tomorrow is Thursday let's report back to base." The boy tells Greninja
"Yes, Master Ash," Greninja says back as they both disappear into the night
Time Skip
The next day
7;45
"See ya mom I'm off to work!" Ash yells upstairs to his mom
"Ok bye love you!" Delia Ketchum yells back to her son
"Bye love you too!" Ash says as he  runs out the door replacing his smile with a serious look
Ash quickly makes his way from his house in Santalune city through Aquacorde and to Vaniville town.

When he arrives he's shocked and sees smoke coming from the Yvonne Estate.
"Damn it!" He exclaims "I'm too late...NO I can't give up the money is to great for this." He says as he runs as fast as he can towards the estate climbing over the wall and running along the rooftop

After scanning and searching the whole perimeter and area he notices a building that was not on fire.
Quickly he runs to it dropping down in front of the door. He kicks the door in and hears loud whimpering from a corner, behind a stack of furniture. He goes over there and starts taking all (but a desk) of it and putting it in the other corner as he returns hearing the whimpering louder now he turns the desk over earning a LOUD scream from someone. He clutches his ears and closes his eyes for a few seconds before returning back to normal although a little agitated. What he sees startles him, it was a girl. The girl appeared to be about his age but it was hard to tell since it was so dark in there and she was covered in soot.
"Don't worry I'm not here to hurt you I'm here to help," Ash says in a soothing voice
The girl quickly grabs an unforeseen M1911 and points it at Ash, scaring him
"Woah," Ash says putting his hands up and backing away a foot or two before regaining his lost steps stating
"Calm down, I'm not here to hurt you."
"And how do I know that!?" She quickly responds "You could be with him!" She says not backing down but standing up and walking him out of the building. They could then see each other easier now that they were in the sun
She was wearing a pink shirt with a small red vest-like item and blackish gray knee socks (Her XYZ outfit)
"You look familiar I just don't know where from." She says keeping her stern look.
"Look I'm just here on a mission to protect a "Serena Yvonne" is that you?" Ash states
"Maybe, who's asking." She says
"There savior, the hitman could be anywhere in this place," Ash replies
"No he's gone I saw him leave I thought you could be his sidekick and was there to make sure there were no survivors." She says putting the gun in its holster on her waist "And yes I'm Serena."
"No survivors?" Ash asks
"They killed them all of them my mom my dad and my sister," Serena says trying not to break down crying
"I hid and I watched I wanted to look away but I couldn't." She continues
"Wow I'm sorry I was too late but what about you, you were their primary target how did you survive," Ash asks
"I don't know I guess they thought I was my sister." She says tears forming in her eyes
"Hey don't cry never give up till it's over okay," Ash says giving Serena a cheeky grin
She stared at him shocked
Flashback

Flashback end
"A-Ash?" Serena says
"Yeah?" Ash replies
"Do you rem..." Serena starts
Creak!
"Watch out!" Ash yells as he grabs Serena and rushes out of the estate as the place collapses in on itself.

"Let's get you somewhere safe. Do you have any relatives close by?" Ash asks
"No, it was just me and my late mom dad and sis," Serena says slightly depressed
"Oh ok well I guess you could stay with me, my mom wouldn't mind though I would have to make a cover story." Ash offers
"Are you sure I don't want to intrude or anything," Serena responds
"Yeah sure." Ash says "Come on let's head to my place what time is it anyway." Ash follows up checking his watch
"Wow, only 10:00 that's earlier than I expected well I do need to drop by the base and maybe pick up groceries. Well, let's get a move on it." He says starting to make his way back to Aquacorde Town.

When they get there they walk in an antique shop
"Why are we here?" Serena asks as they make their way to the back of the store
"You'll see," Ash says with a grin.
He then walks to a big grandfather clock about as big as a door.
He opens the glass pane covering the pendulum and clock and sets the hands to 12:01:14 and pulls the pendulum to one side of the clock and let's it go when it swings to the other side it hits a secret button sending a charge to the clock which since it's at the right time goes through and opens a secret door. He walks through and starts down some stairs but stops and turns around. "Come on hurry up." He says

"Oh ok," Serena says as she starts walking down the staircase

When they get to the bottom Ash flips on the lights and yells
"I'm back."

"Welcome, Sir." Says a girl coming around the corner
She has long brown hair in a ponytail, Bright green eyes, Black and red Gi (karate uniform), With karate shoes

"Hey Alexis, didn't I tell you just to call me Ash." He says
"Yes, sir just your at the top of the ranking board and I'm still training so I'm required to use honorifics." She replies
"Yeah but still we have known each other since we were 8 your practically my sister and about the training, I say your in due for an upgrade what do you say, if yes the test will be held tomorrow," Ash says startling Alexis
"Y...Your kidding right." She says dumbfounded
"Nope so how about it you ready to go out into the dangerous field?" Ash replies
"Yes if you think I'm ready then yes I...I don't know what to say thank you, sir." Alexis says bowing
"Ok, now that we finished that let me introduce Lady Serena of the Yvonne family...that due to recent "incidents" are deceased," Ash says as he gestures towards Serena
"THE YVONNE FAMILY!" Alexis exclaimed
"Yeah what about it," Ash asks confused
"Oh, Ash the Yvonne family is the richest family in all of Kalos," Alexis explains
"What!" Ash exclaims
"So that's why the pay was so high," he thinks
"Yeah, How did you not know that wow you're dumb," Alexis says while giggling
"Hey I'm just not into that crap I focus on my missions and that's practically it," Ash says
"Well, we spent enough time here why don't we go to my house and get the living space sorted out, by the way, are your parents going to be home today Alexis? Ash asks
"No I was gonna ask if I could stay with you actually," Alexis says
"Okay well let's get going," Ash says making his way back through the way they came from and exiting the building

They quickly make their way to Ash's house in Santalune

When they get there they (obviously) make their way inside
"Hey mom this is Serena she is a friend from work but her house in Vanville town burned down from their fireplace so I offered her to stay here are you okay with that k thanks bye." Ash quickly explains before grabbing the girls and going upstairs to his room
"What just happened?" Delia asked her Mr. Mime
"Mime?" The Pokémon replies shrugging

Back with Ash
"Okay Alexis you know where your sleeping Serena you can sleep in the guest room across the hall I can pay for any of your needs with the prize money since it was kinda my fault your place burned down," Ash says
"What do you mean you couldn't have stopped them," Serena says confused
"Yeah I could've but I was late sorry."
Ash explains
"Anyway just so you know my mom thinks Me you and Alexis work at the Staryubucks in Aquacorde town." He follows up
"Why?" Serena asks puzzled
"Cause I can't tell her where I really work or else she will get mad and make me quit even though you get a crap ton of money," Ash explains
"Ok well, I've had an eventful day I'm beaten," Serena says starting to yawn
"What time is it anyway?" Alexis asks
"Uh, 6:00 wow that's later than I thought," Ash says checking his watch
"Well goodnight Serena let me show you to your room," Ash says before walking out the door of his bedroom followed by Serena and Alexis

After Ash shows Serena to her room and Alexis goes to her room downstairs Ash goes to his room and opens up Facebook (this is not advertising I don't own Facebook or anything related to facebook if I did I would have my own working PC and an iPhone 6s and not have to update on a 5s with hardly enough memory space to take a picture.)
