Yume's POV
Subaru....

I stared at my aikatsu mobile, scrolling down as I continued reading the news about Subaru.

"Yume-chaaaaan!" Aria greeted as she enters my room.

"Let's go to the Arcade!" She offered.

I smiled at her, "No thanks! I'm fine!" I said with a smile.

She frowned, "Come on!" She said.

I laughed, "Okay, fine." I replied and changed my clothes.

At the Arcade....
As I walked inside, I saw five familiar girls.

"Koharu, Laura, Mahiru, Ako, and Lily-senpai?" I wondered.

"Yume-chan...." Koharu smiled.

Her smile is.....a sinister smile?

"Let's play a game." She offered.

"Huh?"

"Considering that you did not celebrate Christmas here, we decided to give you our Christmas gift to you, even though it is late." Laura explained.

"But there is a twist. You have to find all our gifts for you by following the green strings, and you'll do it alone." Ako added.

Hm? That sounds fun....

"Once you found all of them, you have to follow the red string which will lead you to a place where your prize is." Said Mahiru.

"Gambatte, Yume-chan." Lily said.

Then all of them scattered.

I looked down on the floor and saw a green string.

I followed it.

The string led me to a 'Just Dance Game'. There on the top of the monitor, a gift wrapped in a red and pink wrapper.

I picked it  up and saw a tag.

To Yume, From Laura and Koharu

I smiled.

Another green string, so I followed it and led me a mini basketball court and gift underneath the ring.

I picked it up and knew it was from Mahiru thanks to the tag.

I kept following the green string as soon as finally led to the counter. The counter where people order food.

"Are you Yume Nijino?" The cashier asked.

I nod my head.

She handed me a gift wrapped in rose and blue wrapper.

I held the present in my hands, as I read the tag, To Yume, From Aria.

I smiled.

A red string was tied next to the tag.

"Your friends say to follow the red string." The cashier said.

I nod my head as I followed the long red string.

It led me to an area where people eat inside the arcade.

But what surprises me, is that it led me to a table. And as soon as I was there, I saw him.

Once again, we stared at each other for a long time.

"Subaru..."
"Yume......"

Subaru's POV
This must be a setup.

No wonder why those three wanted me to go the aracade, badly.

*Flashback*
"Hey Subaru! Let's go to the arcade today?" Asahi offered.

"Nah! I'll pass!" I replied.
"Men, Subaru, don't be a killjoy." Nozomu said.

I rolled my eyes, "You guys go on without me." I said.

"You really think that we can't do anything to make you come, huh?" Kanata smirked.

I looked at him in disbelief...

"If you come with us, I promise, you get to spend the next day, the whole day, without Asahi annoying you. And if ever he annoys you, he gets to free us all for lunch." Kanata offered.

Asahi frowned, "I'm not that annoying!" He murmured.

"Okay, fine!" I responded.

We went to the arcade immediately right after I changed my clothes.

We went to the area where people eat inside the arcade, I thought we are here to have fun and play games?

"Wait here! I'm going to get some tokens at the counter." Nozomu said as he left.

While Asahi, pulled out his mobile and widened his eyes....

"I'll be right back! Just got to buy something at the store next door!" He said and stormed out.

I turned to Kanata hoping he won't leave.

"I'm going to the cr! Stay here, okay?" He said and left.

And now, I'm alone.

Ten minutes passed, and the guys aren't still back.

What's taking them so long?

Nozomu then came, but I notice that he did not have the tokens he bought.

"The line is so long. So I decided to go back there when there is no longer line." He explained.

Asahi then came, but he does not have anything that he bought at the store next door.

"It was just a rumor all a lie. So all of us customers including me, ranted." He explained.

Then again, Asahi pulled out his mobile and stood up.

"Be right back!" He said and stormed off.

Kanata came.

"What took you so long?" I asked.
"There was a line." He replied, "So I decided to use the cr later. Since I'm just going to wash my hands " he added.

"Well, I better go to the counter and buy tokens." Said Nozomu and left.

"I'm heading back to the cr." Kanata said and went back to the cr.

They have got to be kidding me.

In boredom, I decided to buy a drink for awhile.

I then noticed a red string tied at the legs of the table. Maybe it is just a decoration

*End of Flashback*

Men, those three are sometimes annoying.

She walked over to me and sat down beside me. "How were you doing?" She asked.

I smiled at her, "Fine."

I noticed a bunch of boxes wrapped in different colors of gift wrappers lying on her lap.

"Those Christmas Presents from your friends?" I asked.

She nods.

She looked at me, "I'm sorry!" She said.

"For what?"

"For ditching you." She replied.

I blushed, "I-it is fine." I replied.

I looked at her eyes.

She still has those beautiful ruby sunset eyes.

She stood up, "Wanna hang-out?" She offered.

I nod my head in agreement.

I stood up and noticed on how tall she was already.

She held my hand as she carries all the gifts that were given by her friends in her other hand, while the rest are in her bag.

We went to the restaurant and eat lunch and after that, guess what she did?

We went shopping.

It was fun.

Until, it was night.

"Hey, uhm...Can I sleep at your condo tonight?" She asked nervously.

Well, I was planning to sleep at my condo tonight, but I was not expecting that she would asked me that.

"Yeah, sure!" I replied.

At my condo...
She lied down on my bed like she hasn't lied down on any soft bed before.

I changed my clothes inside the bathroom and after that, I cleaned myself up and went to my bedroom.

There, I see Yume sitting on bed.

She slowly unbuttons her jacket, and takes it off and places it properly next to her bag.

I sighed in relief, I thought she is going to get herself naked, luckily she has her white shirt as her undershirt.

We lied down on my bed. As I already knew what will possibly happen next.

She looked at me as our eyes made contact. She slowly closed her eyes as she snuggles, I cuddled her gently, and I soon fell asleep.
