Kim's P.O.V:

I woke up to the feeling of someone shaking my shoulder violently so I sat up in bed and blinked twice.

"KIM...YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT TEM BAKED ME COOKIES" Tankul yelled excitedly.

Then waved one of the said cookies in front of my face.

"TAKE A LOOK...DON'T THEY LOOK CUTE?" Tankul asked.

More like yelled in my ear.

I blinked twice as I looked at the cookie in front of me.

Then bit it before falling back to the bed.

"WHAT THE HELL? THOSE ARE MINE...SPIT IT OUT" Tankul said angrily as he shook my shoulder.

I layed on my side and ate the cookie as he shook me hard.

Then swallowed it and sat up.

"Yeah...I must say that it was really delicious" I said.

"You bastard" Tankul said.

Then smacked my shoulders in annoyance.

"What are you guys doing?" Kinn asked from the door.

"Kim ate one of my cookies that annoying brat" Tankul said.

Kinn facepalmed and rubbed his temples.

"Sounds like the first headache of the morning" Kinn said.

Then walked into the room and sat down on my bed.

"Well...Whatever...We should get ready for the court hearing" Kinn said.

I nodded in agreement.

"The lawyer said that dad might get out after a year right?" I asked.

Kinn nodded.

"That's the normal penalty right? Can't the lawyer do something about it? Maybe dad can get a lighter punishment like a fine or something" Tankul said.

Kinn shook his head.

"It's still a crime to cover up another crime so the regular punishment is a year in prison...A fine won't be possible since the covered up crime isn't a light one" Kinn said.

"Even after Porsche dropped charges?" Tankul asked.

"If Porsche decides to drop charges then the fine might be the end of it...That's what the lawyer and uncle Chan told me anyway" Kinn said.

"Then what's the problem? Why do we have to go to court?" I asked frowning.

"Because dad turned himself in...The police gave the case to the court hearing and now...We should just wait" Kinn said.

There was a knock on the door then a maid walked into the room.

"Mr Kinn...Mr Porsche is here" She said.

Kinn nodded and stood up.

"Let's talk later I'll wait for you two to change so we can go to court together" Kinn said.

Then left the room.

I turned to Tankul and saw that he was biting his nails nervously.

"Do you think it'll go smoothly?" Tankul asked.

I shook my head.

"I have no idea" I said.

(Meanwhile)

Porsche's P.O.V:

I was waiting for Kinn to come downstairs as I drank the herbal tea one of the housemaids gave me.

Then put the cup aside and stood up when I saw Kinn standing in front of me.

"Ummm...I know that it's not the right timing but I came here to offer you a proposal" I said.

Kinn smiled and raised an eyebrow.

"Are you talking about a marriage proposal?" He asked.

"Oh fuck off" I said chuckling.

He chuckled and shook his head.

"Then what else are you talking about?" He asked.

I cleared my throat.

"You know that I won the lottery right? I once told you...So...Ummm...I was wondering if I can buy your family's business with that money and remodel it" I said.

Kinn frowned and tilted his head to the side.

"And why would you do that?" He asked.

"Well...Part of that business was supposed to be mine anyway...I also know that your business went down in the blink of an eye so no one will ever think of dealing with it in the future even after your father gets out of jail and..." I started.

Then rubbed the back of my neck.

"And I talked to a few lawyers to consult them on the matter and also talked to a few bank account managers and they told me that I can through with it" I said.

Kinn didn't say anything so I cleared my throat and decided to keep going.

"Ummm...It doesn't have to be something big you know...I can just start by saving whatever is left of the Theerapanyakul company and we can be partners of course since I don't know much about managing it on my own...So it's a win win situation and..." I started.

But was cut off when he pulled me into a hug.

"You're an amazing person" He said.

I smiled and hugged him back.

"I take it that you like the idea?" I asked.

He pulled away and shook his head causing me to frown.

"What does that mean?" I asked.

"I know you have good intentions but I can't accept this...It's your money so you should use it for yourself not to help me" He said.

"What are you going to do then?" I asked.

"The way things are going now I can say that no one would want to buy the company so me and my brothers decided to keep it small...We'll just keep one of the dairy factories and sell the other properties to the bank" Kinn said.

"But if you go with my idea wouldn't you have a better chance at keeping everything?" I asked.

"Yeah...But it's still your..." He started.

"Kinn...Trust me...I want to help...And I've made this decision after a week long of thinking so I'm sure that this is what I want" I said.

"Thank you...Thank you so much" Kinn said.

I smiled and put my hand out for him to shake.

"So...How would you like having me as your new business partner?" I asked.

"Hmmm...Actually...It kinda has a nice ring to it" He said smiling.

Then we shook hands and started laughing.

"What are you laughing about?" Kim asked as he walked down the stairs dressed in a suit as Tankul followed him.

"I'll tell you later...We should go to the court hearing now" Kinn said.

"I'm coming too" I said.

Then we all went to the car.

I took out my phone and typed a text before sending it to Kinn.

"Let's go for a ride on my bike after the court hearing is over" I texted.

Kinn's reply came a second later.

"Sure" He texted.

I looked up and saw him smiling at me so I smiled too.

"Love birds at the back...Tune it down a little because I'm starting to feel nauseous" Kim said as he kept his gaze to the road.

"Oh shut up you...Ignore him he's just jealous...You two look cute together so keep going we're not even here" Tankul said smiling as he made hearts with his fingers.

Me and Kinn looked at each other again then started laughing.

(Meanwhile)

Porchay's P.O.V:

I was in the school library with Macau.

"Hey...I don't get that part" Macau said then pointed it out to me.

I nodded and took a look.

"Oh come on...That part is easy" I said chuckling.

"Well...I still don't get it" He retorted.

"What were you even doing in class?" I asked.

"Sleeping? Obviously?" He said as in a matter of fact.

I facepalmed.

"Fine fine...Just give me a paper" I said.

Then he gave me his notebook so I started explaining the equation to him.

"Then you divide the outcome on four and..." I started.

But stopped when I noticed that Macau was looking at me with a gaping mouth.

"What's wrong?" I asked frowning.

"Huh? Did you say something? Sorry but I zoned out the second you said X plus something" He said.

I blinked twice then smacked his head.

"That's how you fail a year you know" I said.

"It's annoying to understand maths...Most of it is pointless anyway" He said exasperated.

"Oh well...It might be pointless but...IT CAN STILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE FUTURE" I snapped as I stood up.

He looked around then raised a finger to his lips.

"Shhhh...We're in the library" He said.

I chuckled awkwardly and sat back down.

"I can solve the entire test...But what will I get in return?" He asked.

"I highly doubt that you can do that" I said rolling my eyes.

"Don't underestimate me" He said.

Then grabbed the pen.

"What do I get in return though?" He asked.

"Fine...If you get all of them right within an hour then...Hmmm...I'll invite you to watch a movie at my house" I said.

"Ok...It's on" He said shrugging.

Then grabbed the testbook and his notebook and started solving the test.

After about thirty minutes he passed the book over to me.

"Fine then...Let's see" I said.

Then started looking through his answers.

Aside from the terrible handwriting surprisingly enough none of the questions was wrong...Not even the answer steps were wrong.

I looked up from the book and turned to Macau then started smacking his shoulder repeatedly.

"What?" He asked as he tried to stop my attacks.

"Are you crazy? Why are you pretending to be stupid huh? You almost popped my aneurysm while constantly explaining stuff to you and the surprise is that you didn't need help in the first place? What the hell?" I asked.

"Oh well...I never thought it's necessary to raise my grades" He said shrugging.

I blinked twice then chuckled in disbelief and started attacking him again.

"Are you crazy? What does that even mean huh? You clearly have potential here" I said.

He grabbed both of my wrists causing me to stop hitting him.

"Or maybe I wanted something else from pretending to be stupid" He said.

Then he suddenly snorted and broke into a tooth revealing grin.

"Something like what?" I asked.

He let go of my wrists.

"I'll tell you later...Maybe when we go play games at your house" He said smiling.

Then picked up the pen again and raised it in front of my face.

"Shall we get back to work?" He asked smiling.

I cleared my throat and nodded then picked up my pen and started answering the questions on my testbook.

After sometime we were done so we left the library.

"Let's go...I'll walk you to the bus stop" He said.

Then slung an arm over my shoulder and we started walking together.

"Let go of me your arm is heavy" I said.

"Then eat more" He said.

I smiled to myself at the snarky remark.

Eversince the news about my brother and P'Kinn started picking interest...

I got badly bullied at school often.

But...My bullying at school subsided noticeably when Macau stepped in...

Having a single good friend is a blessing for sure.

"Hey...Before going to your house how about we go eat first? I'm hungry" Macau said cutting my thoughts.

"Aren't you always? You glutton?" I asked.

He raised both of his middle fingers at me so I chuckled and shook my head.

"Let's go...I know a nice place it's my treat" He said then grabbed my hand and walked me behind him.

So I followed.
