After about a week, John is better. Turns out he had food poisoning, so that was fuN.

I made sure to stick around, and take care of him. Mostly because it reminded me of someone i lost in my life, so it brought back sad memories. But i managed to remain calm, and focus on taking care of my friend. Who was not very cooperative when he needed to take his medicine the doctor prescribed.

There was alot of him not opening his mouth, claiming it tasted bad and would rather just be sick. I then told him if he didn't, he was just gonna lay there and be sick forever. But after a few more minutes of him trying to pout, he gave in.

"Glad your better now, you should thank your friend for helping ya." Henry says, giving John a smirk.

John's face went a slight pink, and he frowned.

"Thanks Alex.." He mumbled, clearly embarrassed by his dad.

"I don't know how ya ended up with food poisoning, since ya eat me outta house and home." Henry chuckles, and John's face grows more pink.

His freckles really pop out when his face is pink, it's cute yet funny.

"I'll leave ya be. Y'all have fun, but not to much fun." He winked at John and turned away. John just about exploded with a blushing mess on his face, and i laughed, blushing slightly as well.

"Damn him.." John mutters, while i still giggle.

We ended up taking a nice walk around the park. It was very nice out today, sunny yet nice and cool. Fall was upon us, and i was enjoying every moment of it.

John didn't say much, and neither did I. Nothing but the sound of our footsteps over leaves crunching. I wanted to spark a conversation, but i didn't know how to. Im usually a very outgoing person, I'll talk to anyone if given the chance.

But for once, i was speechless. This boy left me dry of anything to say. My thoughts were always plagued with him, when we first met, to taking care of him sick. But there was still a question I've been meaning to ask about him..

"John, why do you sometimes twitch when your around me?"

He stopped walking.
