A Month Ago...

On the night of the engagement party...

At The Headquarters...

"Jin, Hoseok you both are here" Jin's senior greets them.

"Sunbae, why did you call us?" Hoseok asks sitting on the chair in front of him while Jin also does the same.

"We got this report from the intelligence and also a gang member of Eagles claw said the same thing when he is being interrogated" Jin's senior passes the file to them.

Hoseok frowns and opens the file and after reading the content, "What is this?!"

"Let me see" Jin takes the file from Hoseok and after reading his expression is also the same as Hoseok's...shocked.

"How is this possible? How did the Italian mafia get into our country?" Jin asks still shocked.

"We have no clue about that. We don't even know their names or faces but the source is telling us that the Rhaegal gang's leader is here in Seoul," Jin's senior explains.

"That's the most terrifying gang in the whole of Europe and feared by the whole world. Their main base is in Italy. But why would the Rhaegal's leader come to Seoul?" Jin questions.

"If he is in Seoul...then it's going to be a disaster. We don't have much information on them and the leader never made any appearance after he took over the gang from his father. Why now?" Hoseok remarks.

"It might just be a vacation trip or the complete opposite. So we have to be careful before anything happens and I heard that Darksmoke is also on the move so it won't be a big problem." Jin's senior states.

"Darksmoke?" Hoseok frowns.

"Isn't Darksmoke's leader died way back, who is taking over it now?" Jin asks curiously.

"We don't know. But sources said that he is the relative to the previous leader and is a young man who trained under him. We don't have to worry about Rheagal's leader as Darksmoke will help us" Jin's senior mentions.

"It's too soon to relax, Sunbae. We don't know if Darksmoke new leader is the same as the last one who used to help us in keeping check of all the illegal gangs. What if the new leader is just a power-hungry man? That would be a double disaster if he joins his hands with Rheagal" Jin enunciates.

"You have a point, Jin Hyung. We can't trust Darksmoke's leader yet" Hoseok responds.

"That's what I expected of you two. So I called you both here to do an investigation on Rheagal's gang. You have to fly to Italy in tomorrow morning flight" Jin's senior orders.

"Italy? But why? The leader is here in Seoul?" Hoseok asks confused.

"Cause he is in Seoul we have the chance to get some information in Italy. Italian officers requested us to send the best men of our country for investigation. And all the seniors and officers voted for you both cause you never failed in any mission" Jin's officer explains.

Jin and Hoseok look at each other smirking,

"It's been a while since we both worked together" Hoseok comments.

"Yes, we are gonna have a blast" Jin smirks.

Outside of the headquarters...

"I am excited about the mission but I don't want to leave Joonie" Jin whines kicking the rock on the road.

After accepting the mission and taking the necessary files and weapons they both are out walking down the street.

"Hyung, stop it. It's not like we will be gone for a year or two. Just a month that's all. We will finish the mission soon and come back" Hoseok tries to comfort.

"How about you? Can you leave your husband and bear not to see him for a whole month?" Jin asks.

Hoseok fists his palm, "I have to."

"Is something bothering you Hobie? You don't look good" Jin asks seeing the complicated expression on his face.

"It's nothing, Hyung. Is Namjoon staying with his mom now?" Hoseok asks changing the topic.

"Yes, with his mother and your husband" Jin comments.

Hoseok sighs, "Send some guards to them, then."

"What? Why?" Jin asks baffled.

"Joo young is still in Seoul. She will target our weaknesses. Jimin can protect himself but Namjoon and Taehyung can't. And we will be gone tomorrow, isn't it the best time for Joo-young to attack them?"

"You are right. Why did it slip my mind?"

"You have become a fool in love, Hyung. Your brain isn't sharp anymore" Hoseok teases.

"Yaahh!!! If I am a fool in love then what about you, huh? You married Taehyung without loving him?" Jin asks.

"Love?" Hoseok looks up at the moon and sighs long, closing his eyes he remembers the conversation he had with the younger where...

"Hyung, p-please don't do this I-I l-love you" Taehyung sobs harder.

Hoseok gulps his saliva, "Stop that shit! So what if you love me? I didn't say to do that, did I? And who do you think you are to love me? A pretty gold-digger from the slums? I have seen so many like you so stop your pathetic acting! I am not gonna fall for it!"

Hoseok shakes his head coming back from his thoughts, "Leave it, Hyung. Let's go we need to pack our luggage."

Hoseok smiles at the elder placing his hand on his shoulder and they walk down the road.

At Jung's mansion...

Jimin is playing a video game on the T.V in the hall waiting for his Hyung.

He didn't have the chance to talk with him freely at the engagement party as he is busy greeting all the guests and looking after Jungkook.

By looking after means...glaring at the men who are looking at his fiancee and shooing them away with his death glares.

He even didn't let Beomgyu who came there to congratulate them hug the younger but still Beomgyu being a brat did hug Jungkook showing his tongue to the elder.

But Jimin calmed down after Beomgyu introduces his now-boyfriend Soo-Hyun. At first Taehyun, Huening, Yeonjun, and Soobin were shocked to hear it.

As Beomgyu just said that he will give a surprise at Jungkook's engagement party and they're shocked to hear that news.

Jimin then joked with Soo-Hyun to take care as Beomgyu is a big brat. Jungkook enjoyed seeing how the elder is enjoying their special day smiling and laughing. His doe eyes lit up every time he witnesses the elder's smile.

And it's so obvious to everyone that Jungkook is crazy in love with Jimin. All are happy to see the new couple.

Jimin wholeheartedly enjoyed the day alongside Jungkook. He can say it is his best day up till now.

But one couple had a sweet time while the other had a very sour time which is not known to anyone except them.

Jimin hears the door opening and he looks in the direction where he sees his Hyung lost in thoughts, walking towards him.

"Hyung!" Jimin calls keeping the joystick aside on the table.

Hoseok looks at Jimin and hugs him which makes the younger brother flustered at the sudden affection of his Hyung.

"What happened, Hyung?" Jimin asks hugging back.

Hoseok sighs, "I am leaving for another country tomorrow morning."

Jimin breaks the hug, "What??? Suddenly?"

"For a mission. I and Jin Hyung are going together."

"Which country, Hyung?"

"Italy."

"That far? When will you come back?"

"Might take a month if everything goes well"

"What? A month, Hyung?" Jimin is shocked.

"Yes, so take care of yourself and don't bully Kook. He is just a kid you have to take care of him now that he is your fiance. Ok?" Hoseok says sternly.

"I will try my best, Hyung" Jimin just smiles.

"That's good. Then I will go pack my luggage, you stop playing games and go sleep." Hoseok ruffles his little brother's hair.

Jimin nods. Hoseok turns and walks towards the stairs and climbs when Jimin calls him suddenly, "Hyung!"

Hoseok turns around, "What is it?"

>>>Should I ask him where did he take Taehyung on his bike? And why are they together in the first place?

Jimin shakes his head, "Nothing, Good night Hyung."

>>> Leave it. He is already busy and had to leave tomorrow. Let's ask him once he comes back.

Hoseok smiles nodding, "Good night, Jimin" and goes to his room.

At Kim's cozy home...

Taehyung's home is now near Yoongi's clinic and it's quite a quiet place where no person is interested in another person's business.

All the people in the street are busy or never come out which is why Taehyung joked that the street name should be Yoongi-street.

All in all, it is a nice place and their owner doesn't live there so it is quite peaceful to them. And Taehyung's mother stays in Yoongi's clinic while Taehyung and Namjoon go to work and college.

Or IU will take Taehyung's mother with her. So, they don't have to worry anymore about their mother's safety.

It's already midnight, Taehyung's mother is asleep while Taehyung after coming back from the engagement party straight away went to his room locking himself in.

Namjoon wanted to ask what happened but he know that everyone needs their alone time so he didn't bother him anymore.

Now, Namjoon is still studying in his room. He is loving it, he can read whenever he wants and can spend how much time he wants...studying.

Just then his phone beeps receiving a message from his boyfriend. Namjoon sees it and with a frown, he immediately goes out of the house hurriedly.

"What happened, Jinnie? Is something wrong? Why are you here this late?"

Jin smiles and hugs the younger tightly. Although, he is confused he hugs back the elder.

"What is it? You are making me scared."

"Sugarplum, I am gonna miss you so much" Jin's voice sounded so sad.

"Hm? Why?" Namjoon breaks the hug looking into the eyes of his boyfriend.

"I am going out of the country for a mission and...it might take a month or more than that" Jin replies sighing looking glum.

"What? A month?" Namjoon looks shocked then he looks down with an unhappy expression.

Jin hugs him again, "What to do? I don't wanna go on this mission leaving you. Should I just resign?"

"You will do what?" Namjoon screams.

"You're not gonna resign, Jinnie. How can you think of that? It's just a month, right? Anyway, I will be busy with exams and we won't have much time to spend with each other. You go on the mission and come back. I will be waiting for you."

"But, Sugarplum...how can I live without seeing your face for a whole month" Jin whines.

"We can do facetime every day. And I will call you every day so don't even think of resigning. How can you talk so lightly about it when you worked so hard to be where you are right now?"

Jin sighs, "I can leave everything if it's for you, Sugarplum."

"Cheesy!" Namjoon exclaims but still smiles shyly.

"Then..." Jin looks at the younger placing his hand on the younger's nape.

"Then?" Namjoon asks blinking his eyes.

Jin leans forward and he closes his eye shut clutching his fingers tightly onto Jin's shirt,

The elder smiles and gently touches his lips with that of the younger's who opens his eyes and looks at Jin's eyes.

He claims the younger's lips hungrily, the gentleness is long gone replaced with a rough, deep, and passionate kiss.

After a loooooooooooooooong 10 mins of him claiming the younger's lips again and again making them red and swollen, Namjoon becomes breathless and pushes away the elder a little.

"Enough...I am out of breath" Namjoon says looking away shyly.

"But it's not enough" Jin tries to kiss him more.

"Stop it" Namjoon tries to avoid giggling.

Jin pouts, "I can't kiss you for a whole month you know."

Hearing that Namjoon gives in and Jin immediately claims his lips again sucking them desperately.

After a very loooooooooooooooong time...

"My lips are looking like hotdogs, Jinnie" Namjoon whines.

"But I want more" Jin starts placing kisses all over the younger's neck.

"Aish, you! When is your flight?" Namjoon asks trying to get away from the elder's grip.

"4 in the morning" Jin answers still giving kisses.

Namjoon looks at his watch it's already 2:30,

>>>We have been at it for 2 hours???

"It's 2:30 and your flight is in 1 and half hours. You didn't even get to sleep. Did you pack your bags at least?"

"No" Jin answers shamelessly.

Namjoon facepalms, "Aish! Go home now and pack your bags. You won't be able to catch the flight at this rate."

"But Sugarplum" Jin whines.

"No, buts! Go.Home.Now!" Namjoon says sternly.

Jin pouts, "Okay" and turns to leave.

Namjoon hugs his boyfriend from the back, "I love you and will miss you so much, Jinnie,"

Jin smiles, "I love you too and I am gonna miss you like hell."

Namjoon chuckles, "Okay, now go. I will be waiting for your call."

Jin turns to see the younger's face and cups it with his long hands, placing a kiss on his forehead "Be careful, don't speak with strangers, okay?"

"Am I a five-year-old kid?" Namjoon giggles.

"Sugarplum!"

"Alright, I will listen to you. Okay?"

Jin nods smiling, "And you too don't flirt with any women or men on the mission."

Jin chuckles, "Why would I flirt with anyone when I have such a cute and handsome boyfriend?"

Namjoon blushes at the comment. "Alright, it's getting late, leave now" he pushes the elder.

"Then, I am leaving. I will call you immediately after landing" Jin says looking back while being pushed by his boyfriend who nods.

With a heavy heart, Jin leaves there and Namjoon goes inside his home half smiling and half sad.

Jin stops at a tree and after confirming that Namjoon went inside, "Guard them, if you see anyone suspicious immediately take them into custody. I don't want anything happening to him and his family, got that?"

"Yes, sir" three men answer at the same time.

Jin nods and leaves there...

Actually, I have something to say. I might not be able to update for a month or more...cause I will be busy with my exams😓.

You know guys I was having summer holidays till last Sunday and I have decided to complete Peril in that time and give an end to it. So I can focus on my exams but I couldn't do it.

I had assignments and my mother was suddenly diagnosed with sugar, she got a frozen hand which made her take a rest and she is banned from using her hand.

I had to complete my assignments and then do housework along with giving you guys updates. It was a disaster for me. I didn't get time to breathe in my holidays.

And also sorry if I didn't reply to your comments or dms in the past few days...🙇🏻‍♀️

I am not complaining though I just wanna share what I went through with you guys. I am not a talkative person outside and a very closed-up introvert so I never share my feelings with my friends or family.

But I can freely share anything with you guys that's why I am blabbering all this nonsense here. I am really grateful to you guys for reading and supporting me.

I won't disappear completely, I will give one update or so when I get time but don't keep high hopes on it cause I can't say for sure.

Hope you guys understand! And will wait for my return.
