Angel rushed to Manvi and saw her lying on the floor with her hand on her belly and shouting in pain "Aah!! Aarav" she took his name but now he won't listen to her forever. He had gone far away from her.

She looked towards his lifeless body and cried even more. Angel came and sits on the floor, she asked "Manvi kya hua tumhe?"

Manvi held her hand "bahut dard ho raha hai Angel aahh" she said in painful voice. "Aarav ko kho chuki hun bachcha nhi khona chahti" she requested her.

Angel shook her head and said while caressing her head "nahi kuch nhi hoga main abhi tumhe hospital leke chali hun"

Suddenly the main door opens and a neighbour enters in, she was shocked seeing the scenario "haaye ram yeh kya hua?"

Angel looked at her and shouted "aapko dikh nahi raha hai meri behen ki haalat kharab hai kitni madad kijiye meri"

"Are iske pati ne suicide kiya hai police ko bulana padega" she said.

Angel sighed, she picked up Manvi by herself and took her out of the house. She brought her to ground floor and made her sit on the chair "manvi main car leke aati hun"

She rushed to get the car, after 5 minutes she comes and with help of the watchman make her sit inside. She quickly dozed off to hospital.

The lady went back to her home and informed her husband. He said "koi police ko mat bula humhe bekar mein jhamele mein nahi padna hai chup chap soh jaa"

The lady nodded.

Lifeline hospital

Angel brought Manvi, to her luck the same doctor was in the hospital. She was shocked seeing Manvi "Manvi.."

"Aap dekhiye na isko bahut pain ho raha hai" Angel said with tears in her eyes.

The doctor checked and asked "Mr. Aarav kaha hai? Unke consult ke bina main isko operate nhi kar sakti hun"

Angel said "main iski behen hun aap please iske bachche ko bacha lijiye kuch nahi hona chahiye usey"

The doctor said "foran operation theatre mein le chalo"

Manvi was taken into OT. Angel sat outside on the bench with tears of guilt. "Meri wajah aaj meri behen ki yeh haalat hai kya kiya maine ye"

Angel saw the god's statue, she moved and folds her hands "mere gunaho ki saza uss nanhi si jaan ko mat dena bhagwaan pehle hi meri behen apna pati kho chuki hai usse uska bachcha mat chinna"

The doctor came out, Angel asked "doctor Manvi aur uska bachcha?"

"Premature delivery karni hogi humhe bachche ka sar ghum gaya hai sign chahiye hone unke husband ke" the doctor said.

Angel shouted "are nahi aayega Aarav! Wo mar gaya hai" she folds her hand in front of her "please doctor wo uski akhiri nishani hai bacha lijiye"

Doctor looked at her "okay I will try my best" and moved back in.

Angel cries, it has been hours. Finally the OT lights gets off, the door opened and doctor came out. Angel moved to her and asked "doctor Manvi aur bachcha?"

The doctor smiled and said "beta hua hai bachcha abhi kamzor hai isliye kuch din usko humhe incubator mein rakhna hoga"

Angel had a sigh of relief, Manvi was shifted to normal room. She saw Aarav's face and opened her eyes with jerk.

"Aarav" she shouted out loud.

Angel was sitting beside her, Manvi asked "mera bachcha?"

Angel replied "beta hua hai"

Manvi was in tears and said "beta usko dekhne ke liye uske papa nahi hai"

She hugged Angel and cries "main kabhi maaf nahi karungi Aarav ko kabhi nahi usne itni galtiyan ki ab saamna nhi kar sakta tha toh chala gaya chala gaya"

Angel consoled her and said "ghar pe Aarav.. Humhe uska antim sanskar karna hoga"

Manvi separates and wiped her tears. She got down from bed but it was painful. Angel said "Manvi kya kar rahi ho?"

"Angel usne chahe jo bhi kiya lekin pyar toh main karti thi na usse" Manvi said and moved out from there.

Angel sighed and followed her, she meet doctor and asked to take care of the baby till they return. The doctor assured her and she left.

Manvi came home, she was in pain but ignored it. She came into the room where Aarav's lifeless body was. She cries seeing it, she kept her head on his chest and cries more "kya kiya tumne Aarav"

Angel came along with few people, someone called Manvi. She looked and it was Aarav's close cousin. She rushed to him and cries "bhaiya Aarav wo"

He consoled her "shh.. Jo hona tha ho gaya sambhalo khudko" then there is no movement in her. He looked and she had fainted.

He looked at Angel and said "Angel isko tum hospital leke jao"

Angel nodded, with help of someone she took Manvi before going she came to Aarav and apologized "I am sorry" and left from there.

At hospital

Manvi opened her eyes, she sat up straight. Angel said "Manvi ek baar apne bete ko dekhlo"

"Nahi dekhna hai mujhe usey! Kyun dekhu? Uska ansh hai wo jisne tumhare saath kitna galat kiya" Manvi said.

Angel shouted "nahi nahi Aarav ne galat nahi kiya mere saath"

Manvi looked at her shockingly "Angel!"

Angel breaks down in tears, she held her hand and said "Aarav ne bas ek baar galti ki Manvi uske baad maine uska fayda uthaya usey majbur kiya mere saath rishta banane pe"

Her eyes opened wide hearing this, Angel continues "wo bechara toh mujhse maafi maangta raha uss din ke liye lekin maine apni hawas ke liye uska istemal kiya wo video maine banaya tha usne nahi wo recording maine badli thi maine.." she blurts out the truth.

Tears slipped down from Manvi's eyes, Angel said "Manvi yakeen karo mera maine  kabhi nahi chaha tha ki wo apni jaan dede meri aankhon ke saamne usne khudko khatam kar diya"

Manvi was silent, she recalled how Aarav was trying to say he is innocent.

"Manvi tumhari behen jhoothi hai main sach kah raha hun maana mujhse galti hui aur main sharminda bhi hun uske baad jo kiya isne kiya mere saath"

"Manvi kyun nahi tum mujhpe bharosa kar rahi ho?"

"Pal pal marr raha hun main itne mahino se"

"Wo kabhi yeh sab nahi karna chahta tha  lekin maine usko itna majbur kar diya itna daraya usey ki.. Lekin main sach kahti hun maine nahi chaha tha ki wo khudko hi maar de" Angel said.

Manvi jerked her hand away and slapped her, she shouted at her "kaise kar sakti ho tum aise haan?? Kaise?? Apne hi jiju ke saath yeh sab karte hue tumhe sharam nahi aayi Angel!"

She slapped her again "tumne meri zindagi barbad kardi Angel apne fayde ke liye mera bharosa toda tumne! Main paagal jo tumpe bharosa kar baithi Aarav se zyada bharosa kiya tumpe" she pushed her hard.

Angel was in tears "Manvi I am sorry please maaf kardo"

Manvi regrets for not trusting Aarav "tumhe maaf kardu? Tumne Aarav ki jaan leli Angel! Mere bachche ke sar se uske pita ka saaya chinn liya usne janam liya yahan aur waha Aarav" she cries.

"Kitna kaha usne Manvi maine tumhe dhoka nhi diya lekin maine uski ek nahi sunni.. Tumhare jhoothe aansu aur baaton pe vishwas karti gayi main.." she said with guilt.

"Nafrat karne lagi thi Aarav se main.. Sirf tumhari wajah se" she shouted and was crying.

Angel came and held her hand "Manvi main sharminda hun.."

Manvi jerked her hand away "nahi ho tum Angel! Itne mahino se tum apni hawas puri kar rahi thi! Na jaane kya kya sehna pada aarav ko. " she said in a teary voice.

She recalled how sometimes Aarav use to hug her and went emotional. She was so stupid not to understand, "kitni badi bewakuf thi main. Main nahi samajh paayi usey, mujhe usko sahara dena chahiye tha lekin maine tumhe sahara diya!! Nafrat ho rahi hai mujhe apne aap se." she shouted.

Angel was teary eyed... "usne jo shuru kiya tha wo usne khud ki jaan lekar khatam kiya. Main nahi jaanti thi ki wo aisa koi kadam utha sakta hai. I'm sorry manvi. " she cried holding her hand.

Manvi jerked her away.. "don't touch me. Maine tum par bharosa kiya, aur tumne uska ye sila diya mujhe?? Apni behen ko hi dhokha diya?? Kyun kiya?? Kya mila tumhe? Mujhe mera suhaag aur mere bache se uska pita cheen ke kya mila tumhe haan!! Bolo! " she shouted on her.

Angel was silent. She was at a bigger fault and she knew it.

Manvi wiped her tears..

"Aarav se badi galti toh maine ki hai, uspe vishwas na karne ki. Lekin i wil make it right. I won't spare you. You will be punished! " she said and turned to the other side while Angel fell on her knees and cried.
