Avai (still in same position): I know Twiny loves him and he love someone else that's why she said that she had crush on Sid. Which is over now but the fact is she is trying to be away from him. I think that's the reason she was not well from past few days. This is all my fault sidoo
Sidoo (apart the hug, cups her face): Are you sure avi loves buddy? Cause I think they just like each other. It's not fully love
Avai (again hug him): No. She loves him. Not from few days but from college days in England. She loves him from past few years but always fail to tell as she knew he love someone else

Both the brothers were fully shocked. After few seconds sidoo was trying to calm avai. Sid left from there and went near door and stood there looking through glass.

His mind was totally messed. Few minutes later. He saw dr was coming out. So he moved from there.

Dr came out and everyone gathered near dr.

Dr: She is really stressed which is not good for her health at all. I always say this keep her stress free. Now as I usual I gave to give her same dose
Jai (sadly nodded): Do it
Dr: Her condition is critical. So she have to be in observation and only one person can stay here

Jai nodded. Dr left.

Jai: You all go. I am here
Am (hug jai): Avi will be fine you don't worry
Avai (sobbing): I am not going anywhere
Jai (pulling her in hug): I will bring her home back. You go and take rest
Avai: No. I won't go. I will stay here with you
Jai (caressing her hairs): Don't you trust me?
Avai (looking at Jai without breaking hug): I do
Jai: Then go home and take rest. I will bring your Twiny back (to abhi): Abhi take her, mom home.

Abhi nodded. All were about to go

Jai: Sidoo can I have a word with you?
Sidoo (nodded): Ofcourse bhai. You all go I am coming.

All went without speaking a word. Sidoo stood in front of Jai

Jai: Please be with Avai and take care of her or she will cry for whole night
Sidoo (smiled little): Alright bhai. I am there

Jai nodded. Sidoo left. After sometime. Dr came out.

Dr: I injected her for 10hrs. She will be unconscious as her drugs are high

Jai nodded. Dr left. Jai went and sat on sofa. Soon the fell in deep slumber of sleep

At Nandra mansion. After few minutes all reached

Sm (worried): How is Avneet?
Abhi: Sr was treating her. As we was too much peeps so dr asked us to leave but she will be fine. She is strong girl
Sm: Hmm
Am (wiped her tears): Avanti beta go and show guests rooms to all. All go and get fresh then have dinner
Sid: Aunty I don't want anything. Avai just show me the room
Avai (nodded): Mom I too don't want anything. Let's go guys

She left. All followed her and went in their rooms

In twin brothers room. Sid got fresh first then sidoo went. Sid laid on bed acting like he is sleeping cause he was avoiding talk to talk with sidoo

After some minutes. Sidoo came and saw him sleeping. Sidoo knows he is acting

Sidoo: You can't lie to me. I know you aren't sleeping. Same way you can't hide your feelings from me. I know you love Avneet. You are just not realizing. I am with Avanti tonight. Take care buddy

He left. Sid sat on bed and was sobbing cause of this mess. He don't want to give up on his 1st love and he can't see his best friend in this.

Whole night he stayed sobbing. So avai

Next morning. They went college after going hospital. Avi wasn't concious

In college. Sid wasn't able to concentrate on studies. After 2 lectures

Sid: Buddy I am not in mood to attend lectures. I am going

Before anyone could say anything. He left
