Jai's phone rang. He quickly wiped his tears and declined the call

Jai: Abhi drop me home. Avi and avai reached there. Avai is calling
Abhi: Hmm

He start the car. Again Jai's phone rang. He again declined the call. Reem's phone rang. Caller I'd siddo. She received the call

Call conversation

Reem: Yes sidoo
Sidoo (worried): Di Avi isn't breathing properly. Jai bhai isn't receiving Avai's call
Reem (worried): What happened to avi? Where you guys are?

As soon as Jai heard this. He took the phone

Abhi (worried): Jai put it on speaker

Jai quickly put it on speaker

Jai (worrief): What happened?
Sidoo: Umm... bhai Avi's breathing isn't normal
Jai: Where you are?
Sidoo: I will send you my location

Sidoo quickly shared location. Abhi drove the car towards the location. Soon they reach

Jai quickly came out of car. And saw that all were out of car. Avi was sitting on a bench and Sid, sidoo, avai was with her

Jai went towards avi. So everyone follow him. Jai sat beside and saw her breathing heavily

Jai (rubbing her back): Bacha what happened?
Avai (crying): Bhai
Jai (worried): Was she stressing?
Sid (worried): Umm... I think so
Abhi: Jai let's take her hospital
Jai: No need. She didn't took her medicine and stressing isn't good for her health
Avai (rushing): Yaa. Wait medicine is in bag

She ran towards car and took Avi's medicine. She came back and handed medicine to Jai

Jai (giving medicine to avi): Take it princess.

Avi somehow took medicine. Jai make her drink water. She then just buried her face in jai's chest and was breathing fast. Jai was rubbing her back to calm her down

Jai (while rubbing her back and kissed her hairs): Calm down bacha everything will be fine. I am here nah for my princess. Calm down

Abhinavi, reem were looking at worried Jai. Reem's heart was fluttering looking at responsible and caring Jai. Her eyes were shading tears. Sid's heart was beating so fast. Looking at Avi's condition

Avai was crying badly. She don't knew what she her heart was saying. Sidoo was experienced with Avi's condition. He knew she will be fine. He was worried for avai. Looking at her swallowed red eyes, puffy nose.

Jai was worried for Avi. Avi was struggling with her breathing to get normal.

Jai looked at avai. He saw how badly she was crying. How her eyes and nose turns red and puffy

Jai (pulling avai in hug): Princess everything will be fine

He touched her forehead and realised she is having fever. He got more worried

Jai cups Avai's face with one hand, hugging avi with other

Jai (worried): Princess you are having high fever

Everyone got worried. Avi left Jai leaning towards bench. She knew Avai needs Jai. Still her breathing wasn't normal. Jai was worried and confused whom to support 1st. Cause he knows both are not well both needs him

He was feeling so helpless. He just pulled both of them in hug and controlled his tears

Reem saw this and came. She sat with avi while rubbing her back. Jai looked at avai

Jai (cups her face): Are you okay? Bacha
Avai (wiped her tears): Yes. Bhai I am. You take care of Twiny

Jai removed his jacket and make avai wear it. Sidoo badly want to hug avai but he just controlled himself

Jai (kiss Avai's forehead): You go and sit in car. In few minutes Avi's breathing will be normal then we will go home
Avai: Okay
Vaish: I am coming with you

Vaish and avai went in car and sat on back seat. Avai just hug vaish tight. She starts sobbing

Vaish (caressing Avai's hair): Everything will be fine. Calm down

After few minutes. Avi's breathing got normal and she slept there only. Jai took her in arms and make her sit on back seat of car with avai. Avai too slept by now

Jai: Guys I am going home. We will talk tomorrow and Siddharth, Siddhanth be in your limits. I don't want you near my sisters. Bye guys
Reem: I am also coming with you
Jai (nodded): Okay

Jaireem with twin sisters went in one car and abhinavi with twin brothers in other
