After few days. Everything is good now. 3days back avi got concious. Today she is coming back to India

Twin brothers are weak cause of exhaustion, stress they have whereas twin sisters have fever cause of surgery and miscarriage. Apart from fever and weakness. Everything is good. Everyone is happy. As Avi's surgery was successful they are sad cause of sidhanti's baby. Sid is badly waiting for avu to come back and he can take her in arms not let her go anywhere. Jaineet and Am don't know about Avanti's miscarriage

At Nigam Mansion. Everyone was waiting for Avneet's arrival. All were in living area except sid

In sid's room. Sid was sitting. Totally impatient to have avni's look. Avai came in sid's room. She saw him fiddling his fingers. She went to him and held his hands

Avai (glaring): What happened? Why you are nervous?
Sid (sighed): I don't know how I will face her. You know I promised her to be with her every moment. I don't know how she will react?
Avai (shivered cause of fever): I am also scared. I don't know how Twiny will react for my miscarriage
Sid (wrapped his arm around her): Don't worry. Everything will be fine. We all are with you I promise. May be not physically but mentally for sure. And don't worry cutie pie will come back soon. The way mom dad can't live away from baby. Same way baby too can't live without mom dad. So cutie pie has to come back soon. I am always ready to spoil my cutie pie

Avai chuckled and slap his arm lightly

Avai (teary eyes): You know you both the brothers are best. Just perfect for me and my Twiny. Love of you both made us strong and support us to face all situations. After knowing our father's past. I don't think anyone would have excepted us. After knowing Twiny don't have life. Any other boy would have moved on but you stood with my sister. Without caring for your future. You keep loving her. After knowing there are chances may be she will not give birth to your child then too you supported her. You know Sid when you were missing nah. Twiny went to England. She was worried for you. She wanted to talk with you on call but you wasn't here. So sidoo talk her as you. He lied to her but assure her as well that you are safe when he himself don't knew. Cause of him only. She went for surgery without worries. It was my fault I couldn't shared about our baby to sidoo then too he excepted all the truth with smile on his lips. We lost our baby cause of me. Thank you so much for being my best friend and support me at every moment

Sidooneet barged in room. As they heard everything said by Avanti. Avi had tears in eyes as she heard Avai's miscarriage. Sidavai saw them and they smiled

Avi (wiped her tears): Twiny is saying truth Sid, sidoo. You both really supported us every moment. Everything is fine cause of your support. You both are the best
Sidoo (rolling his eyes): Done with your Thank you speech?
Sid: If not then throw in bin cause it's seriously boring. Even more than studies

They all chuckled

Sid (hug avi): I missed you so much
Avai (joining sidneet): I too missed my Twiny
Sid (raising his eyebrow): Avanti yaar don't spoil our moment
Sidoo (joining sidneetavai): This is group time. Not personal. I too missed you Bhabhijaan

They 4 did group hug. A minute later they aparted the hug

Avai (holding sidneet's hand): You know Sid when I told Twiny about my pregnancy. Her words was also same my cutie pie and I will spoil. Same as yours

Tears starts brimming in her eyes. Sidoo's smile went away. He was controlling his tears.

Avi (wiped Avai's tears): Leave all this Twiny. Now focus on future and you start your work fast. So that my cutie pie can come soon (smirk)

Sid (back hug avi): We are ready to spoil our cutie pie
Sidoo (back hug avai, kissing Avai's blushy cheek): We too want our cutie pie. We are also ready to spoil (smirk)

Avi and avai both were blushing. Boys chuckled

Sid: Let's go down
Sidoo: Yeah let's go

They all went down and sat with family for chit chat
