Next morning.

With sidneet. Sid woke up and saw avi sleeping on his chest peacefully. He smile and wrapped his arms around her. That's when he realised her body temperature was high. Sid got worried

Sid (patting Avi's cheeks): Jaan get up jaan

He make her lay properly on bed and sat beside her. Trying to wake her. He was so worried for her.

Sid's pov: I should call Avanti. She knows what to do?

He took her phone and call avai.

With sidhanti.

Both were sleeping peacefully when Avai's phone rang. Sidhanti were in deep slumber of sleep that they didn't heard phone's ring. Again sid called her. This time avai woke up.

Avai (sleepy): Who is calling at this time?

Her phone was on sidoo's side. Sidoo's grip around her was too strong.

Avai (shaking sidoo): Sidoo my phone is on your side and it's ringing
Sidoo (sleepy): Hmmm..... Okay!
Avai (patting him on his chest): Give me phone sidoo. It's ringing. What if bhai is calling?

Sidoo gave her phone and slept again. Avai took her phone and saw sid's I'd. She received the call.

Call conversation.

Avai (sleepy): Good morning
Sid (panicking): Avai muski has high fever. She isn't even waking
Avai (shout out of shock): What!
Sidoo (woke up): What happened princess?
Avai (worried): Twiny isn't well. She has fever
Sid (on call): Come to my room fast please
Avai: Ya coming.

She hang up the call both quickly wore same clothes of night and ran out of room. Avai was having difficulty but she ignored her pain.

Soon they reached at sidneet's room. Sidoo knocked the door. Sid quickly open it. They 3 rushed inside. Avai sat beside avi. She took her head and rested on her lap. Sid said on other side and held her hand

Avai (massaging her forehead, worried): So high temperature it is! Call bhai guys

Sidoo nodded and call Jai. Few minutes later all rushed in sidneet's room.

Jai (worried): What happened? Bacha
Avai (worried): Bhai Twiny has high fever and she isn't waking also

Jai touched Avi's forehead.

Reem: Call receptionist and ask them to call dr soon
Jai: No I am calling to her dr. She can help us

Jai called England's hospital. He informed about avu's condition

Jai (from Sid): She took her medicine at night?
Sid (shocked): Ummm...... No

Jai continues his talk. Sid was feeling guilty.  Sidoo sat beside him

Sidoo: Calm down buddy. Avu will be fine

Sid nodded a bit. After few minutes. Jai sat with avi.

Jai (worried): Dr is coming in a while

All were worried. Sidoo sat with avai. Sid was feeling guilty as he didn't care of Avneet.

Some minutes later Dr. Came

Dr: Who is Mr Jaijeet?
Jai: Me Dr. She is patient
Dr: Please everyone wait outside

All nodded and went out. Dr did Avi's treatment then went out

Dr: Don't skip her medicine at any cost. She is so weak. If she skipped medicine we have to inject her with more power drugs.

Jai: I will be careful

Dr nodded and left. Jai stood beside Sid

Jai: Sid be more careful. If she isn't obeying inform me but be careful

Sid smiled weakly and hug Jai

Sid (mumble): I am sorry
Jai: Okay let's go.

All went in. They all were there only till she woke up.

Avi (sat on bed): Why you all are here?
Abhi: You Okay? Bacha
Avi (teary eyes): My head is paining alot
Vaish: Don't worry I will do your hair massage
Jai (sternly): Why you skipped your medicine at night?
Avi: I forgot
Jai (cups her face): Princess take care of yourself. See your condition now
Reem (changing topic): Guys lets get ready then meet here soon for breakfast
Abhi: Then we can decide where to go today?

All went in respective rooms. After getting ready sidhanti came 1st in sidneet's room.

Avai was lumping while walking. Avi noticed

Avi (concerned): Twiny what happened to you?

Sidhanti blush and tried to hide it.

Avi (smirk): Oh!! Something else
Sid (side hugging): I think in morning they were busy that's why they took time in receiving my call

Suddenly everyone came in room. So twins closed the topic

Abhi: Let's go for breakfast
Avi: Bhai me and Twiny are here only (smirk looking at avai)

Jai: Okay. I will bring your breakfast
Vaish: No. Sid and sidoo will do. They four can have breakfast together. Now let's go I am hungry.

Everyone left for breakfast. Avi was teasing avai but suddenly both were numb and tears roll down their cheeks.......
