IT HAD BEEN TO my surprise when I had woken up on the soft bed that had belonged to Scott. I heard screaming coming from down the hall and my brother speaking downstairs.
"Is she okay?" He questioned, his voice cracking as I hobbled down the steps as they rushed towards them. A breathe of relief had escaped his lips and he ran towards me, hugging me tightly. I was shocked at first and then relaxed, hugging him back. He had let go as Scott was also very worried about something else, bugging Stiles about it.
"You didn't tell him about Liam, right?" He asked, as we all stood together.
"You barely told me about Liam." He complained, my eyes widening as I realized that I hadn't known what happened to Liam.
"What do you mean? What happened to Liam?" I dared to ask, looking between my brother and Scott as I heard another sudden scream. It had sounded like it was coming from the bathroom and I lurched forward, going up the steps and into Scott's room. Stiles had looked as concerned and confused as I was.
I then busted the door open swiftly, revealing a tied up brunette. There was duck tape covering his mouth as he grunted and screamed. "What the hell is this?" I exclaimed, pointing towards him in agitation. Scott's eyes widened at my reaction as he pulled us back out to his room.
Stiles spoke out in annoyance, "So you bit him." My heart had broke as soon as I realized, knowing his life would never be the same.
"Yeah." He sighed.
"And you kidnapped him."
"Yeah." Scott frowned, as I glared at him.
"And brought him here." My brother finished.
"I panicked." He confessed, staring with his mouth wide open. He had been in a state of shock almost, not knowing what to say.
Stiles looked over to me as I felt along my head at the large bump and winced. "Hey, I was knocked out. I didn't have an option. Besides, I wouldn't have allowed this." I spoke, putting my hands up in the air.
"Yup. This isn't going to end with us burying the pieces of his body out in the desert, is it?" Stiles asked, while we all stood outside in the hallway. Once Stiles finished, you could hear Liam's muffled cries in the bathroom.
"We are not going to bury pieces of his body in the desert." I demanded, knowing how wrong that would be on so many levels. It hadn't mattered who was bit, I wouldn't allow it.
"As a reminder, this is why I always come up with the plans. Your plans suck." Stiles informed, staring straight at Scott.
"I know, Nina made that clear too. Which is why I called you. So, what do we do?" He sighed as my brother and I came up with an idea together. He seemed sure it would work, but I didn't trust the plan as much.

"Liam, we're going to take the tape off your mouth. If you scream, it goes right back on. If you talk quietly, it stays off. Got it?" Stiles explained while Scott and I stood to the side. Liam had nodded rapidly, looking between us with pure anger.
"Okay." My brother stated, creeping over as he ripped the tape off in a swift motion. Liam yelped at the sudden burning sensation and looked even angrier than before.
"Okay, Liam, now you've seen a lot of confusing things tonight. And more confusing things are going to happen because of the confusing things that happened tonight. Do you understand?" Stiles announced, causing me to roll my eyes at his response.
"Stiles, neither Scott - or me - understood that." I claimed as Scott agreed with the nod of his head and a remaining face of confusion.
"Yeah, I don't understand either." Scott responded, Liam nodding as well with a few words.
"Maybe you should tell him." My brother huffed.
"Tell me what?" Liam urged, seeming anxious and angry as I frowned towards him. His life was going to be changed forever and there was nothing I could do about it. I wished I could've changed something, but he would be dead if it hadn't happened. I needed to understand that.
"Liam... What happened to you, what I did to you, which I had to do in order to save you, it's going to change you." Scott revealed, talking slowly and carefully towards the brunette pinned to a chair. Stiles had both hands on his hips as he nodded at Scott's words, being as serious as possible. It was like comedic relief, until..
"Unless it kills you." Stiles added quickly, as I smacked his arm immediately. "Ow! Shouldn't have said that." He groaned, rubbing his aching arm as I looked to see Liam whimpering on the wooden chair.
"What?" He feared, as Stiles faced dropped to an upset but confused expression. I had been doing the same.
"Uh... Uh-oh. Oh-oh. Is he... Is he crying?" He stammered out, starring at a weeping Liam - baffled.
"Liam, it's okay. You're going to be all right." Scott reassured him, but I could tell that Scott was horrified too of what would happen.
"Can someone get him out of the chair, please?" I stood there in annoyance, on the edge of just doing it myself. Liam had started sobbing even more as the two stood together, completely baffled.
"You're not going to die." Scott replied, as Stiles interrupted again.
"Probably not."
"Stiles!" I groaned, catching him off guard. "Stop it."
"Okay, possibly not."
"Would you just help me untie him?" Scott pleaded, as the three of us leaped towards the chair and pulled off the duct tape. I had assumed it had come from my bother since he always uses it to fix his car.
"Liam? Are you okay?" Scott questioned, a softened look on his face towards the blue eyed boy.
"We're sorry about that. We're really sorry." Stiles apologized as I added a few apologies in myself. But then Liam had started grunting as he rose from the uncomfortable wooden chair, turning around as I realized what he was doing.
"Liam, what the hell is your..." Stiles started as the chair whipped towards the two of them and I went towards the door.
"Liam, don't." I pleaded, standing in the way as he tried to get through me. I had stopped him quickly, screaming for the boys as he slipped out of my grip and down the hall.
"Ah. Get him." They all screamed as I stood off to the side, letting them do what they wanted to do. Soon they were all screaming at once as they fell down the steps, quickly. I ran down the hall to find them all groaning on the wooden floor.
"He's leaving." I warned, as Stiles started screaming about how he had him. But instead, Scott and Stiles had just been grabbing at each other's legs instead of Liam's. I chuckled, hobbling down the steps as they looked at each other.
"Your plan sucked, too." They both exhaled loudly, looking out the open door.

We had just gotten into the school as Stiles phone buzzed, signaling that he had a text. He stopped, looking at it before quickly ushering me to follow him. So I did, questioning what we were doing until we turned the corner.
"Liam, hey!" Stiles yelled out as I looked between the three of them, groaning.
"We need to talk." Scott spoke, as we all started cornering him and I rolled my eyes internally at their plans.
"No, you need to back the hell up, okay? All three of you." He spoke in agitation, looking between all three of us. I mouthed a 'sorry' towards him and he nodded, knowing that this wasn't in my plans.
"Can you just listen for one second. Please?" Scott begged, inching towards him and Stiles and I continued standing behind Liam.
"Liam... We're brothers now." Scott started as I face palmed at the beginning of his so called 'speech.'
"What?" He asked in confusion, staring at Scott.
"Oh, God. That's..." Stiles mumbled, looking down in disappointment as I felt the same. Liam looked back quickly to find the both of us discontent with Scott's words.
"What are you talking about? We just met and you bit me." He informed, anger boiling inside of him.
"The bite... The bite is a gift." Scott paused in between his thoughts, copying the words that Derek had said to him in the beginning.
"Scott, stop." I pleaded.
"Yeah, Please stop." Stiles agreed, as we both moved over towards Scott.
"You, you, we're trying to help you, you little runt." My brother stuttered, pointing his finger at him as Liam looked between the three of us.
"By kidnapping me?" Liam objected Stiles' statement, causing a bit of thought from the two boys.
"Just to clarify, Scott kidnapped you. Okay? I aided and abetted." Stiles informed, correcting Liam as I explained how it was no where near my idea.
"Liam, I've gone through this before. Something's happening to you. Something big." The brunette with matching brown eyes had finally found some of his own words to explain. I had noticed a softened look on Liam's face before he changed it back to the angered look from moments ago.
"Nothing's happening to me." He assured, ripping off the bandage on his arm where the bite had been. My heart skipped as I saw that the bite had healed, feeling bittersweet that his body accepted it. "Nothing." He Exclaimed, stomping off as the three of us all looked at each other in shock. It had fully hit us that Scott officially had his first beta - his first innocent.
