Manik was conducting meeting with some dealers when the door flung opened.. everyone turned to door and saw Nandini there..

Nandini walks to them and stood next Manik's chair who was confused seeing her there.

Nandini : I'm sorry to interrupt the meeting but can I have word with Manik.. please..

She looked the dealers who gave her positive nods.. all the dealer got up and left the room leaving manan alone.. as everyone left Manik too stood and cupped Nandini face.... He then pecked her forehead.

Manik : Jaan you okay! You still look worried.

Nandini : mani.. I'm scared.

Manik : scared.. why Jaan?

Nandini: I don't know why but I feel restless.. somewhere I feel like something is wrong... amms never gets to wish me on my birthday or rishab.. I don't know why mani but this feeling is killing me... I want to talk to amms.. I won't feel relief till I talk to her.. mani please call her.. maybe she will pick your call... mani..

Manik didn't knew what to do.. he knows how close she is to amms after him and raj.. Manik pulled her in hug and caressed her hair..

Manik : Jaan.. take break from office.. you will feel much better.. nothing has happened.. trust me..

Nandini tilt her head up and looked at him..

Nandini: I trust you mani but this feeling is not helping me..

Manik broke the hug and cupped her face..

Manik : you want to know if amms and everyone is safe in India.. I'll call my security and ask him.. okay!

Nandini nods.. Manik again pulled her in hug.. he pulled his phone out and dialled number...

Manik spoke to his security who lives in India for Murthy.. Nandini could only hear Manik's side conversation.. Manik ended call and caressed Nandini's hair. He then placed kiss on her hair.. he broke the hug and cupped her face..

Manik : everyone is safe.. don't worry!

Nandini : hmm!

Manik : wanna take rest! I think you should go home and take rest.. you feel happy..

Nandini : I don't want to go home without you.. I'll be fine in office.. and I'm sorry for disturbing your meeting.. I shouldn't have come like this....

Manik : it's okay.. don't be sorry.. I know you wouldn't come when something is disturbing you.. they will understand..

Nandini gave him smile..

Nandini: shall I go..

Manik : I can't even hold you back as the meeting is important too.. but why to worry when I'm here.. after meeting I'll to meet you in your cabin.. hmm!

Nandini: okay.. bye..

Manik pecked her forehead..

Manik : see you in hour Jaan.. while going send them in..

Nandini nods and left.. while going she told dealer to go in but not before apologising to them again....

Manik continued his meeting.. After hour Manik finally finished the meeting after finalising the deal.. Manik walked to Nandini's cabin and saw her sitting while being engrossed with file..

He smiled and made his way to her.. he sat opposite to her chair and cleared his throat.. Nandini looks up and gave smile to Manik..

Manik: done completing the file..

Nandini: almost.. how did meeting go?

Manik : good! Waise Jaan did avni or abhi called you?

Nandini: no.. but day before yesterday I spoke to avni.. she was saying there was some proven in office.. maybe she is busy in office work.. even Bhai might be there..

Manik nods... Manik then moved his chair to Nandini and laid his head in her lap.. she smilingly ran her fingers into his hair. He closed his eyes.. as he felt relaxing a smile curved on his face..

Nandini was ruffled his hair...

After hour Manik and Nandini walked out of their cabin with raj.. Manik clapped his hand to get attention of others.. everyone stopped working and looks at Manik..

Manik was in between Nandini and raj..

Manik : can I have attention of yours.. for moment.. as you know today is Nandini birthday.. and as every year we held party at malthora house.. I Manik malthora gladly invites you all to Nandini birthday party.. we hope you will come with your families.. thank you..

As Manik finished he looks at raj who looked at Lucy and gave her envelope.. lucky taking them gave to every staff.. it was invitation card for Nandini's birthday party..

Manan and raj left back to their cabin as there still has some hours left before leaving to home....

Manan were driving back home with raj.. Nandini and raj were sitting back and talking to each other while Manik was driving..

Nandini: mani!

Manik : hmm!

Nandini: did you inform Neela maa and Ashish papa about today?

Manik : Jaan not worry! They know.. both will come with avni..

Nandini: okay!

She got back talking with raj..

As they entered inside the malthora house they saw abhi and avni instructed few people.. Manik knew both were coming before them to help Kaka with decorations.. Nandini rushed to abhi and called his name loudly making Manik and raj chuckle at her..

As abhi turned hearing Nandini voice.. he was hugged by Nandini.. he stumbled back but manage to handle his crazy sister... he heard her comparing to him...

Nandini: I hate you so much... you didn't even wish me...

Abhi smiled at her and broke the hug.. he pecked her forehead..

Abhi : happy birthday sister..

Nandini: thank you Bahi...

Nandini then turned to avni who was assuming them.. Nandini went to her and hugged her too..

Avni : happy birthday Nandini!

Nandini: thank you avni!

Avni broke the hug and smiled at Nandini... while abhi and avni were wishing Nandini Manik left to his room as he had to call Murthy's...

Manik was talking to amms when he felt arms around his waist... he smiled knowing it's his Jaan.. he continued talking to Amms but not mentioning her name..

Soon Manik ended the call and heard his Jaan speaking..

Nandini: I love you mani..

Manik smiled at her confession.. he held her hand which was resting on his waist.. he pulled at her front and stared her lovingly... he went to close to her and pecked her forehead..

Manik : and your mani loves you more Jaan..

Nandini smiled at him and crashed into his arms.. she starts playing with his shirt butting while he was caressing her hair....

Nandini: mani...

Manik : yes Jaan...

Nandini: mani did you forget my dress for today..

Manik: what do you think Jaan? Did I?

Nandini: my mind is saying yes...

Manik smiled and looks at her who tilted her head up too looking at him.. both smiled at each other and broke the hug.. Manik pecked her forehead..

Manik : I'll get your dress..

Nandini was excited to see her new dress.. on every birthday Nandini gets new birthday dress.. Manik loves her like his child.. indeed she was his child only.... she starts jumping as she saw Manik coming with box wrapped.. she quickly ran to him and snatched the box from his hand.. Manik chuckled at her behaviour.....

Nandini immediately starts unwrapped the box and opened it.. she gasped seeing the dress.. the dress was about to fall but Manik caught... Nandini mentally slapped her head...

Manik : Jaan don't be gasp.. this is nothing... soon party will start.. take this and get change.. I'll change here...

Nandini before taking the dress jumped on him making him fall on bed.. he smiling see her happy face... he tucked her hair strands... Nandini pecked his cheek hardly...

Nandini: I love you mani...

Manik : I love you you too Jaan!

Nandini then got up from him and walked to washroom.. Manik too stood up and went to get change in the room itself...

Manik was fixing his shirt button when washroom door opened... he turned his head and froze seeing his Jaan..... he deeply stared her making her blush hardly.. Manik didn't realise when his feet's starts going to Nandini..... his gaze was making Nandini only blush to deepest...her cheeks were completely red feeling intense gaze of Manik.... Manik stood so close to her... his hands raised up and went under her waist.. he pulled her lightly which made her land straight on his chest.. their eyes got locked...

Manik brought his one hand to her hair and pulled hair band which made her hair fall down to her hips....

Manik then whispered into her eyes ears making her shiver..

Manik : never tie your hair...

Both of them were lost in their moment.... Manik then came close to her lips and didn't take a second to place his lips on hers.... he kissed her softly yet passionately.... he sucked her lips with full passion... he pulled her into the kiss.. Nandini didn't protested but gave in... she responded too...Manik broke the kiss and looked at her....

Manik : do you have any idea what are you doing to me now?

he said while gazing her from top to bottom... Nandini again blushed feeling his gaze on her..

Manik didn't move his eye from her which was making her cheeks hurt...

Nandini: mani.....

She composed herself and looks at him...

Manik : what mani... Jaan this is not right.... this dress isn't helping me at all... now I regret getting this for you... you look super hot in my favourite colour Jaan..

His arms were wrapped around her waist... Nandini blushed hearing him... Nandini lifted her head up and looks at him... she immediately crashed into his arms trying to hide her blushing face... Manik smiled at her and hugged her back...

Manik : Jaan if you done blushing then shall we finish getting ready...

Nandini broke hug and nods at him... she moved to dressing table and took brush when Manik stopped her.. she looks at him but he didn't say anything but took brush from her..

He came behind her and starts brushing her hair... smile played on their faces... Manik kept the brush down and took some pins... he starts making simple hairstyle.... he loves making Nandini hairstyle... he pinned a pin and looks at Nandini who was smiling looking in mirror...

Manik turned her to his side and smiled.. he cupped her face and kissed her forehead...

Manik : beautiful Jaan...

Nandini smiled and hugged him...while being in hug Nandini fixed his shirt button...

After sometime Manan decided to get going down as the guest will be starts coming any time....

Manik broke hug and kissed her forehead once again... he forward his hand to Nandini who held his hand... both smiled at each other..

Manik : shall we leave...

Nandini nods..

Manan left the room holding each other hands... they were on top of stairs when light got turned off.... only spotlight was flashed on manan who was coming down entwining their hands... guest could see them... they smiled at them...

Manan reached to last stair when the got back on... as the lights was on Nandini got biggest shock... her eyes brimmed with fresh tears... she couldn't believe her family was there... she controlling her tears looks at Manik who smiling... Manik gave her nod to go... Nandini felt his hand and ran to her family... she crashed into amms arms and starts crying while muttering how much she missed them......

Amms : kanna stop crying... it's your birthday..

Nandini sniffed and broke hug.. she then hugged Shannoo and Venkatesh... she cried hugging them too... at last she saw her brother who was in tears too... she pulled him in hug...

Nandini: I missed you rishu...

Rishab : I missed you too Di..

Nandini broke hug when Manik came to Nandini and wrapped his arms around her shoulder.. she rested her head on his chest..

Manik : how was the surprise?

Nandini: you knew about this.... you lied to me in morning... I hate you...

She hits his chest while Manik was smiling at her only..

Manik : Jaan will you keep hitting me or listen to me...

Nandini stopped hitting him and looks at him... it's was only family in the hall while others were food counter side... abhi told guest to eat first before cutting cake..

Manik : Jaan I know you missed them so I planed all this.. you know they were coming but when you didn't knew.. it was hard to hide this from you but still I managed to keep secret... I'm sorry... I only wanted to surprise you.... sorry for hiding from you...

Nandini just hugged him and muttered him it's okay...

Amms came front Nandini and patted her head... Nandini broke hug from Manik and looks at amms... amms kissed her forehead...

Amms : happy birthday kanna... be happy...

Nandini: thank you Amms...

Like this abhvi Neela, Ashish, Venkatesh and Shannoo wished Nandini... only rishab was left to wish Nandini.. Nandini looks at him... rishab wrapped his arms around her shoulder...

Rishab : happy birthday Di..

Nandini:thank you rishu!

Rishab smiled at her..

Abhvi came forward and hugged Nandini...

Abhvi : happy birthday Nandini...

They screamed in her ears...

Nandini palmed her ears and Manik shaped abhi head lightly.. he pulled Nandini from them and side hugged her.. he gently rubbed her ears too...

Manik : what was that for? Baby I know abhi is idiot but I didn't except this from you..

Neela : Manik shall cuts the cake...

Manik nods and told kaka to bring the cake.. soon kaka came with cake... Manik took knife and gave it Nandini...

All guest were back too... Nandini blowed the candle and cuts the cake... while cutting the cake she wished for her family happiness.... she took bite and gave first one to amms then raj... they fed her too... everyone sang happy birthday song for Nandini...

After cake cutting everyone were dancing or having conversations with each other... at moment the lights again turned off.. everyone starts talking when lights flashed on figure who was back facing....

The figure turned and came front Nandini has sat on knees... this shocked Nandini as she didn't expect this from her mani... yes the figure is none than Manik malthora...

As Nandini was shocked whereas everyone in family were happy and smiling as they know what is Manik is up to.....

Manik locked his eyes with Nandini forward his hand and looks at her.... with his eyes gesture to keep her hand on his... Nandini kept her hand in his... as she did Manik smiled and looks at her back who gave him thumbs up....

Nandini was still shocked...she came back from tranche as she heard Manik speaking....

Manik : Jaan.... Nandini... my Nandini.. my Jaan... today I want to say something... three years ago I was Manik malthora for world who knew me by arrogant... didn't cared about anyone... but there was someone who entered in my life.. that's you.. Nandini you didn't only change me but gave me better life... I got my dad back... I got beautiful family... and mostly I got you... my love... Jaan... who is my life only... I'm going to simple it in easy way than making you bored..... I Manik Malhotra want to say will you marry me.... will you live your entire life with me... will you become my wife... will become Mrs Manik malthora..... So Nandini Murthy will you marry me...

He simply stared her.... Nandini was in tears remembering those days... she was crying silently when she heard noises of people and her family saying yes.....

She looks at Manik and gave nods... as she nodded her head Manik got up and pulled her in tight hug... both hugged each other... Manik while being in hug took ring out from his pocket ....

He broke hug and looks at Nandini who was smiling in tears...

Manik : may I...

Nandini forward her hand while Manik slide the ring in her fingers... everyone clapped at the couple.. Manik pecked Nandini forehead and hugged her again...

Manik : I love you Jaan..

Nandini: I love you too mani... thank you for this beautiful birthday.... I love you so much..

Manik smiled and caressed her hair...

They broke hug as they heard their family congratulating them... raj hugged Manik and Nandini..

Raj : finally princess will become my bahu...

Nandini smiled at him... abhvi hugged Manik and Nandini.. both congratulated them... Murthy were happy for manan.. they blessed them....

Hey guys I'm sorry yesterday I couldn't update.. I was going to update but then I got bored writing chapter..
