Chapter 2

Alice woke up in a cold sweat gasping for air. She looked out her window and realized that it was still dark out. "Alice! Are you okay?" Lance asked with concern. He seemed to be very startled by Alice's awakening. Alice smiled and gave him a small hug with Lance hugging her face. "Yes Lance, I'm okay. It was just another dream." she explained. "Was it anything bad?" he asked. "No, I don't think so." Alice answered. "Hey Lance have you ever heard of something called Bayn Ealimin? I think it might have something to do with the Trump Kingdom." Lance shook his head. "No I don't think so. But if it's about the Trump Kingdom then Makoto or Daybi should know about it." Alice nodded to show that she was listening, and then got out of bed towards her phone. "Uhhh... Alice? What are you doing? Shouldn't you be going back to sleep?" Lance asked confused. "I'm calling Makoto to see if she has any answers. After all I was told to tell her if I had anymore dreams." Alice responded dialing in Makoto's number. "That doesn't mean you should lose sleep!" Lance exclaimed. "Lance this is serious! Sleep can wait. Besides with what I just saw I wouldn't be able to fall back asleep even if I wanted to." The phone rang a couple times before someone picked up. "Who is it?" answered a very drowsy Makoto. "It's Alice." That seemed to wake up Makoto almost immediately. "Alice? It's 3 in the morning! Is everything okay?" Makoto practically screamed from the phone. Alice laughed a little at her friend's antics. "Yes, everything is fine. I just thought you could help me answer some questions." she explained. "Did you have another dream?" Makoto asked her voice much softer this time. "Mm-hmm." A sigh was heard over the phone. "I'm coming over. I'll be there in 10 minuets." Makoto stated. "What?! Makoto there is no way that you'll be able to get into my house at 3 am!" Alice whispered her voice became a little too loud on the first word. "Then I'll come in by the roof. Besides this doesn't seem like something that should be talked about over the phone." she said stubbornly. "Fine! But be careful!"

Alice opened up her window so that Makoto could get in. "I can't believe you just did that." Alice told her friend. Makoto let out a small laugh. "Hey! It's your fault for telling me in the first place. You know how stubborn I am." "Fine, next time I won't tell you." Alice responded jokingly. "No fair!" Makoto said giving Alice a playful shove. "Hey!" Alice shoved Makoto back causing Makoto to fall. But then she grabbed Alice at the last second and brought Alice down with her. Alice fell right on top of Makoto on the bed. Both girls laughed clearly enjoying each other's company. "Okay but seriously what's the big important question that you needed to ask me?" Makoto asked getting serious. "Have you ever heard of a place called Bayn Ealimin?"

Small time skip
"Do you guys have any idea why Alice called us?" Mana asked. It was later in the morning and the sun was out. Mana, Rikka, and Aguri were walking together to Alice's house. Rikka shrugged. "It's probably because Alice had another dream. But what it could be about I have no idea." she responded. "Why are we even going to Alice's house? Didn't we say that we would meet at the park if anything happens?" Aguri asked. "Yeah, but in all honesty the voicemail that I got from Alice told me that she was pretty out of it and tired. So I decided to just go with it. No harm in changing plans." Mana said. When the girls got there Aguri knocked on the door. A few moments later Sebastian opened it. "Ah! There you are girls. Alice is in her room." he said. "Thanks Sebastian!" Mana exclaimed. The girls went upstairs and went to Alice's room. "Alice! We're here." Aguri stayed knocking on the door. There was no response, which confused everyone. They looked at each other before Aguri pushed open the door. "Alice?"

What the girls saw was surprising to say the least. Both Makoto and Alice were passed out on Alice' s bed. Alice was snuggled up to Makoto's side while Makoto had an arm wrapped around her. It was honestly really adorable. "What's going on?!" Aguri exclaimed in surprise. Makoto woke up almost immediately. "I'm awake!" she exclaimed before she fell of the bed, letting out a small yelp as she did so. In response Alice sat up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. "Wh-What?" she said tiredly. "You okay Makoto?" Mana asked while helping her friend up. "Yeah, I'm good." Makoto mumbled. "Why were you guys even asleep? Alice you messaged us only an hour ago!" Rikka exclaimed. "Sorry, we must have dosed off. Makoto has been helping me sense 3 am and I haven't gotten a good nights sleep in 2 days." Alice explained tiredly. "Why were you guys up at 3 am?" Aguri asked. "That's why I called you guys here. I had another dream last night. I think it's trying to tell us to go to Bayn Ealimin." Alice explained. "What's Bayn Ealimin?" Mana asked tilting her head. "Bayn Ealimin is a hidden island off the cost of Southern Europe. A person can't get there unless if they have some kind of magic inside them. The island contains strong magical energy and is said to have a portal from Earth to the Trump Kingdom." Makoto said. "But why do we need to go to the Trump Kingdom? It's crawling with our enemies." Aguri asked. "It's where Ira is and he was in my dream. I think that we're supposed to go there and find him to be able to help with the message Kyra gave me." Alice said. "So we go in there, get into the Trump Kingdom, and find Ira!" Mana easy exclaimed. "Easy as p-" "Not easy." Makoto stated cutting off Mana. "Awww." "There's a reason I've never suggested going to Bayn Ealimin before. The place is very dangerous. One small misstep can make a week long journey turn into a 10 year journey. The creatures, the environment, everything wants you dead." Makoto said. The girls looked at each other looking a bit unsure. "It's going to be difficult but I know we can do this. We've done impossible things before. We can make it, if we do it as a team." Alice stated. Mana, Rikka, and Aguri talked in hushed whispers for a few minutes before Rikka and Aguri nodded to Mana. "So, where do we begin?" She asked.

Who else had life hit them like a train! Me! I'm so sorry this took so long guys! I hope that this chapter was worth the long wait. My life is just getting busy so updates will be slow. Also Bayn Ealimin means between two worlds. That's why the island is named that. While it is fictional, it is based on a real archipelago in Southern Europe. So yeah! Go look it up if you're more curious. Really hoped that everyone was in character! Anyways, bye!
