Chara laid her eyes on Grillby as he begins to throw fireballs at her relentlessly melting the snow in the process.

Grillby looked angry as he continuously throws fireball left and right some of them burning her while other completely miss her. 

Chara soon got used to this style of fighting, but not without sustaining multiple injuries and then Grillby summons a sword of some kind that doesn't burn when he holds it. The blade itself is nothing fancy but it strikes fear into Chara as she sees him with the blade.

Grillby brings down the blade and Chara manages to dodge but not without getting a cut on her calf.

The pain is excruciating its like her leg is burning up on the inside as well on the outside. Crillby lounges again. 

Chara is in too much pain to dodge so she lets her self fall to the ground and when Grillby realizes his attack will miss Chara take that opportunity to to trip Grillby and begin to run away but grillby appears in front of Chara with his sword pointed at her.

Chara is now completely terrified of Grillby and his sword. She is shaking in her boots as she look at the sword that is aimed at her directly.

Grillby goes for a jab but Chara dodges it instinctively but pain flares in her leg once again her teeth clench up as she deal with the pain and now Grillby's flaming sword assault.

Horizontal strike, vertical strike, diagonal strikes, and last but not least throwing his sword and using the ribbon to pull it back as he goes in for an uppercut.

Chara is on her last leg(I'm sorry for that pun)and the pain that's flooding her body is unbearable but her determination is was keeps her going. She made him a promise and she intends to keep it unlike the promise she made with Asriel.

She summon her Determination and  runs straight towards Grillby. Grillby tries to attack her but Chara dodges everything even with the injured leg she manages grab Grillby by the waist and suplexes him. 

"You need to cool off hot head."Chara yelled at Grillby during the suplex.

Chara thought they were done with the fight but Grillby first sat up right and then stood up and popped his neck  with the fire hands , and then sets his sword on fire as he gets ready for another onslaught towards Chara.

Chara is fulled with fear and all she can do is  braced herself for the all the pain of his onslaught but it never comes instead all she gets is a pat on the head and some fries.

Grillby walks away as his sword slowly turns to flames and he fixes his glasses with his flames.

"... ... ... ... ... Good luck Chara you are going to need it." Grillby says as he walks into Grillby's.

Then Chara realizes Grillby could have killed me at the beginning but chose not due to Sans' promise.

Chara fell to her knees in pain and in fear. Who else was this powerful but never did anything to help other monsters. She limped to the savingstar and and it heals all her wounds except for the cut Grillby gave her on her calf.

"I guess that will haunt me forever." Chara says with sigh.

As she slowly makes her way to Snowdin and then she jumps as bones were about to trap her blue bones. The one two monsters who can do that are skeletons. Chara looks at her opponent and looks surprised at who it is.
