Magnus was sitting by his desk doing his work when he heard a crashing sound from his bedroom. He rushed in and saw Alec was no where in the bed. He went towards the bathroom and saw Alec on the floor by the tub with a broken glass beside him. He was tilting his head up leaning against the tub closing his eyes. Magnus kneeled beside him and cupped his cheek. Alec opened his eyes and looked at Magnus. "I'm sorry, I want to take my medication but I got dizzy. I didn't mean to make a mess." Alec leaned back his head closing his eyes. Magnus saw how his Adam's apple bobbed up and down as he swallowed. He stroke Alec's hair and moved his thumb to his cheek. "Are you in pain?" Alec nodded. He wanted to say more but then he crawled to the toilet and vomit his gut out. Magnus started to get worried now seeing Alec vomiting but he didn't eat anything to even vomit it out. He stood and wiped the glass piece cleaned before turning to Alec. But he saw Alec already leaning his forehead on the toilet bowl. He saw the medicine cabinet was opened and one of the pill bottle was out. "Alec did you take this?" He looked at Alec and he nodded. "Alec you're supposed to take this after food otherwise your stomach gonna get ulcers. How many of this have you take?" He wanted to get angry but he saw how weak Alec got and he panicked. He leaned Alec's body towards him and carried him to their bedroom. He could feel Alec's body cold and he starts to shivers. He placed his palm on Alec's forehead to feel his temperature but Alec's body was cold as ice. His lips starts to chatter and he leaned on his side clutching his body. "M-M- Mags, I'm s-so c-cold. W-Why am I s-so c-cold?" Alec stutters in his words and Magnus couldn't figure out what is wrong with him. He grabbed another blanket from the cabinet and wrapped Alec body up to his neck. He pulled out his phone and called the only person he knew to help him in time like this. The call rang three time before someone pick up. "Hey Maggie, its been a while since you called, is everything okay?" It was Cat, she hasn't heard from Magnus for a month since Alec's incident and she doesn't know anything about Alec. Magnus didn't have a chance to tell her anything that is going on between him and Alec. "Cat I need help, can you come?" He asked. His voice shaking and Cat could sense fear. "What's wrong? Is everything okay with you?" Magnus was stroking Alec's body trying to warm him up. "It wasn't me, it was my boyfriend. He starts vomiting a while ago and now he's shivering. Oh god Cat his lips is turning blue." Magnus start panicking when Alec whole body shakes and his lips were blue and so was his nails. He put his phone down cause he can't focus on talking with Cat and he needed to pay attention to Alec. "Alexander, oh god, please stop. Please stop shaking so much. I don't know what to do Alec please stop!" Magnus was really scared and he wasn't any close to being a nurse or a doctor. He doesn't know that Alec was actually having a seizure. His whole body jerked up and down and his head extended with his eyes rolled upward. His teeth clenched with his jaw closed tightly. It lasted for like 3 minutes but Magnus felt like it was an hour. Eventually Alec stopped seizing and lost consciousness. Magnus keep shaking him to woke him up. He was by his side not leaving him till he hear knocked on his door. He ran towards the door and saw Cat when he opened it. She carried her medical bag and rushed in uninvited. "Where is he?" She asked Magnus and he pointed at the bedroom. She went to the bedroom and saw Alec covered up in a blanket and looked pale as ghost. She brings out her stuffs to checked on Alec. She checked his blood pressure and his temperature. Then she brings out a smaller device and poke Alec's finger tip leaving a small drop of blood and she placed it on the machine. The machine made a beep sound and Cat gasped. "I knew it. He's hypoglycemic. I need to give him dextrose." Magnus looked at her confused doesn't understand a word she said. "Cat who you're talking too? I'm not a nurse I don't understand what you said! English please." She looked at him and rolled her eyes. "His body is low in sugar and I need to inject him sugar so he would get back to normal. If his body lack of sugar for so long there will be result in brain damage and he will never wake up." She brings out another thing from her bag and Magnus' bed scatters with her stuffs. She started to tied Alec's upper arm and inserted a needle before she injected a big syringed. As the fluids goes halfway into Alec Magnus could see Alec slowly start to open his eyes. Magnus jumped on his other side and held his cheek. "Oh god Alexander, I'm so worried. You scared the crap out of me. I'm so sorry I left you alone in the room." Alec looked at Magnus and slowly his eyes closed again. Magnus looked at Cat and he was worried that Alec passed out again but Cat shake her head signing him to leave it. When she was done, she hung a bag of fluids next to Alec and she held it for a while. She squeeze the bag until it finished and removed everything before left the room. Magnus followed behind her and watched as she wash her hand in the kitchen. She came back and saw Magnus by the couch in living room holding his head in his hand - crying.

She sat down next to him and pulled him in a hug. He cried even louder and sobbed on her chest. "He's gonna be okay. Wanna tell me what's going on?" Cat suggested making Magnus pull away from their hug. He told Cat everything since the first time he met Alec. Cat nodded and silence listening to him. She gasped and hold her chest when she heard how Alec was treated. "Poor kid. What kind of parents do that to their own son? Honestly." She shake her head not agreeing to what Magnus said. She stood up after and carried her bag. "Now, I have to go, my shift started in few hours. Call me if anything. Please forced him to eat something." Magnus sighed and tilt his head back. He is out of idea on how to get Alec to eat but surrender to her since it was good for Alec either way. After she left the loft Magnus went to the bedroom and checked on Alec. He's still sleeping and Magnus climbed the bed next to him. He lay down hugging Alec's body close to him. He could hear Alec's breathing was slow and calm. Soon Magnus fall asleep next to his body.
