Thank you for the plot-idea, it was something I haven't tried before. It takes me a long time to plan and prepare my plot and build my suitable characters. Hence, trying this was me struggling to plot it the way I am expected to but I also got to learn a lot as I ventured into this ordeal. I know I couldn't exactly follow the plot word-to-word, although I have tried my best. So, I apologize to the prompter if it isn't exactly what you desired. Hopefully you like this version of how I could build a story from the plot-idea you gave me. I chose this because it had a pretty clichéd but fun aspect, and I have quite the reputation of writing about dark & difficult topics.

This is a work of fiction, so situations, characters and places portrayed in the story are purely fictional. This book or any portion of this book may not be copied or translated in any form without permission from the author. All rights reserved.

THREE YEARS AGO...

TAEHYUNG & SEOKJIN-16 years old

Third Person's P.O.V.

"Don't sweat it coach" Taehyung boasted snatching the bottle of water from Hoshi to take a gulp before trotting towards the second track to take his position "we're gonna kick their asses tomorrow."

"Shut up and focus" the coach croaked, annoyed as usual with the boys' cockiness "and remember" his voice was heavy with warning "if you pick a fight again, I'm removing you from the team."

"What?! How was that my fault...it wasn't me who began the fight!" Taehyung gasped "that dog punched me first! What was I supposed to do? Take it like a weak bitch?!"

"Be quiet!" The coach's anger was rising as he fumed at the boy "you punch anyone again...I'll personally break your jaw! I don't want the officials telling me again that I coach animals! Now get ready!"

Taehyung rolled his eyes, knowing his coach very well...the man was too gentle to ever do that, he treasured them way too much. That was the reason he had personally gone to ask for forgiveness on their behalf, and requested them not to bar them from participating in the Annual Interstate Athletic Meet.

"On your mark boys!" The coach yelled, making the three of them draw in sharp breaths, their bodies taut with the adrenaline pumping through their veins as they set their gazes at the finishing line.

"Set!"

Taehyung exhaled slowly, he could hear his loud beating heart in his ears and squinted into the distance.

"Go!"

The race started as they rocketed ahead, spearing through the afternoon air. Their feet kicked up red dirt, and Taehyung could hear the thumping of his heart get louder as he held his breath and sprinted.

This was something he could do all day...every day.

He was a sprinter, athletics was his life and he loved every bit of it.

"15 seconds!" their coach bellowed in anger as he crossed the finish line "pathetic toads! You think you'll get to the finals with this speed?!"

Well, he enjoyed almost every bit of it...his coach's constant yelling was the one problem he disliked.

Taehyung was gasping for breath when they halted, the two boys who had finished after him panted around him as they tried to do away with the blisters caused by their coach's caustic jibes.

"You'll be trampled in Seoul" their coach gritted out "you know they're finishing it in 10 seconds?! And here, I'm fucking wasting my time with ya'll!"

They quietly rolled their eyes, they hated the insults but didn't dare to say that out loud.

"Huh...I bet they'll fly if they practice a little more" Taehyung grumbled under his breath, kicking his feet in quiet enrage as he walked out of the tracks to slump down on the grassy field.

"Shut up!" The coach fumed at his cocky attitude "your arrogance will take you nowhere! Forget ever going for nationals if this is the best you can do!"

He stomped away leaving the lot of boys on the field, but halted midway.

"Be here by 5 a.m. tomorrow morning, we leave early...and if anyone is late, I'm leaving you behind" he informed before huffing away, angrily.

"Man I hope he was lying to us just to get us to practice more" Jeonghan spoke running a hand through his damp sweaty hair "100m in 10 seconds is insane!"

"Nah...you know him" Hoshi spoke as he untied his shoes "he's just bullshitting us...we have been winning this three years in a row, those snobby Seoul boys hasn't got a dime on us" he scoffed with a grin "Tae's gonna get that medal for us, right?"

Taehyung smirked, staring at the evening sun rolling behind the buildings to hide away from sight.

"Yeah" he shrugged before lazily heaving himself up from the ground "I wasn't even giving my best today."

He walked away, but the coach's words kept echoing in his head.

100m in 10 seconds was really insane...what if it was true? What if coach hadn't said it just to scare them?

He gulped walking into the locker room and pulled his sweat-drenched t-shirt over his head.

If it was true, then he might lose his chance at the scholarship because those cougars wouldn't give him the funds if he couldn't snag the sponsors on his side. It would be the end of his dream to go to college if he didn't bring a gold in this competition.

He turned the shower on and let the steaming water wash away the worries, and sighed to himself. He had won the competition for three years, he had already spoken to the sponsors and finalized his plans for college. This was an opportunity he just couldn't screw up.

"I have to win" he closed his eyes and let the drops wash down his face, threading his fingers through his hairs "you'll have to lose...whoever you are..."

When Taehyung got home that night, the first thing that greeted him was the smell of food, and the sound of his mother hastily working in the kitchen.

"Taehyungie...go and wash up...quick-quick" his mother came rushing out of the kitchen, carrying a bubbling bowl of hotpot and placed it on the low table "don't sit there, you'll doze off!"

She was the loud, nagging and over-attentive kind but she was also the most hard-working person Taehyung had ever seen, and he often regretted seeing her working herself to the bone to keep her family happy. Affection flashed in her eyes whenever she'd look at him and even in the deprived conditions they lived and the meagre funds they had, she had a world of hope and love to offer.

"I already showered" he spoke dumping his bag in a corner and watched his little sister leave her homework unfinished to take her place at the low table. She was a little short for a twelve year old, the baby fat still showing on her cute chubby features.

"Haerin-ah, call your appa for dinner" their mother spoke, bringing out the rice cooker and Taehyung went to help her serve.

"Did you pack for tomorrow?" She asked while gathering the crockery and handed the rice bowls to him.

"I'll do it after dinner" Taehyung replied, mechanically serving rice. He wasn't 'equipped' to help her out in the kitchen so he often chose to do chores like these.

"I kept the washed clothes in your shelf...I cleaned your spikes too, those are under the bed" she spoke setting down the side dishes "and don't forget to pack clean underwear."

"Yeah...or else no one's gonna wanna be your friend in Seoul...and they'll kick you out of the race for being a stink-bag" his sister taunted as she sat down to take a bite, her little hands barely reaching to the side dishes across the table and Taehyung intentionally pulled those out of her reach, smirking at her distress when she couldn't reach those.

"Shut up midget" Taehyung hissed at her for her stupid ways of getting on his nerves and sneered at her when she tried to kick him under the table but even her legs were too short to reach him.

"You shut up! Spongebob stinkpants!" She yelled at him, grimacing as she pretend to choke and die.

"Stop it you two...and finish your meal" their eomma warned, sitting down to pick up her chopsticks and the first thing she did was put a load of veggies on their plates which they had been avoiding.

It was late by the time Taehyung got into bed. Although the attic wasn't very spacious but he liked that he didn't have to sleep cramped with his family downstairs, and he preferred the privacy too. He glanced at the bag he had packed, and his mind ambled to the thoughts for the next day.

It wasn't the first time he was going to Seoul, neither was it the first time that he was going to compete against other athletes from various elite and prestigious schools.

He turned his face towards the little glass window and gazed up at the vast expanse of stars overhead. Looking at the sky always made him dream, of a future untainted with any hardship...of days he would not have to sleep in a clammy attic with run down walls...of a time he would be utterly happy and would not have to worry about anything.

He had always loved to be on the tracks, he felt powerful and appreciated when he was sprinting. He knew he was gifted, his coach had once told him that the world would applaud him one day if he worked hard and progressed the way he had been doing over the past few years.

But this was the first time he was worried about a race...and the worry made his sleep stay far away.

He woke up when it was still dark outside, brushed and bathed before he dressed up and came downstairs to see his mother packing him a meal for the road.

"Eomma, it's too early...just go back to sleep" he said, reiterating these words probably for the hundredth time but he knew how she was, so he tried to assure her "I'll see myself out...don't worry."

She handed him the box and watched him put it in his backpack "don't annoy the coach...if he scolds, be quiet and listen to him...he has done a lot for you."

He didn't give a reply, and that made his mother repeat herself.

"You should never be ungrateful Taehyung-ah" she spoke walking inside the bedroom and Taehyung sat down to wear his shoes as he mumbled quietly "he is annoying at times..."

He stood up and saw her coming back.

"Here, I got this for you yesterday" she spoke draping a red padded jacket on him, and Taehyung could tell it had cost a bunch from how warm and expensive it looked "so that those rich city boys won't bully you."

She smiled seeing it fit on him perfectly, and cupped his face to see how quiet and blank he suddenly looked.

"Have fun, and don't burden your head by thinking too much" she spoke with a proud smile "and most importantly, remember...medal, or no medal, we're proud of you."

Taehyung couldn't meet her eyes because of how overwhelmed he felt right now. He had always been proud about hearing her boast about his achievements and dreaded the thought of disappointing her...worse, putting the burden of the expenses of his higher education on them. His sister was still too young and needed the funds to finish with her school.

He had to win and get the scholarship no matter what.

"I always get the medal though..." he spoke, a side of his mouth slowly curling into a smile.

But what he didn't know was that his visit to Seoul this time would not only decide his future...but this would be the visit he would never forget.

-

"Why didn't you listen to grandpa? This is the reason you make him upset." Seungjun spoke, glancing at his younger brother sitting rigid and quiet beside him as the car drove them to the North Park Seoul Athletic Academy.

"He didn't listen to me either" the younger replied in a cold flat tone, peering out of the shaded glass window as he denied to face his brother. He didn't hate him, but he hated how his grandpa cherished the elder whereas he was always treated with scorn.

Seokjin didn't know what he had done to be looked down upon, he didn't know how to compete with his 'perfect' sibling...and as his grandpa called, the honour to the Kim family, the heir to his ancestors legacy, estates and the flourishing multimillion dollar business.

Not like any of it mattered to him, he was still a teenager while his brother was twenty-five, perfectly trained and appropriate for the roles entrusted to him by the family. He was perfect, as always.

Seokjin knew he didn't want to be under his brother's shadow all through his life, and wanted to explore the possibilities his life would offer. Thankfully his brother understood that, and he knew despite that cold professional mien...his brother was the only one in the family who'd really support him, and actually loved him for who he is.

Seokjin never intended to fit in to the norms his grandpa had set for the heirs of the family, but he wished he could make them proud someday...maybe make them see him just as Seokjin, and not as the inconsequential second son of the family.

"You don't really have to compete" the words were soft and thoughtful despite the heavy low bass of his brother's voice "you don't have to force yourself-" "I know" Seokjin spoke, eyes still tied to the moving scenes of the bustling city of Seoul "but if nothing I do makes much of a difference anyway then I don't understand why grandpa is so against me participating in a simple tournament..."

"Jin-ah, you know our family doesn't do such things as hassle in dirt with a bunch of boys who're mostly in this for those scholarships...you don't need that money anyway" the elder tried to drive in the idea into the younger's head "but...since you've decided to participate, don't bother to worry about what he thinks...just have fun..."

Jin could feel his brother lightly sighing, and Seungjun chose to stay quiet the rest of the drive. It was his way of acknowledging his younger brother's intentions, it's why he had come to attend the interstate athletics tournament Seokjin was participating in.

"Do your best" Seungjun wished when they reached the academy and Seokjin was stepping out of the car.

"You're not coming?" Seokjin asked, his eyes holding that soft whining look of a younger sibling despite his trials to look cold and unbothered.

"I promise I'll be here by the time the race starts" Seungjun nodded in assurance "in the meantime, I have a really important meeting I need to take care of."

Jin nodded, looking a little sad but he knew his grandpa would be really furious with him if he learnt that it was because of his demands that his hyung had not only taken him to the academy but also missed an important meeting.

He entered the academy alone, peering over the crowd of students gathered from varied schools all across the nation. It was his first time participating in such a tournament, or mingling with such a loud crowd. He belonged to a family which is considered to be one of the elites of Seoul, and it was quite intimidating for him to think that he'll have to compete with all of them. He fixed his backpack on his shoulders again, and walked ahead looking for his team members.

"Hey! Seokjin-ah!" He heard his coach holler over the crowd and Seokjin scurried towards him, glad that he had spotted someone familiar among the wave of strange faces. He walked up to them and bowed to him and his other teammates.

"We were starting to think you wouldn't show up!" one of his classmates piped, looking distressed even at the thought.

"Why wouldn't I?" Jin got busy following after them as they made their way through the crowd towards the locker room to change.

He was still talking to Hoseok when someone bumped into him, and Seokjin lost his footing, his body tumbling onto the taller stranger.

"Dude...where the fuck were you looking?" The voice was gruff and annoyed as Seokjin felt hands grasping at him to make him steady.

"I'm sorry" Seokjin apologized, not looking up. He was still struggling to move away when realised that unfortunately their backpacks were knotted and they stood stuck at the same spot. He vehemently pulled at the strap of his backpack because he felt embarrassed at the way the other had pointed out his fault.

"Now, will you move? I don't have the whole day for this shit" the other sneered, and Seokjin looked up to glare at the stranger because he had never met anyone this ill-mannered and rude.

But what he hadn't expected was to freeze before the guy, neither did he expect his mind to go blank nor had he known that his insides could feel so hot and chilled at the same time. He was so confused, and felt so utterly dumb and yet couldn't figure out what he should do. This had never happened to him before.

"Oi...can you hear me?"

The words as if whipped at Seokjin's frozen thoughts and he felt as if his senses began working again. But all his irritation had somehow flushed away and he felt hot all of a sudden.

"It's...stuck..." he gulped, as the other leaned in to check on the knotted straps.

"This damned shit...I swear..." the other cursed under his breath.

Jin's gaze dipped low, and fell to the bleached dirty blonde hair that sprawled over the other's knitted brows. He could tell the guy was wearing hazel contacts and somehow it suited him so well that Seokjin wondered why he hadn't ever tried colouring his own hair or wearing contacts. He felt his face heat up when he breathed, and a minty menthol smell filled his nostrils because of how close the other was.

"Fucking finally! There...it's done"

And Jin finally looked at what the other was working on to notice that the knot had finally loosened.

"You should stop cursing...this is an academy, they might disqualify you for-" "Are you gonna fucking move now or what?" The other spoke, still sounding like the same rude asshole but Seokjin didn't say anything, and simply moved aside.

He still didn't pick up his head or walk ahead when the other had already left, he still stood there troubled with his thoughts and senses that were malfunctioning out of the blue.

"Yah...from when do we suddenly care about the Daegu team getting disqualified huh?" Hoseok came to curse at him "I'm so annoyed with you right now, it'd be great to see them thrown out of here...freaking rude jerks!"

Jin looked back at the direction the 'rude jerk' had walked before he pulled his backpack in place and headed to follow his team.

But what he didn't know was that this moment would not only decide his future...but this would be the moment he would never forget.

-

"They're sending just anybody to these events these days...what kinda athlete looks like that?" Taehyung scoffed, chuckling under his breath and the boys around him tittered along "he looked like cotton-candy...even the wind might bruise his cheeks if it blew a little harsher."

"Hey...don't judge a book by its cover" Jeonghan jibed at Taehyung's arrogant words "he's the guy coach warned you about."

Taehyung stunned a bit, stopping abruptly as he gaped at Jeonghan.

"That guy?! Seriously?!!"

"Yep" Jeonghan tipped his head, as he pulled out what looked like a leaflet that had the details of the other teams.

"Kim...Seok...Jin" Taehyung read aloud, noting the events the-said athlete had previously bested in and checked the photo again "holy shit...it's fucking true...it's Kim cotton-ball" his mouth fell open as he read "with a record of winning a 100 m sprint in 10 seconds!"

"Yep...good luck to you to get beaten by 'Kim cotton-ball' guy" Jeonghan laughed at him, making Taehyung give him a glare.

"He's not gonna-" "Maybe he will...you better accept it and work for that second position"

-

Seokjin was a little nervous today. Although he had won a few events in his school, he had never really participated in such tournaments ever. Honestly, he was probably the first from his entire family to do so. His grandfather believed in keeping fit but ridiculed sports as child's play and a waste of time.

Unfortunately, Seokjin was only really talented in athletics. He did fairly in academics, learnt multiple languages because his father believed it'd help him in future but despite everything, he had always been shadowed under his brother's blazing greatness, be it his glorious academic achievements or excellent skills in business.

He really wanted to take that cup home today and show his mother that he had won it all by himself, then maybe she'd have things to boast among her friends about him too.

So, when he stepped onto the tracks, he told himself that he could do it...he could win this because this was something he was really good at.

However, his breath caught in his throat when he saw the guy with the dirty blonde hair walk up to the starting position.

Jin looked away to ensure he wasn't caught staring. So...he too was an athlete.

He felt hot all of a sudden, and couldn't tell if he was suddenly so nervous because of the race or because of the guy next to him.

He was rather glad when the announcements began, and he could veer his thoughts away from the current anxiousness to focus on the race.

"The teams will have a semi-final event from which only five contestants will be chosen for the final event of today" the loud words echoed across the field as the hosts made the announcements "for our first event, on track no. 1_we have Song Namhyuk...on track no. 2_we have Kang Junseuk...on track no. 3_we have Kim Seokjin...on track no. 4_we have Kim Taehyung...on track no. 5_we have..."

And Seokjin glanced to his side as he noted in his mind the name of the tall n kinda good-looking guy with the dirty blond hair and hazel eyes.

"Athletes! On your marks!"

Jin's mind snapped out of the thoughts as he quickly took his position. He looked towards the gallery of people to check if he could see his hyung but couldn't really pinpoint among the crowd of faces.

"Set!"

"Good luck" Seokjin said under his breath to the other and got a little startled when Taehyung raised a brow at him.

"I don't believe in luck..."

Seokjin didn't know what to say, he was just trying to be nice and blinked at the other.

"GO!"

The command took him by surprise and he too bolted to see the others break off into a speedy run, his mind zooming in onto the race as he sped ahead.

But Taehyung was not ready to leave an inch, his motive to win the first position was unshakeable and his confidence rose when he saw that none had crossed him...those pricks had been messing with him after all, he was still the very best.

Or so he thought...

His worst nightmare began to come true when he saw Seokjin zap past him, and despite how much he pushed himself, he couldn't overtake the other.

That fucker was fast as heck!

And when they reached the finish line and Seokjin smiled to see his coach commending his performance, Taehyung cursed at himself.

"Hey...that was a nice race-" "Fuck off!"

Seokjin was taken aback at the loud aggression, and fell quiet as he watched the other stomp out of the field.

"It's still the semi-finals man...why're you overreacting?"

Taehyung pushed away his pals who had come to congratulate him on winning the second position. He didn't wait to hear them out and turned on his heels to head towards the locker room to sulk there all alone.

Seokjin now looked around but couldn't find his brother among the crowds, he had really wanted him to be there.

"Guess I'll just do it for myself" he sighed, walking inside the locker room to cool off and change. He could see a few others there to get changed as well, there was still time for his next event so he wasn't in a hurry as such. His attention was drawn away when he realized he was getting a call, and hastened to answer it.

"Hyung! You missed my race!" He bellowed, that angry pout involuntarily appearing as he spoke to his elder brother.

"Hyung is sorry Jin-ah, the meeting took longer than I expected...but I'm on my way, I'll be there to watch you compete in the finals because I'm sure you cleared the semi-finals" and Jin could hear the pride in his voice and after a little more complain decided to forgive him.

By the time he found himself a locker, and took his uniform out, the few others had also changed and left.

Seokjin was heading to one of the changing rooms when the door to the locker room opened, and his heart skipped a beat to see the person who had walked in.

And it looked as if the other wasn't expecting to find him here either.

"Hey" Taehyung casually threw the word, his face hard as he tried to ignore the other "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to yell at you earlier".

He looked really down, and Seokjin brushed it off with a simple "I get it...happens"

"Thanks for understanding" the other spoke without really looking at him.

Seokjin didn't know what to say, he was really bad at making conversations...maybe that's why he had no friends either.

By the time he figured how to reply, the other had already turned away to find a locker for himself. So, he decided it'll be better to pretend he wasn't there at all...besides, this guy wasn't his friend anyway.

"Someone said it's your first time on the track, but it didn't look like this was your first time?"

The question made Seokjin halt again, and he turned around. Why the fuck was he so nervous and excited at the same time? Was this even normal? He was only talking to a stranger...or rather a competitor?!

He saw the other busy in picking his stuff out of his duffle.

"I have been coming to these athletic meets every year...never seen you around" Taehyung glanced at the boy through the fringes that covered his brow.

"Uh...yeah" Jin realized he was talking now, and it was with none other than a typically ill-mannered guy...probably the last kinda person he'd ever meet or talk to or will be allowed to mingle with on any normal day "I never tried athletics before...because I wasn't allowed to do so"

He wasn't sure why he said that or even needed to say that but staring at the other made him stupid. He was now feeling so self conscious because he could now see what a real athlete looked like. He guessed that they should be the same age, but this guy looked way more buff than him, probably even worked out like all sportsmen do. He had arms of steel compared to Jin's own long lanky ones and his calves were so well toned, definitely the result of hours of training he had done, unlike his own skinny limbs.

"What made you do it this time?"

Seokjin felt a little parched suddenly when their gazes locked, and all he could register was how defined the other's features were...it was bizarre that everything on his face looked perfectly proportioned.

"Oi...you awake there?" Taehyung blinked in confusion to see him stand blankly and staring at him.

Seokjin gulped again, he had never felt like this. He had given multiple speeches at school, even trained for public-speaking because his father thinks it's an essential characteristic for any leader of a company but he didn't know what was happening right now because he felt so tongue-tied.

"Uh-yeah-umm...I guess I wanted to because I realized I'm good at it" he tried to pull himself together because looking at this guy made his stomach go empty, and he didn't know why. It was really unusual for him to feel this way, he was known for being cold and unmoved by anything.

"So, you didn't know...and only tried because someone told you that you're good at it?"

Seokjin didn't know how to answer the question, he saw Taehyung take steps walking closer to him and kept watching him because now, along with his stomach, even his chest was beginning to fill with that sudden emptiness, and he still had no idea where all of these new sensations were coming from.

"Uh...m-my coach said so...so" he couldn't break his gaze away from the way the other was looking at him, he could feel heat nipping at his cheeks and a weird kind of buzz filled in his ears.

"Looks like you believe a lot in what people tell you"

The words sounded snide and yet Jin couldn't figure out if the person before him was being mean or just plain honest.

It was true. He did believe in what people told him, how could he not? He had to believe that he was weak when his grandpa told him so, he had to believe he was not smart enough when his father told him so, and he had to believe he didn't make the family proud when they told him that. They were his family, how could he not believe in them?

So, when his coach had said if he worked hard then he could become a great athlete...how could he not believe him?

"Oi...you're spacing out again..." Taehyung spoke, lightly flicking the other's forehead "is this like a regular thing with you Kim cotton-head Seokjin?"

And Jin felt his face heat up beyond his control and his pulse rushed madly to realize the other was literally standing not even a foot away from him, and now he was even touching him.

"N-No...it's just-how do you know me?" he looked up to suddenly realize that the other had called him by his name, while he wasn't aware of his name.

Taehyung chuckled, taking a step back and shrugging as he pulled his t shirt over his head "because they announced it" finding it funny to see what a dufus this guy was as he turned away to shove the tee into his duffle and picked his uniform, not realizing that his so very casual actions had almost given the other a nosebleed.

"Oh...y-yeah, r-right" Jin's eyes dropped low as he tried to cool himself down "they had announced at the tracks."

Taehyung smirked realizing that this guy was way too innocent, and absolutely unlike what he had expected. He turned around to see Seokjin still waiting for an answer, and he walked towards him.

"I guess you weren't paying attention..." he spoke, taking a step closer and making Jin take a step back.

"I was!" He blurted remembering how he had taken a note of the other's name and wanted to tell him that he was definitely paying attention "b-but I was more into the race" Jin replied, trying to not give away the fact that he had paid extra attention on his name "you...and all the others were really great...it was quite a tough competition" he meant it as a compliment trying to ease out the tension because he literally felt like he was walking on egg shells here. However, Taehyung's reaction made him feel that he shouldn't have opened his mouth at all.

"You see, I have never lost a race" Taehyung's eyes had turned fierce as he took another step, cornering Seokjin towards a changing room "and I sure as hell won't lose that first position today...so if you think I'll let you rub it on my face that you're better than me then forget about it."

Jin could feel that his heart was running in miles per second, he had never faced someone so bold like this guy. He had never even felt his heart booming like this for any girl either! He couldn't understand what the hell was happening right now!

Something shifted within Taehyung, he looked terribly pissed right now...almost bordering on having a mental breakdown to think that this guy was ridiculing him. He took a too blatant step and leaned towards the other, making Seokjin flinch away, being too startled.

Seokjin realized that walking back had led him to step inside a changing room, and the last thing he saw was Taehyung giving him a smirk.

"It's nothing personal..." Taehyung spoke setting his hand on the knob "but you can't participate in the finals today" and with that he shut the door to the changing room and latched it, locking Seokjin inside.

"H-Hey!" Jin knocked at the door, fear suddenly filling up his insides "open this door!"

His panic rose higher when he heard the main door of the locker room shutting with a bang, and realised that the other had intentionally locked him inside.

It took Jin another minute to understand the motive behind why the other had locked him in...if he didn't show up on track for his race, he'll be considered as an absentee and he will be disqualified from participating in the season's events!

"Hey! Open the door! What the hell do you think you're doing??!!"

Anger filled him as he cursed at the bastard for tricking him.
