Chapter twenty-nine

All of a sudden the phones started ringing, vibrating being loud since they were all together. We stopped smiling and looked at the box, since Sydney was the closest she grabbed her phone and unlocked it and her eyes got wide.

"What?" Lew asked.

"Simone and Navaeh, I think y'all should check y'all phones." She mumbled making me sigh.

I took a minute not wanting to ruin my mood, this was the first time being in a room with my father and it didn't end in a argument. It was so annoying always being in drama, I sometimes wish I never even made this move to Houston.

I finally got up looking at the post people we're tagging me in, I clicked on the facebook icon and began reading the status. My eye bulged out my eyes and I immediately looked at Navaeh. 

"Navaeh." I called her name but she was just looking at her phone.

"What is it?" Tac asked looking confused right along with my dad. Bhris passed him his phone so they could read it.

I continued looking through all the screenshots and videos. I shook my head looking at the fake ass paperwork and these videos. The girl in the video had the same feather tattoo as me so many people would think it was me.

I finally went on Snapchat looking at Nailah snaps. The first one was a video of Bhris and he was laughing and then covered his face once she knew she was recording with the caption "Look who came to see me". Another one they was holding hands with the caption "We're stronger together than apart." The next one was a selfie and they both was sticking their tongue out and the last one was a picture of him sleep with the caption "Pussy put that ass to sleep."

I laughed and shook my head, it's like I always take L's, I wasn't destined to be happy. Everything always gets ruined and I'm tired of it.

As second nature once everybody stopped looking at the post we looked at Mahogany as she stood there looking uncomfortable. Rico grabbed Sydney before she could say or do anything.

"Why y'all looking at her like that? All this shit was being posted while she was sitting right here and her phone was in the box." Sammy defended her.

"Who has your password?" Dice asked.

"Why are we even questioning who did this? Either Nailah, Mary or Maya." Sydney rolled her eyes.

"Excuse me." Vae moved around and Dice was about to follow until she stopped him. "Just give me five minutes."

"Alright, I love you." Dice kissed her forehead.

"I love you more." She said then went up the stairs.

"This is Maya in this video." Stunna said playing it over.

"How you know that?" Sydney asked.

"Because this our video." He said making us all stop. "The details ain't important right now but just know this is Maya."

"Nailah had parts cause Maya or Mary couldn't have knew all of this." Sydney added.

"Sim burned you?" Lew asked trying to not laugh.

"That's not funny and no dumb ass." Sammy said looking at him.

I put my phone in my pocket and started looking for Evy food since she haven't ate since she first got here. Bhris grabbed it from the cabinet and handed it to me as I snatched it out his hand.

"Evy." I yelled seeing she was sleep next to her bowl, I sat down next to her and filled her bowl.

I stopped once I didn't see her chest moving or even her ears twitching. My heart dropped as I started rubbing her and she still wasn't moving.

"Come on Evy baby." I whispered feeling my eyes water. I started shaking her and she still wouldn't get up making me cry out loud.

"What's wrong with yo- She gone?" Syd asked as I nodded. "Aw Sim." She hugged me.

"What's taking y'all so- why y'all crying?" Lew asked raising a eyebrow.

"Evy died." Sydney answered as I covered my face.

"This bitch probably playing with y'all, Evy wake up!" Lew yelled.

Evy stomach started moving and she sat up barking making me uncover my face. She jumped on me barking and licking my face making me laugh.

"We taught her that shit, she play too much." Lew laughed. "And both of y'all on that white shit."

"Shut the fuck up." Sydney scrunched her face up.

"Smack the shit out of you."

"Oh."

I put food in her bowl and went back in the kitchen and they all looked at Sydney making me scrunch my eyebrows. She didn't notice cause she was cleaning her face but she scrunched up her face when she looked up.

"What?" She asked.

"You might want to look on her page too." Stunna said making both of us grab our phone.

"Lastly, Sydney nasty ass. Did you know she cuts herself too? Her and Sim was cutting buddies LOL when Sydney was little she was this nerdy little girl but now she fucks everything moving. Which one better Lew or Rico? I mean you are fucking them both frequently btw I know why you wanna fuck Lew, I can't wait until tomorrow so he can fuck me as he been doing for two weeks now. Oh yeah, Sydney? How old is your daughter now? A little buddy told me ya freshmen year you got a little caught up LOL Go finish cutting yaself boo." Sydney read out loud. 

"Daughter?" Bhris asked.

"You still fucking that nigga?" Rico asked looking at her.

"Imma answer y'all questions in a minute." Sydney said going to the stairs.

"Lew move." I told him seeing he was standing next to the stairs.

"What you mean?"

"She about to tase-"

"Ahh- oh shit." Lew yelled as she pressed the button.

"That's nasty as hell, you so fucking nasty!" She yelled holding the button as he fell.

"I'm out, I love you sis tell Vae the same and keep y'all heads up." Rico shook his head hugging me.

"We love you more." I hugged him back. He walked straight past Sydney going towards the door.

"Sydney!" I yelled. "Upstairs."

She stopped and we both walked up the stairs going to Vae room. Vae was laying down on her back with her arm over her face rubbing her little bump making me smile for a minute.

"Dice I'm okay, I just need a few minutes." She sighed.

"Not Dice." Sydney said.

"Oh, are y'all okay?"

"You got put out the worst and you worrying about us?" I asked raising a eyebrow.

"Yeah but we're sisters, if all three of us are breaking then we all are. I'll be the strong one if y'all don't want too."

"Awww." Sydney smiled as we hugged.

"Sim lemme holla at you real quick." Bhris peeked his head in the room.

"Go head." Vae let me go. I sighed and walked towards my room.

I leaned on my dresser crossing my arms looking at him, he sat down on the bed looking back at me. The snapchats came to my mind and I wiped my eye before the tear could come down.

"Don't." I lowly said seeing he was about to come towards me.

"Can I explain before you decide to be done with me?"

"If you have to explain then obviously you knew you was wrong."

"Wrong for what? In any of those snaps you didn't even see me touch that girl."

"So this not you?" I showed him the screenshot of both the snaps. "Why the fuck did you even go see her?"

"Sim you making me mad, how-"

"And this was yesterday cause I picked your outfit out and you picked mine out so you can't say it was old."

"Sim yesterday who had my car?" He asked standing up.

"I did."

"You did, so if you had my car how the fuck I go see her?"

"She lives around the corner, it ain't that far of a walk."

"Sim yesterday before you took my car, where did I ask you to drop me off at?"

"Ya mother house."

"My mother house, so if you dropped me off at my mother house and picked me back up and I didn't leave your side afterwards how the fuck did I go see her?"

I stopped to think and looked at him. "She was obviously at your mother house then, you must think I'm stupid."

"15 minutes after you left she came with her mother, you know our mothers are friends. I kept my distance but I still made conversation with her. The picture of us sticking our tongue out she asked me and I said aight. When she was holding my hand, I was sleep."

"Alright." I shrugged.

"Alright? The fuck that mean?"

"It means alright, I'm tired of arguing with you or arguing about this relationship. I'm tired of your ex or past bitches keep coming up, I'm just tired of this relationship." I told him truthfully.

"Aight." He cleared his throat and nodded. "Tell me you don't wanna be with me then."

"What?"

"Since you tired of everything, I'll take the stress off of you. Tell me you don't want to be with me anymore."

I couldn't tell him that because I did, I loved him with all my heart. I was just speaking out of anger, I loved my relationship through the good or bad. Even with our ups and downs nobody treats me better.

I put my head down, trying not to look at him. He bitterly laughed before I heard a draw open, I looked to see he was changing out his jeans.

"What you doing?" I asked.

"Imma go downstairs and give you ya space. I would go home but it's food here." He said making both of us laugh as he walked out.

"It started when I was 9 and Sim was 10." I heard Vae say as I walked in to see her, Stunna, Sydney, Tac, dad and Dice talking.

"My father had two friends who would always look at us or even touch us inappropriately when my dad wasn't around." I added sitting down. "Vae was always more quieter than me so I would always tell them to stop or even threaten to tell my parents."

"But since they were like brothers to my father, we never said anything. One day Simone went with her mom and my parents went on a date I went to one of the guys house. The one I went to had a daughter my age so my dad didn't think anything of it." Vae wiped her face.

"I was playing with her but when she went to sleep, the man called me into his room, in his room the other man was there too. I could feel my heart dropping and my stomach having butterflies but not the good ones. They told me we were going to play a game but I couldn't tell nobody about it or I would get in trouble."

"That night they took turns raping me." She cried as I hugged her wiping my face. "I screamed, I tried to fight but nobody never came for me no matter what I did. It lasted like that for four years and I thought it would go away if I never thought of it but it still hurts."

"How did they find out you were getting raped?" Stunna asked clearing his throat making me look to see we all were crying.

"One of the men had Chlamydia and gave it to me, I didn't know what to do so I had to tell Sim and she told our parents. I was mad at her for a long time but I understand that she was being a big sister, she's my everything."

Vae hugged me and cried on my shoulder as we held each other. I knew everybody knew this except for Stunna but her talking about it makes it better for her.

"I love y'all baby girls, continue being strong. Y'all already made it too far to even let this get to y'all." Dad said.

"For real. Y'all stronger than these pussy niggas on the streets, I love y'all and I'm always a phone call away." Tac added.

"That's goes for you too Sydney, you family."

"Oh shit now." Sydney smiled making us laugh.

I gave a look to Sydney and we both walked out, she went in her room and I went in mine. A couple minutes later she came in my room with shoes and clothes in her hand.

I walked downstairs seeing Bhris, Lew, Mahogany, and Sammy sitting down eating. I walked over to them putting on the fakest smile ever.

"Bhris can I see your phone? I threw mine and now I can't find it."

"Stupid ass little girl." He mumbled passing it to me.

"Sim I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring so much drama to your life." Mahogany said before I could go back up the stairs.

"It's not your fault, I don't blame you. After tonight none of this even matters anyway." I shrugged.

"You got it?" Sydney asked as I walked back upstairs texting Nailah off of Bhris phone.

"Yeah, you got it?" I asked her.

"Yeah." She nodded as she pulled my dad car keys from her pocket.

"All we need is Vae to do her part and we out." I told her. "Give her the signal."

Sydney started laughing real loud and then banged on the wall three times. All of them walked out of her room passing us as we laughed going down the stairs.

"She's going to text us when the it's clear to leave." I told her as we both changed into black clothes.

"I got the pepper spray, lighter, knife and taser." Sydney said putting them in the bag and tying her pink timbs as I tied my black ACG's.

I heard Vae ringtone and I told Sydney it was time. We walked downstairs carefully making sure to not make no noise so they can hear, once we got in the car I took no time speeding off.

Bhris POV

I went back in the house getting cold outside, I saw Sammy sitting in the kitchen on his phone shaking his head. He looked up as I turned the sink water on to wash my plate out.

We ain't really been talking as we always would be but I ain't taking it personal. Brothers fight and have misunderstandings, we'll be back better than ever.

"Shit crazy, right?" He asked not looking up.

"Word."

"I ain't even know about allat, they ain't even had to do them like that."

"Bitter bitches best at being bitter." I shrugged.

"Man, I got tased for that bitter bitch I don't wanna hear that shit." Lew said coming in the kitchen.

"No, you got tased for fucking Mary then Sydney." I clarified.

"Bitch who side you on?"

"The right side."

"Sydney ain't my girl, I could fuck who I want."

"But she can't fuck Rico while she fucking you? Get the fuck outta here." Sammy added.

"Bhris we in the same boat so you might as well shut up." Lew laughed.

"Who? You can't even compare us nigga."

"Stronger together than apart." He mocked Nailah in a squeaky voice making him and Sammy laugh.

"Nigga she said that bullshit not me, we ain't shit."

"Nah ya secret safe with me." Sammy said as he and Lew laughed.

"Aight, fuck outta here." I laughed. "Speaking of I ain't see or hear them in thirty minutes, what they went to sleep?"

"Nah they was in my pocket." Sim father said patting his pockets.

"What you looking for?" Lew asked.

"My car keys." He picked up shit and looked.

"That's why I told your old ass to give me them, you always losing something damn brah." Tac looked at him.

"Nigga we the same age, if I'm old you just as old. You the one with Lupus and shit, your older dirty ass."

I laughed going up stairs to see Sim gone so I checked Sydney room and then Vae room. I went back in Sim room looking in the bathroom and I saw my phone on her bed, I unlocked it to call her and saw my recent text to Nailah with me saying I'm on my way.

I stopped for a minute and then it hit me. I covered my mouth and ran down the stairs looking for the car keys, I couldn't find em.

"Naveah give me my damn car keys." I yelled remembering that she moved them.

"Fuck you yelling at her for?" Dice asked me.

"Sim and Syd is about to go to do some bullshit, I need to stop them before."

"Where are they?" Tac asked looking at her.

She sighed and took a box from under the sink giving us our car keys. We all looked at her and she shrugged.

"My keys ain't in here." They father said.

"And Sim's is. That mean they took ya keys so Nailah and then wouldn't recognize the car." I told them.

"Nah, that's smart as hell." Stunna said laughing.

"C'mon. Mohagony and Vae stay here." Dice demanded as we all ran to our cars. The ride to Nailah and them house was only five minutes, we could of ran here.

When we pulled on her block we saw yellow tape, ambulances and cop cars along with a crowd and people recording. My heart dropped as we all ran to the tape, the cop stopped us.

"This my fucking sister house, get off me." Stunna yelled ducking the cop arm as we ran under the tape.

Sim and Sydney walked out the house being cuffed with police officers walking behind them. Stunna ran in the house as I looked at them, they both had smiles on their face and laughing.

Sim stopped laughing once she saw us and whispered to Sydney. They both looked at us and I shook my head as they stood by the cop car. I walked towards them but the cop grabbed me and I looked at him.

"Brah that's my girl and sister, lemme just say a few words to them." I looked at him.

"Five minutes." The officer told me.

"The fuck y'all do?" I asked looking at them.

"Not enough." Sydney said.

"Yes enough if y'all in fucking cuffs, what the fuck do you think going to happen now?"

"Jail." They said in unison laughing.

"Y'all laughing now until y'all sitting in the fucking jail cell, I should smack the shit out of both of y'all."

"They ain't dead, most we'll get is two years and some months for the shit we did." Syd said. "Don't forget, I wanted to be a lawyer."

"Despite what you saying, we actually thought this out before we came. I'm not about that jail life but today I am." Sim dumb ass added.

"It don't matter what you say right now, we already did the shit. Bet you once we get out, these bitches won't bother us again." Syd said as they laughed.

I was about to say something until I saw a gaurney being bought out the house, I looked to see it was Maya. The way she looked, I wondered what the fuck they actually did.

"Nah, don't feel bad. Once you see Mary and Nailah then feel bad for them, they got it worst." Syd said.

And she was right Mary face was barely recognizable as blood poured from her nose and Nailah had a breathing mask on her face with her stomach tied up.

"Dumb ass, y'all forgot to think about Nailah being pregnant in y'all plan." I shook my head.

"Bitch ain't pregnant." Sim laughed. "When I kicked her dumb ass, I pulled that dumb fake ass stomach off."

"Didn't even know bitches still fake pregnancies." Sydney laughed.

"This shit not fucking funny! All this for some fucking words? Both of y'all was doing better than they was. Y'all so fucking dumb." I stressed.

"At least we dumb together." Sydney laughed. "I ride for my motherfuckinnn nigga."

"I'll die for my motherfuckinnn nigga." Sim added and they looked at each other and smiled.

"Time up, we gotta get them to the precinct."

"Can you kiss me? I don't know when I'll see you again." Sim looked at me and I looked at the officer.

"Go head." He shrugged.

"Y'all cool as hell, usually it's fuck the opps but y'all my niggas." Sydney smiled.

"I love you and this might fuck up our future but I do love you." Sim whispered in my ear as I hugged her.

"I love you more baby." I kissed her lips over and over shaking my head once they put her in the car.

"WE AIN'T KILL OURSELVES! BLACK LIVES MATTER!" Sydney yelled as the car pulled off. 

"She play so damn much." Tac laughed as I stood there watching the car.

"It's nothing you could do for tonight, tomorrow we could see if they got bail but tonight we just have to go to sleep." Her father told me.

I felt like a bitch but this shit was really fucking up my head, I should of known they was too calm. I should of stayed with her brah, I should of did something. Now my girl sitting in the back of a fucking cop car.

"This some bullshit!" I yelled punching the pole.

It's always some bullshit going on.

To clarify, Sim did not get raped only Vae did. Syd does have a kid but she had a adoption because she couldn't take care of it. Bhris DID NOT cheat on Sim.
