Chapter fourteen

"Not tryna hear you tell nobody that I'm just a friend, just trying to make sure I'm that body that you call your girl." I sung loudly.

"Simone, please shut up." Bhris opened his eyes.

"Wanna be the one you run to, wanna be the one that ain't gon hurt you. I wanna be yeaaaahhh-"

"Imma deck the shit out of you." He turned around.

"Put me on your screensaver, all over your MySpace and make me one of your top favorites that's where I wanna be!" I yelled jumping on him.

"Brah get off of me."

"Cross my heart, hoped to die on that's good. I'm gonna do you right, show you right, get this understood!" I yelled louder in his ear.

"Aight son." He lifted up making me fall off of him then picked me up and dropped me in the hallway and closed the room door.

"Bhris let me back in." I laughed banging on the door. "Bhris I don't have on any clothes. It's cold."

The door across from the room opened, Sammy peeked his head out and laughed. Then the two doors down opened Stunna and Sydney popped their head out.

"Bitch it's 3 in the morning, shut the fuck up." Stunna growled.

"Bhris kicked me out." I pouted.

"Cause your ugly ass loud, I could hear you from around the block." Dice yelled opening his door.

"I just wanted to sing." I frowned.

"Do it when niggas don't have to get up at 9 in the morning." Sammy said.

"Why are we in different rooms? This cool as fuck." I laughed.

"Just keep the noise down!" Lew yelled as they all closed their doors.

"So they just gonna- okay." I nodded slowly.

They could of at least asked me to come in one of their rooms.

"Can you let me in please? I'm cold." I knocked on the door whining.

"You gon go to sleep?" He asked behind the door.

"Yes." I lied.

"You gon be quiet?"

"Yes." I lied once again.

He opened the door and walked away, I went in the room before the door closed. I laid back down, I tried to go to sleep but I wasn't sleepy. 

I turned around and sighed. I turned around a few more times until Bhris put his arm around me to keep me in place, I turned towards him and started pulling his chin hair.

"I swear to God your annoying ass about to get out." He stated still with his eyes closed.

"I took a nap earlier, I'm not sleepy."

"Get sleepy." I sighed, getting the gummy worms out the draw.

I started eating them, I put one to Bhris one and he opened his mouth to eat it. I laughed and when he was finish with that one I fed him another one.

"Simone!" He smacked my hand dropping my worm.

"That's disrespectful as hell." He finally opened his eyes and grabbed his phone dailing a number. "Crack your room door, she bout to get out."

"No I'm sorry, I'll behave."

"Imma text you when to open ya door." He hung up and laid back down.

"Why you so sleepy? What bitches you been dealing with to make you this sleepy?"

"Brah leave me aloneeee!" He dragged out and we both laughed.

I sighed sitting up, I straddled his pelvis and sat there waiting for him to open his eyes. He finally did after like two minutes and I smiled and started singing.

"And I'm weak cause I believe you and I'm mad because I love you. So I stop and think that maybe, you can learn to appreciate me-" I mocked Ashanti.

"The hell is you singing that for?" He asked and we both laughed.

"I don't know, I'm so bored and I'm not sleepy." I whined putting my hands on his chest.

"Go color in the coloring book Lew bought you."

"What you say blood?"

"Go bolor in the boloring book." He corrected.

"Stunna took it to do all the puzzles and mazes." I frowned.

"Aight you want me to knock you out? Cause I'm sleepy as fuck Sim."

"Yeah knock me out." I got off of him.

"Really?"

"Yeah." I nodded.

"Aight." He stood up and came to my side. He cocked his fist back and I moved.

"You was really going to do it? Wow. Just wow."

"Yeah you annoying as hell baby." He laid back down.

"Fine I leave you lone." I surrendered.

"C'mere." He grabbed me by my waist and laid his head on my chest. "Talk."

"What?" 

"We gon talk until your annoying ass get sleepy." He said making me smile.

"Okay so.."

"YOU HAVE BEEN NOMINATED FOR THE ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE!" I heard Lew yell making me wake up.

Bhris was still sleep but Stunna, Dice, Sydney, Lew and Sammy was standing above us holding two big ass buckets.

"I'm not playing, on my dead beat ass father I'm not." I said sternly.

"I NOMINATE YOU!" Stunna said before he flipped the bucket. 

"Come on brah what the fuck?" Bhris jumped up yelling. 

"Shut up bitch." Dice said before they threw the other bucket of water.

I stood up and they all ran out the room making me chase them. Sydney have a problem with pushing people to make them fall so I was gonna catch one of them.

As predicted, Sydney pushed Stunna and he slipped but he grabbed Sammy by his shirt. Sammy grabbed Dice hair since Dice was in front of Lew when he fell he took Lew down with him. 

Sydney was out though, she ain't even look back.

I stopped in front of Stunna hitting him until they all started jumping me, I was losing but I couldn't let them jump me. 

Sydney came back after hearing me yell and she dragged Dice, that we all had to stop and watch. I was rolling cause she was really dragging him down the hall.

"Excuse me?" We looked up to see the manager. We all paused and looked at her.

"Yes ma'am?" Lew said as we laughed.

"There have been some complaints about people running down the halls and screaming, I am pleased to know y'all are having a spendid time but I ask to keep down the noise." She said folding her hands.

"We apologize, we'll keep it down." Sammy said standing up.

"Thank you." She fixed her jacket then walked away.

We waited until she was down the hallway to all bust out laughing, I was cold as hell but this was so damn funny.

"Damn Sydney you ain't have to push me." Stunna said looking at his rug burned knee.

"That's why I don't run in front of her no more, she stay pushing niggas." Lew said making us laugh.

"Bhris probably gon curse y'all out, he literally went to sleep like 2 hours ago." I laughed walking back to the room.

He was in the changing the sheets, he looked up then looked back down. Stunna busted out laughing which made me laugh cause I tried to hold it in.

"I don't know what you laughing for, ya phone done." He held it up making me stop laughing.

"NOOO!" I yelled rushing to try and fix it. "My fucking phone!" 

"I'll buy you another one." Sammy laughed.

"Let's go! We're going now!" I walked out the door.

"Um Simone you-" I heard Sydney say from behind me.

"I don't care! Let's go!" I yelled storming out the hotel.

Lew followed me and picked me up dragging me back in the hotel room where they was all still standing there like my phone wasn't important.

"Simone sweety, you have no shoes on. You're wet, water is dripping off of you. You have on a t-shirt with nothing on the bottom but panties. Where are you going?" Stunna asked gripping my shoulder.

"I'm going to take a shower then we're going to apple!" I yelled snatching my bag going in the bathroom.

"Why are we here? Y'all could of took us to like Chipotle or something. This expensive." I told them looking at the menu.

"Can you ever be appreciative?" Dice asked.

"I do appreciate this but this is too much, it say $50 for a salmon. I bet it's little as hell too." I frowned.

"So what? We all deserve to act like we rich for this night." Sammy shrugged.

"Ya phone vibrating." Bhris handed me my new rose gold iPhone 6 plus that Sammy bought.

"I'll be right back." I stated getting up confused at why this person was calling.

"Simone?"

"Yes?"

"Are you okay?" If I wasn't confused before I damn sure is now.

"Yes Christian I'm peachy, are you okay?"

"I'm cool."

"Cool, is there a specific reason you're calling?"

"I want to apologize."

"For?"

"Everything, making you feel as if I don't love you because I do. You're my first born and although I've been hard on you, you've never failed to make me proud."

"Where is all this coming from?"

"Navaeh and I were having a talk, she informed me on all the things you do for her from paying her bills to writing her essays. I've never knew you worked so hard because I've never treated you like my kid but I've treated you as something stuck underneath my shoe."

"I can't say you're all that bad, you're the reason I have everything I do. I wanted to prove to you how much I was going to be successful without your support." I admitted.

"Well it's a win/win. I've been seeing you in the media lately and I want you to know I do care about you. If you would like it I'll like to start building our bond."

"I would like to build the bond."

"Okay, I love you Simone."

"I love you dad." I smiled.

I haven't called my dad, dad in almost ten years. He was always Christian or sperm donor to me, let alone tell him I love him.

I walked back in this fancy restaurant to see the waiter standing at the table. Bhris stood up and pulled my chair out then pushed it in when I sat down.

"Can I have a strawberry lemonade and this chicken and shrimp Alfredo with the 7 oz. steak?" I asked looking at the menu.

"Do you want your steak medium rare, well done?"

"Ew, well done please." I handed him the menu and he walked away.

"When do y'all go back to school?" Lew asked.

"The end of August." Sydney answered.

"Sammy when do your girlfriend slash baby mother slash trapper slash gold digger go back to school?" Stunna asked making us laugh.

Mahogany was still in high school so we always messed with him about it.

"Akikikiki but she transferring to school here so when the baby born I wouldn't have to do allat travelling."

"But what if that ain't ya baby?" Sydney asked making us look at her. "We was all thinking it, I just said it."

"If it ain't my baby then it's just not." He shrugged.

"You wouldn't be upset? I'll beat her up for you."

"Sydney." I looked at her.

"What? The Samster is like my favorite one out of all y'all, no offense-"

"To think you was my favorite thot, tuh." Stunna scoffed.

"Dice is my favorite." I smiled.

"What?" Lew asked as him and Bhris gave me that the fuck face.

"Dice is my favorite out of y'all." I repeated.

"Gang gang." Dice said making us laugh.

"That was fast, you sure this food done son?" Stunna asked as two waiters bought out our food.

"We're a five star restaurant, you don't pay them high prices for nothing." The other waiter with him said.

"It better taste sensational then." Lew said digging in his food.

"A steak for you." The man said

"Thank you... Mikey." I read his name tag smiling.

"No problem gorgeous." He smiled walking away.

"Pimp daddy Sim." Bhris said making us laugh.

"I can't help it, bitches and niggas love me. It's a curse and blessing." I shrugged smiling.

"Lemme tell y'all bout this bitch Jenna." Stunna yelled as I laughed.

Jenna was Stunna lil Becky from Austin, Texas. 

"What Becky with the good hair do?" I asked as they laughed.

"This bitch talking bout I know you on the road fucking females so I'm about to fuck some males. I told the lil bitch like when I punch you, I don't want you acting like the victim."

"Stunna." Sydney laughed.

"Imma super sayian that bitch."

Oh Stunna.

"Cause she can't she can't love you like love you like love you like I want to I want to. Boy you need me, baby you need me." I sung.

"Stop moving or get off of me." Bhris mumbled.

We were laying back to back as we always were, after dinner we went to Wal-Mart to play manhunt and ride bikes. We was lit until we got kicked out.

"Y'all are like the perfect example of that shit when they ask are y'all talking and y'all be like no." Sydney said making us laugh.

"Hello? Who this?" Bhris asked answering the phone. "Why do you keep calling me off of random numbers? Ya number blocked for a reason."

"Sydney can we get matching tattoos or a piercing?"

"I have enough tattoos, let's get our asses pierced." She said making me look up from my phone.

"No let's get our ass cheeks tatted!" I yelled getting hyped.

"Ooh bitch, yess!" She jumped up. 

"Simone you heavy as fuck on me, stop jumping or get off of me."

I gave Sydney that who the fuck he talking to face. I went to the side of him and looked at him while he talked on the phone, he finally looked up.

"Who the fuck you thought you was talking to?"

"You." He laughed. 

"Stop playing with me bitch." I jumped on him and we both rolled off the bed laughing.

He put me in the headlock and started beating me up. I called for Sydney and we started jumping him, he called for Lew and he slammed Sydney on the bed.

"Aye bro, watch this." Bhris said picking me up while I tried to get away.

"I'm not playing with you! Christopher stop!" I yelled clinging to him.

"RKO!" He yelled before he grabbed my neck and slammed me.

"Yoooo." Sydney and Lew was rolling.

"That's not funny, my neck hurt." I frowned rubbing it.

"Aw the baby, where it hurt at?" He asked and I pointed to my neck. "Right here?"

He kissed the spot making me giggle as he trailed a bunch of kisses, I saw Sydney taking pictures on my phone making me roll my eyes and laugh.

"Bro, you was on the phone?" Sydney asked picking up his phone.

"They still on the phone? Just hang up." He shrugged.

"So poltergeist anyone?" Lew smiled making me groan.

It's about to make a month since Pablo death *sighs* I just have to understand he's in a better place.
