Ruhana gets a job in Vineet's company and Vineet happens to be her long-lost friend. She is elated and so is Ruhaani. The mother-daughter duo celebrates her job and does shopping with each other. Ruhana is elated with the fact that now she has a job and her daughter is also by her side. They reach home by 4 PM and after relaxing for a while, Ruhaani makes coffee while her mom arranges all the stuff they got from the market.

This is a rented home and so, though they have different rooms, all their stuff is arranged in the cupboards of Ruhana's room while in the other room, Ruhana has arranged a bed and desk so that her daughter can study comfortably. Life is good for them. And now, all Ruhana wants is to buy a better home for her daughter and herself.

Ruhaani enters the room and finds her mom arranging the stuff. She keeps the tray on the side table and makes Ruhana sit on the bed, she climbs the bed and sits across from her mother.

"Mumma, aap relax karo. Kal se aapko bhi office jaana hai." Ruhaani says softly.

"Han bache, usi ki toh preparation kar rahi hun. Kal tumhe bhi toh school jana hai." Ruhana says.

"Han par itna tension mat lo. You should be happy. Aur aapko pata hai, main toh bahut khush hoon. Aap ye kaam karne ke liye ready ho gayi. Acha laga mujhe." Ruhaani says and her words touch Ruhana's heart.

"Beta, yeh toh karna hi tha na. Shuruaat toh karni padegi na. Aur jo kuch humne socha hai, wo bhi hum slowly shuru karenge." Ruhana says with a smile.

"Sachi, Mumma? Are you interested in that?" Ruhaani asks, her eyes shimmering with joy.

"Han meri jaan! Tumhara idea hain toh hum uspe bhi kaam karenge, beta." Ruhana smiles as she sips her coffee.

"Wow! That will be fun. Main bhi aapki help karungi." Ruhaani chuckles.

"Han, beta! Tum hi head karogi isko. Fir tumhe fashion padhna hai na?" Ruhana asks.

"Yes Mumma, I have decided. Hum kuch acha karenge. Aap ho na mere pas, I am sure sab acha hi hoga!" Ruhaani chuckles softly.

"Han beta! Ab sab kuch acha hi hoga, I am sure." Ruhana smiles softly.

Ruhaani hugs Ruhana in an impulse and settles her head on her shoulder. Ruhana kisses her head softly and they spend some moments together. Later, the duo cook dinner together and they relish their food together.

The next day is going to be a new start for them.

The next morning rises early and Ruhana is the first one to wake up. Her daughter is sleeping by her side, hugging her. She frees herself from Ruhaani's grip and freshens up, letting her daughter sleep for a few more minutes. It's just 6:30 AM, and she prepares lunch for herself and Ruhaani and packs tiffin for Ruhaani. She then wakes up her daughter and asks her to get ready. The girl obliges and it's almost 7:30 when the two have their breakfast together.

Ruhaani is excited that her mom is going for a job and she is just cheering her up. Ruhana is a little nervous about the job but Ruhaani's words give her some strength.

"Mumma, I know you will rock your job. Bas aap darna mat. Mujhe pata hain aap nervous ho lekin Vineet uncle toh aapke dost hain na, wo aapki help karenge." Ruhaani chuckles.

"Beta, he's the boss! I am glad he's there. That will be a support. Par kaam toh naye sire se seekhna hoga na." Ruhana says.

"And I know you will rock it." Ruhaani chuckles.

"Han, ab meri beti mere sath hain toh sab acha hi hoga na meri life mein." Ruhana says patting her cheek.

Finishing their breakfast, they leave their home. Ruhaani's school van comes to the gate of the society while Ruhana takes a cab to her new office.

Ruhana reaches her office and is greeted by the receptionist. She makes her way into Vineet's cabin and greets him softly. He smiles at her and then explains the strategy of work to her. There's another project that needs attention and so, Vineet assigns the same to her. She has to make some ethnic designs and Vineet asks her to start the work as soon as possible.

"Vineet - I mean, Sir, you are trusting me way too much." Ruhana says.

"You can call me by my name. Tum Fashion Content Head ho. Aur waise bhi, doston pe bharosa kiya jaa sakta hain." Vineet says softly.

"Lekin phir bhi, main ye sab professionally pehli baar kar rahi hoon." Ruhana says hesitatingly.

"And I know, you'd be great. Tumhari beti bhi toh yahi kehti hain na tumse?" Vineet looks at Ruhana with a smile.

"Haan, wo toh yahi kehti hain, kyunki main bhi usko yahi kehti thi. So, she's applying it on me again." Ruhana smiles.

"But I must say, she is very mature for her age." Vineet smiles.

"She is! Shayad hamari situations ne usey waqt se pehle mature bana diya. Mera aur mere pati ka separation ke decision ki wajah se shayad. Lekin ye baat zaroor hain ki wo hamesha mere sath rahi, her decision mein." Ruhana says and a smile is playing on her lips.

"You're lucky, Ruhana. Very few people have such supportive kids." Vineet says.

Ruhana smiles and says something that leaves Vineet touched for another time.
