Vineet and Ruhana watch television and share a glance with each other when they notice a picture on the television. The latter immediately recognised the person.

“Vineet, ye toh, Mr. Vikram Ahuja hai. Jinse humne kal baat ki thi.” Ruhana almost shouts.

“Are you sure, Ruhana?” Vineet wants to confirm.

“Yes, Vineet, tumhe pata hai na ki main ek baar kisi ko dekhti hun toh phir unko pehchanne mein galti nahi kar sakti.” She looks at him.

“Han, lekin unka naam, is enterprise se kyun jud raha hain? I mean mujhe toh vo thik hi lage they.” Vineet reasons.

“Vineet, tumhe vo thik isliye lage kyunki tum achche ho. Par dekho unka naam is company se jud raha hai jo dusri companies ke sath fraud kar rahi hai. Aur humne bhi unse milne ka plann kiya hai.” Ruhana reminds him.

Vineet nods and he makes a call. He talks for a little while, and the tension lines on his face are enough to tell that the matter is serious. He turns to Ruhana and tells her that the news is true and that this fake company, R&D Enterprises, is fooling innocent people and looting them. She looks worried; they’ve invited them to their office and if they deal, it’d be a loss for them. He comforts her.

“Ruhana, we have time. Hum meeting ko cancel kar sakte hain. Ya phir hum unse unke crimes accept karva sakte hain.” He says.

“Vineet, please, hume risk nahi lena chahiye. Tum bas parso ki meeting cancel kar do.” Ruhana says.

Vineet smiles at her concern but tells her something: her eyes are filled with confidence. She beams at him, agreeing to his plan. Later, Vineet takes his leave.

Ruhana sees him off and finds that her daughter has fallen asleep on the couch. She slightly wakes her up and takes her to the bedroom, tucking her in bed. Ruhaani holds her hand, asking her to rest. But Ruhana frees her hand from her daughter’s grip and goes to finish her work. Twenty minutes later, she lies on the bed. Ruhaani feels her presence and snuggles close to her mom, and the two drift into sleep.

The next day, early, the mother and daughter get ready for their day. Ruhana drops her daughter off at her school and she makes her way to her office. She finds Vineet already present in the cabin and she’s informed that Vineet is waiting for her already. She enters the cabin and greets him for the day.

“Are you sure about your plan, Vineet?” She asks.

“Yes, Ruhana. Don’t you think it’s a perfect opportunity to unveil their reality?” He questions.

“Yes, it is. But it’s risky too.” She expresses her emotions.

“Life is all about risks, Ruhana.” Vineet looks at her and she nods her head.

They’ve made a plan to meet the representatives of R&D enterprises, take them into confidence and then unveil their true desires. Vineet has a cop friend and he’s helping the two. As expected, the representative of the company calls them and asks them to meet at a hotel.

Vineet had been suspecting this and so, playing along, they reach the hotel, met the people and then very cleverly, Vineet opened a file for them that stated all the companies they'd cheated. The people are shocked, but they'll be arrested soon. The police also identified them as online scammers; finally, they’re behind bars.

As Vineet and Ruhana step out of the hotel, there are victory smiles on their faces. They didn’t know that their plan would be quite successful. Ruhana is happy and she is surprised when Vineet stops the car at their favourite eating joint. She looks at him questioningly and he smiles, pointing at the restaurant.

“It’s time for some celebration. We did good, I guess.” He beams at her.

“Yeah, we did. I am glad this chapter has ended here. Now, we can concentrate on the current fashion project.” Ruhana sighs as she follows him inside the restaurant.

“Yeah, we can. And you can look forward to your trip to London.” Vineet smiles.

“Han, Vineet. Kaash main Ruhaani ko apne sath le jaa sakti, lekin uske exams hai.” She says she’s sad about it.

“Main uska dhyan rakhunga na.” He assures her again.

“Jaanti hoon, isliye main vahan kaam pe concentrate kar paungi. Thanks, Vineet. Tum meri jitni madad kar rahe ho, utni shayad koi nahi karta.” She smiles at him and he shakes his head.

They order their food and have a little chitchat. Later, they head to their office, there’s a lot of work to do. The day ends on a happy and satisfying note. Ruhana has completed another ethnic range and she’s delighted. She informs Vineet about the same and then takes her leave. Vineet offers her to drop home and she obliges this time.

He drops her home and then watches her enter her home. Ruhaani also waves at him, she insists that he could join them but he denies politely. He watches them and sighs deeply.

“Bahut dinon tak toh ye sab nahi chalega, Ruhana. Jo main soch raha hoon, vo shayad tumhe sahi nahi lagega. Isliye hum dheere dheere aage badhenge. Trust me, cheezein apne aap settle hoti jayegi.”

“Tumhare London se laut aane tak intezar karunga main.”

Vineet murmurs to himself. He’s holding some feelings in his heart. He’s glad to see how Ruhana has maintained herself and how hard she’s working. She wants her daughter to be proud of her and this makes him even proud of his college friend.

Many things are going on in his mind, but maybe he needs to relax first. He can’t tell her everything suddenly and wait for her to respond positively.

Hey! I need to get a grip on myself.

Vineet chids himself and amidst all this chaos, he reaches home. He needs to have some quiet time and analyse his feelings, making sure that he doesn’t blurt out things and ruin his love and tomorrow.
