Everyone ran out to the pool and, obviously, most of them jumped in. And what i mean by most of them i mean except me and Ty. I sat on a deck chair in the yellow swim-shorts Jerome lent me and just chilled by the pool, too terrified to even go NEAR the water.

"Hey" I heard an all too familiar voice say from behind me. Ty. I turned around and saw him in green and black swimming boxers. With. No. Shirt. It took all my strength and energy not to blush or giggle like a love struck teenage girl. "Hi. Why aren't you in the pool with the others?" I asked, watching as he sat down on the deck chair next to mine and smiled at me. "Don't feel like swimming today. And i could say the same for you" He replied, sinking into the chair and sighing happily at the rays of beautiful sunshine.

"I...uh...i'm...not, that good a s-swimmer..." I finally stammered, hating myself for lying AGAIN. "That's not the truth is it Sky?" He replied with a smirk, apparently seeing through my lies. Forgot he could do that. "Uh....no. The real reason is...well..." I started, looking down at my bare feet in embarrassment. "I'm terrified of the water" He raised an eyebrow at me. "Really? Why?" I sighed and decided that he's trustworthy.

"When i was a kid, still with my adopted parents, we decided to camp by a lake in a town called Uaymi. In the middle of the night, these...squid-men, came out of the water and kidnapped me. They brought me to an underwater cave and injected me with something, knocking me out and bringing me back to the surface. When my parents saw me and what the stuff inside the injection needle did to my eyes, they freaked. They gave me these shades and told me to never take them off. Only if it's completely necessary...that's why i'm afraid. I always think that if i go near the water again they'll come and take me away...for good this time"

He gave me a sympathetic look and moved over onto my deck chair, giving me a friendly hug. "Don't worry. They won't hurt you. Not as long as you're with us" He cooed, making me smile. "Hey Sky? What happened to your eyes that made your parents tell you to wear your shades all the time?" I debated in my mind whether to show Ty my eyes or not, finally deciding that he's trustworthy, so it's Ok. "I'll show you" I said, pulling away and turning around so i could face him. I pulled off my shades, and opened my eyes.

His eyes widened and he gasped. "I knew you'd find them horrifying..." I said, looking down and pulling them back on. "N-No! They're...amazing" He stammered, lifting my chin and pulling them back off. "Really? What colour are they?" I asked. I'd never known my own eye colour, since my parents never told me and i never dared to look. "T-They're like molten gold..." Was all he could manage to say. I blushed and smiling at him as he stared at my eyes, and i stared into his.

His eyes were probably much more amazing than mine. They were like dark molten magma, swirling around the pupil as if it really were molten and liquidity, and they had little emerald green specs placed randomly, as if real emeralds were floating in the magma.

"Sky and Ty. Kissing in a tree. K-i-s-s-i-n-g" I heard a familiar Australian accent sing quietly behind us. "Fuck Off Brice!" Ty said, jumping over the end of the deck chair and attacking Brice, who surprisingly was accompanied by Seto. "Ahh! Seto! Help! Sky control your boyfriend!" Brice squealed, making me and Ty blush. "Why does EVERYONE ship Skylox?!" Ty said with a beetroot red face, making me and Seto die with laughter.

"Guys!" Jerome and Mitch called us over, so we detached Ty from Brice and ran over. "What? I was busy tickling Brice" Ty said, motioning to Brice who was red in the face from laughing. 'Merome' held back laughter and pointed to Bash and Okward who were apparently making out on the other side of the pool, Tyler and Jason taking multiple pictures.

We all burst out laughing, 'Bawkward' pulling away and being greeted by a splash of water from Ryan. "YOU DICKS!" Bash screamed, attacking Ryan in the water. "That's what i said!" Mitch screamed happily, jumping in the pool with Jerome while me, Seto, Brice and Ty just laughed and laughed.
