3: To all the Girls
A note hung next to the girl's restroom of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Modern Art:
Who run the world? Girls! At least that's what Beyoncé sings.
To all the girls out there: How have your experiences been on campus? Is there anything that should change?

Sticky note 1:
I'm the first woman in my family who studies/goes to university. I'm proud and grateful to have come so far, which was possible through the support I received by my family and friends, a scholarship. Without this support, it would've been nearly impossible. I think the university can do more for women from non-academic households: specific scholarships, support networks with people who have made a similar experience and can give the strength that might be necessary for some women to even try and then also succeed.

Sticky note 2:
Support women studying in STEM fields!
***
Sticky note 3:
I hope there will be more female representation in the student council and on the faculty board.
***
Sticky note 4:
Period products should be available for free in all toilets in the entire university, not just our faculty! It saved me more than once from an uncomfortable situation because I was surprised by my period or had forgotten to buy supplies in time.
Thank you to everyone who made it possible!

Sticky note 5:
I feel privileged. I have been treated equally to my peers. I wish it was like that for everyone.
***
Sticky note 6:
I feel people looking me up and down when I present my research results ... is it because I'm a woman? Because I have curves and don't hide them?
***
Sticky note 7:
During an internship, he was paid more money than me... even though we were both interns. At least we were paid at all...
***
Sticky note 8:
I like girls and I'm one myself. I only told one person ... but it was a positive experience. You are not alone.
***
Sticky note 9:
Are you a girl?
***
Sticky note 10:
You need to educate the boys too... My boyfriend treats me right. We have to go at it from all sides. Boys suffer too because of stereotypes and toxic structures.
***
Sticky note 11:
Do you want to exchange numbers to keep discussing this further, maybe even start a weekly meeting to create a safe space...? Let me know!

Dear 3ros,
I want to get it off my chest: I was harassed once. But it helped to chalk on the street at the place where it happened. There is this association that does that in different cities across the globe... can you maybe promote that to anyone in need?
Thanks.
L.
