Flashback

"Ugh... I can't move." Hana groans as Soo-ho gives her a piggyback ride.

"Bambi, how did you manage to eat three buckets of fried chicken?" He asks, trying not to laugh.

"I don't know! I just... Ugh, it was just calling my name!" She whines and he bursts out in laughter. "Hey! I wasn't the only who ate it, you did too! I was feeding you remember?!"

"I know, I know. Are you comfy?" He asks, gently rubbing the back of her legs with his thumbs.

"Mmhmm." She smiles, resting her chek comfortably against his shoulder. "...Soosoo?"

"Hmm?"

"Would you still like me if I told you my dad is the secretary general?" She asks, making him stop in his tracks. "Would you still want to be with me?"

"...Hana-ya... Not being with you would drive me crazy."

"Really?" Her eyes nearly glisten with tears. 

He nods. "Mmhmm. None of that matters to me. As long as I can see you smile, I can stay sane."

"Then I guess we better stay together so that you don't lose your mind." 

He smiles hearing her giggling and continues walking forward.

End of Flashback

Soo-ho follows Hana into the infirmary, and she quickly begins gathering the supplies that she'll need. During this, she can feel him staring at her but continues to ignore him. As he silently watches her, it's driving him crazy as she hasn't looked at him once nor spoken to him since the shootout ended. After she walks past him, he lets out a sigh and follows her. Once she reaches the stairs, he rushes to her and wraps his arm around her waist, pulling her back into him.

"Be careful. We set up tripwires." He informs her.

She gasps seeing the booby trap that she almost walked into. She also realizes that he is still holding her close to him, causing those warm feelings to come back. She shakes away those feelings and pushes his arm off of her, taking a step back from him. Just as she is about to take a step down, he gently grabs her arm.

"Hana... Say something." He regrets saying that from the look that she gives him.

"...You lied to me." Her eyes begin glistening with tears, breaking his heart again. "You're a liar."

"Hana, I never meant to-"

"I was dating a spy from the North. I saved a spy's life?" She asks, her voice cracking. "What was your mission? Was I a part of it? Us meeting six months ago wasn't a coincidence, wasn't it? I mean why would a spy date me? Was it because of who my father was? Were you hoping to get some intel? Huh?"

"Hana-" She pushes his hand off and it feels as it his hearts stops when she takes off her ring and necklace, throwing them both on the floor.

"I guess you don't have to worry about me anymore if you ever were worried. And a promise? You'll find your way back to me? You can't imagine the rest of your life without me in it? Seeing how you're not even wearing your ring anymore; it really was all just a bunch of lies! Did you understand how I felt towards you?! Why did you have to be so cruel?! Why... Why did you have to make me fall for you?!" She screams at him, unable to stop her tears. "It must have been fun for you and Gyeok-chan to treat me as a fool."

She finally walks down the staircase, avoiding the booby trap while wiping away her tears. He stands there alone, closing his eyes to stop himself from crying and lets out a sigh.

She didn't listen to it...

After having calmed down and wiped away her tears, Hana sits by Young Ro, helping her tend to the ANSP leader's wound on his shoulder.

"You're the ones who hid him, aren't you?" He asks looking back and forth between the twins.

"...I'm sorry. He was my boyfriend, I thought..." Hana looks down at her lap to hide her guilty look.

"I swear we didn't know then but it's not her fault. I was the one who-"

"Roro."

"Hanny."

As twins attempt glares at one another that only look adorable, he looks down at a pair of tweezers. He then reaches out having his hand cover the side of Young Ro's face.

"Don't be, girls. It's all right." He reassures them and lightly hits the tweezers with his knee making them look at it. He moves his hand away. "Neither of you knew. Helping without knowing doesn't count as harboring a spy." He explains while signaling them to put the tweezers in his sleeve.

They both nod slightly, showing that they understand. As Hana grabs the supplies that she needs, Young Ro glances at the two spies and notices Soo-ho watching them, mainly Hana, with a jealous look on his face. She becomes confused as to why Gyeok-chan watches with jealousy as well. The ANSP leader hisses as Hana pretends to be taking care of his head wound.

"Oh no! Does it hurt a lot?" Young Ro fans his wound and Hana uses that as an opportunity to give him the tweezers.

After Young Ro takes back over in taking care of his wounds then puts the supplies away, Hana cleans the blood off his face.

"I'm sorry for calling you a butthead, sir." She apologizes while bowing.

"Don't worry about it, kid. And call me Kang Moo." He says with a small smile.

"I'm Nam Hana. This is my best friend Young Ro. Despite the situation that we're in, we're pleased to make your acquaintance."

"Hana?" She nods. "Hmm... I'm amazed. When I first met you, you were such a sassy little thing. You called me a butthead and a pervert. Now I find out have the same name as my colleague and I believe that you two would get along very well. But you're being polite and apologizing from wronging me."

"What... You... Humph!" She then pouts and stands up. "Mine is with one n... And I would love to meet her."

She heads back to her spot and lies down as Kang Moo chuckles at her actions. He looks back at Young Ro who watched the two with an amused look.

"Just a warning, don't make her angry. What you experienced that night was her itch mode. It gives her great practice because she wants to be an actress." She says and he gives her a confused look. She giggles. "Put a b in front of it."

"...Ah, I see." He chuckles again and nods.

When Young Ro goes to take her place next to Hana, Soo-ho comes over and ties Kang Moo back up around the pillar. He goes to pick his gun back up, Kang Moo calls out to him.

"Hey. Taedong River 1." He says, making Soo-ho look back at him. "So this is how we finally meet. To catch you, I've been to Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, and Warsaw. In Warsaw, I almost died while chasing you."

Hearing this, Soo-ho gets flashbacks to Kang Moo chasing him. He then puts down his gun and sits down, slowly smirking at the man.

"You're a veteran. Isn't losing Park Guemcheol enough? Do you want to lose the rest while fighting a losing battle?" Kang Moo questions him.

"You must've only fought winning battles." Soo-ho says in a mocking tone, as the twins listen intently to their conversation.

"You see, I have so many things I want to hear from you. I have to avenge Jin Seong's death. But I'm so worried about the military forces might kill you before I could do any of that." Kang Moo tells him with a smile on his face.

In one of the rooms, Soo-ho is using Hana's radio trying to make contact with the North.

"Is it true? Are you really the boyfriend that everyone was talking about?" Gyeok-chan questions his leader with a raised eyebrow and doesn't receive an answer. "So, you were dating the daughter of the secretary general? That's where you were sneaking off to? Not only that, she and her friends were the ones to hide you in this dorm."

"Comrade Joo." Soo-ho stops messing with the radio and looks at him with a suspicious look. "How do you know Hana? And don't say that you don't because she mentioned you."

"...I met her that day we had that disagreement, and she gave me her umbrella. I just returned it to her yesterday."

"Is that really it? Then...how did you know that her father is the secretary general?" Soo-ho asks, raising an eyebrow.

Gyeok-chan realizes what he's done, sighing at his stupidity. Before he can explain himself, they hear a voice coming from outside.

"Lim Soo-ho... Lim Soo-ho. Can you hear me?"

They both get up from their seats and go over the window to see Ahn Gyeong-hui speaking into a megaphone with guards surrounding him.

Soo-ho returns to the cafeteria and stops by Hye Ryung.

"Get up. I need you to come with me. Hurry up." He orders her in a commanding tone.

"Teddy..." Hana whimpers and Young Ro holds her hand, trying to comfort her.

"Tsk. Still have the nerve to ask me to do anything for you." Hye Ryung mutters and gets up. 

Before she walks away, she looks over at Hana and gives her a small smile. She then quickly walks out of the cafeteria with Soo-ho following her. Hana's eyes begin glistening with tears and tries to sit up, but Young Ro stops her from doing so.

"You damn bastard." Hye Ryung snaps at Soo-ho, while walking with her hands up on her head. "The blind date. The past six months. You being a protester. It was all bullshit. You were really the spy that the cops were trying to catch... We trusted you, made us give a damn about you and this is how you repay us? By putting a gun to Young Ro's head? By taking us hostage? By breaking Hana's heart? You lied to all of us!"

Soo-ho continues to look ahead with a stoic face.

"You really picked the wrong people to mess with." She lets out a laugh. "Once this is over, I'll make sure you get caught so until then... Stay away from her."

When she notices that he stops, she looks back at him with a raised eyebrow.

"What I feel for her is real. You should know that better than anyone."

Flashback

"So, when are you going to tell her?" Hye Ryung questions Soo-ho as they watch Hana feeding the doves.

"Tell her what?" He asks with a confused expression.

"That you're her secret admirer."

His eyes almost widened but manages to keep a straight face. "I don't know what you're talking about."

"Really? Because a few months ago, some guy paid for her snowdrop snow globe when she wasn't able to pay for it. She still hasn't been able to meet the guy or at least she thought... But you know what I find really interesting? I remember how you got her snowdrop flowers on your second date. She didn't tell you what her favorite flower was. So...are you connecting the dots?" She asks, making him drop his head and groan.

"Damn it..." He mutters before looking back at her. "Please don't tell her. I will, I just... I'm still trying to figure out a way to."

"It's not my place to tell her anyway. You're the one who's in love with her so..." She says bluntly, making him give her a shocked look. Before he can reply, she gets up and suddenly runs away. "Hana! Step away from that store! You bought three bags of butterscotch yesterday!"

"...Why does she have to be so smart?" Soo-ho murmurs, nearly pouting.

End of Flashback

Not choosing to reply, she continues walking forward and they end up in a room where Gwang Tae and Byung Tae are blindfolded and tied up together. Gwang Tae is complaining about having to pee and Byung Tae suggests just wetting his pants. Hye Ryung watches them with a disgusted look. Soo-ho unties them ignoring their protests about the grenade. After throwing the rope away, he grabs Gwang Tae's arm pulling him away causing both men to start screaming. The grenade falls onto the floor and Gwang Tae falls onto Byung Tae's back. After realizing nothing has happened and coming back to their senses, they both take off their blindfolds.

"You bastard! Why did you pee on me?!" Byung Tae yells, pushing Gwang Tae off of him.

Both men's eyes widened when they see Hye Ryung and Soo-ho.

"You." Soo-ho speaks to Gwang Tae. "Go to the front door."

Gwang Tae does as he says while attempting to cover up the front of his pants.

"Go with him." Soo-ho tells Hye Ryung, making her roll her eyes and follows him. He walks over to Byung Tae who is still lying on the floor. "Stay here."

"Yes, sir."

Soo-ho removes the traps from the front door and walks back over to the two.

"You'll see a phone outside. Go fetch it."

"Pardon?" Gwang Tae asks, his eyes widened. "You mean, me?"

Soo-ho points his gun at Hye Ryung making Gwang Tae gasp as Hye Ryung just glares at the man.

"Do anything stupid and she dies." Soo-ho threatens him.

"Gwang Tae... There's someone that you should be more scared of than him and his lackies. If something happens to me, you should be more worried about Hana going after you. She already has beef with you, don't make it worse than it already is! Now go fetch the damn phone!"

Soo-ho nearly smirks of the mention of his girl and her itch mode. Gwang Tae slowly goes outside and looks the police force surrounding the area. The one in charge reassures Gwang Tae that they will not shoot and take the phone. He looks back and Soo-ho now points him gun at him.

"GWANG TAE, COME ON!" Hye Ryung screams at him.

He slowly walks down the steps and just as he grabs it, the sound of a gunshot is heard. 

Gyeok-chan starts shooting at the police from his position but the shields protect them. Back in the cafeteria, many of the girls start screaming from the sound of the gunfire. Soo-ho quickly walks outside and grabs Gwang Tae from the back of his collar, forcing him to get up and ordering him to pick up the phone. After they get back inside, he throws Gwang Tae to the side and sets the traps back up on the door.

"Who started shooting?! Huh?!" Tae-il shouts after having just arrived at the tent and hearing about what the shooting that just occurred.

"Sir, we already banned the woman responsible for-" Gyeong-hui tries to explain but Tae-il cuts him off.

"That bastard is suppose to be on the West Sea now! Why is he in the dorm?!" He grabs a bunch of papers throwing them at the agents. "YOU MORONS! SAVE MY DAUGHTER THIS INSTANT!"

Hana opens her eyes when she hears Young Ro suddenly cry out as if she's in pain.

"My stomach... My stomach hurts." She holds her stomach, but Hana can tell it's obviously an act.

"Young Ro, what's wrong?" Man Dong asks in a concerned tone.

"Didn't I say I kill you if you said anything?" Eung Cheol snaps, pointing his gun at her.

"Look. She says she's in pain. How could you do that-" Ms. Pi begins raising her voice until he cuts her off.

"Didn't you hear the gunfire earlier? Your stomach hurts? Are you faking pain even after hearing gunfire?"

"Yah. Butthead." Hana sits up, glaring at the man.

"Wh... B-b-b-b-butthead?" He asks, giving her a shocked look.

She sighs and gets up. "Are you sexist or something?"

"Sexist?!"

"Who are you to be saying that she's faking? Are you saying that a woman's stomach can't hurt? Does there really have to be a specific timing? Can women or men control their stomach pains? How do you know that she doesn't have some kind of medical condition? Or what if it's some stomach bug? You should be ashamed of yourself for looking down on her stomachache just because she's a woman!" Hana rants, putting her hands on her hips.

"That-that is not what I said!" He tries to defend himself.

"But you implied it, you butthead!" She retorts. "I won't stand for this type of discrimination!"

"...But you are standing!" He retorts with a smug look.

"Oh? So now I can't stand because I'm a woman?!" She yells making his jaw drop.

Everyone in the background is trying to stop themselves from laughing while Ms. Pi mentally facepalms and Bun Ok rolls her eyes. After Kang Moo escapes from his binds about to attack Eung Cheol in an sneak attack, Man Dong suddenly starts shouting about his back pains. That causes Kang Moo to look towards the entrance seeing Gyeok-chan making his return and hurries in putting the rope back as it was as best he can.

"Come in." Gyeok-chan says and Hye Ryung along with the two idiots walk in.

Many of the dorm girls start laughing when they see Gwang Tae and Byung Tae wearing Seol Hui's pajamas. However Hana frowns seeing Hye Ryung on the verge of tears. 

"Don't laugh... We almost died." Hye Ryung begins crying make Hana hurry over to her and give her a hug.

Hana blinks repeatedly to hold back her own tears just so that she can be strong for her best friend at the moment.

Sometime in the middle of the night, Soo-ho watches the hostages as they sleep. Next to him is Hana's radio and he turns in the music, possibly to give them all some peace of mind. He eyes land on the twins who are cuddled up to each other. He thinks back to how heartbroken she was when she found out the truth about him. How she thought she everything was just an act. How she threw the ring and necklace away. He sighs and looks down at his watch. Seeing that it's time to leave, he stands up and walks past Hana before he gives in and forces the ring back onto her finger and putting the necklace back around her neck. He stops at the entrance to look back at her once more before finally leaving with Gyeok-chan and Eung Cheol following behind him.

I should have said it earlier...

That's the end of episode five! Was not expecting to finish it in this chapter!

I was not planning on revealing the secret admirer that early! But I thought about what if Hye Ryung knew since she was suspecting Soo-ho all along? So, she's been playing dumb the whole time keeping his secret until he revealed it to Hana himself. But I wonder how that's gonna go now? Oh, and they may be another reveal coming the next chapter... Hehe!

So yeah... Hana did it. She took off the ring and necklace. Soo-ho, you messed up! I was really debating if she should take them off. I was suprised that Young didn't take off the necklace a lot earlier in the show. And to be honest despite the messed situation, those feelings aren't just going to go away for Soona. Now Soo-ho took off his ring? Did he really? Maybe he still has it on him?🤔

The twins teamwork, I'm here for it!

Hana and Eung Cheol... I may still be able to write a friendship between them after all! I kinda wanted her to know him as well before everything started but couldn't figure out a way to do it. Oh, my goodness, I was not expecting to start it off like this or their interactions to be like that! And Hana and Kang Moo also finally know each other's name. These relationships are going to be so cute!

I originally wanted for Hana to tend to Gyeok-chan's wound to give them a chance to talk but... I'll wait for the next one, if you know what I mean. Hehe...
