"I told you to send me in there! Why are you sending in noona?!" Hee Tae yells at Tae-il, giving him a look of disbelief seeing Chung-ya next to him.

"Are you doubting her abilities? You know that she's an excellent doctor."

"I'm not doubting her abilities! I'm thinking of Hana! You know how much she loves noona!" Hee Tae snaps.

"My precious daughter will be so relieved to see her, and she can help Doctor Kang out." Tae-il shrugs off Hee Tae's concern for the situation.

"Hee Tae. I'll be okay by myself, don't worry." Chung-ya reassures him.

"We'll do our best to get you out safely once you're done. And agent Han-na will assist you as well." Chang-su reassures her and both women give each other a nod.

Hee Tae sighs and rubs his face before going over to Chung-ya.

"I really don't want you to go in there." He murmurs, making her smile.

"You worry too much, you little brat." She ruffles his hair.

"...Can you give this to Hana?" He asks, taking a folded envelope out of his pocket and giving it to her. "Things are kind a little rocky between us right now."

She smiles and nods before taking it.

"Why can't you be as nice to me as you are to her? You used to be like that and always called me your favorite uncle." Tae-il asks with an annoyed look.

"You were my only uncle and maybe because I lost all kinds of respect for you when I learned what type of man you really were." Hee Tae answers with a glare.

"Are you kidding me?! You can't beat him up! I'm the one who has beef with him!" Hana yells at Gyeok-chan who has his foot on top of Gwang Tae's chest.

Jeongmin and Hye Ryung hold Hana down as they watch Gyeok-chan grab Gwang Tae by his hair and dragging him across the cafeteria with Byung Tae following them.

"Hana, either you calm down or no butterscotch for a whole month." Hye Ryung says making Hana's eyes widened.

"I'll be quiet." Hana says, keeping still and scooting closer to her twin.

As Soo-ho returns with Ms. Pi, his eyes go to Hana for a brief moment before putting his attention back on everyone else.

"I'll release some of you right now. As for the rest of you, I'll release those who are cooperative next time or the next time after that." He informs them all, making some of them speak quietly to one another. "But for those who disobey us and are uncooperative, there will be no release."

"Oh Gwang Tae, will always be cooperative. I swear." Gwang Tae says while raising his hand. Byung Tae notices Hana's glare and quickly gets Gwang Tae to sit back down.

"If you understood, be wise about it." Soo-ho warns them before stepping aside and letting Ms. Pi take his place.

"If your name is called, stand up." She says while holding a stack of papers. 

"Yeo Jeongmin."

Jeongmin glances at Soo-ho before standing up.

"Ko Yuna."

"Shin Kyung Ja."

"Go Hye Ryung."

"Damn it. Why couldn't she at least call for Hana and Young Ro first." Hye Ryung mutters before standing up.

"Seo Eun Gyo."

"Kim Yewon."

"Yoon Seol Hui."

"Three girls from Room 207? Typical." Bun Ok mutters.

"Excuse me, sir." Gwang Tae speaks, standing up. "Can I tell you about myself a bit?" Byung Tae tries to make him sit back down only to get pushed away. "I, Oh Gwang Tae, grew up with a single mom, and like that wasn't enough, I've gotten hep-" He is cut off when Hana throws her shoe at him. "Ow!"

"Have you ever heard of ladies or elderly first, you butthead?! Now zip it!"

"But-"

"Sit down and shut up." Gyeok-chan orders him as Byung Tae forces him to sit back down. He then goes to grab Hana's shoe and has it passed up to the front.

"Nam Hana. Eun Young Ro."

"No. Everyone else has to be released before me. I'll be the last to go." Hana says looking up at Soo-ho with a glare.

"I'm not leaving without Hanny. Besides, how can I leave when everyone else can't? That's not right." Young Ro backs up her twin.

Soo-ho looks at the twins with a look of disbelief, frustrated of them always worrying for others more than themselves.

"Roro, go with them." Hana mutters, adorably glaring at her twin.

"You're my other half, how can I leave you?" Young Ro mutters, adorably glaring back at her.

"Both of you get up." Hye Ryung says, walking over to them.

"No! Take Roro but I'm staying!" Hana shakes her head and takes back her shoe that Kyung Ja passes to her. "Thank you."

"I'll drag you out of here by your legs." Hye Ryung threatens, Hana gulps knowing she will actually do it.

"I'll stay too. I played a big part too. If they stay, I can't just leave them here to save my skin." Jeongmin says, sitting back down.

"Minnie! Just leave!" Hana whines.

"You can't do this." Bun Ok stands up.

"Be quiet, Bun Ok. You didn't even hear us out." Ms. Pi snaps.

"Why are you only releasing students? What about me, Mr. Kim and Ms. Oh? We can't even get a chance?"

"Oh, you suddenly care about Mr. Kim after you got him fired?" Hye Ryung snaps at the older girl with a glare.

"Huh?!" Hana looks up at the two with a shocked look. "What do you mean she got Mr. Kim fired?!"

"...It was the same day she got Young Ro kicked out." Jeongmin replies, also glaring at Bun Ok.

"I didn't cause this, you all did!" Bun Ok yells before looking back at Ms. Pi. "Why do they get to leave?! They can't die but I can?! Why don't we just draw lots-"

"Why do you have to keep being this way?" Hana says, standing up. "I already said that I would stay so why are you creating a fuss? Could you stop making things worse for yourself and others? And are you not even sorry that not only you got one of my best friends to be kicked out, but you even caused an elderly man to lose his job? You should be ashamed of yourself."

"She's so feisty." Sang Beom says looking at Hana with awe making his father smack the back of his head.

"I should be ashamed? You act like a little goody two-shoes but you're just a little bitch." Bun Ok snaps, making everyone in the room glare or give her shocked looks.

"GYE BUN OK!" Ms. Pi shouts.

"I've had it up to here with you, gizzard!" Hye Ryung yells, grabbing Bun Ok's hair and pulls on it just like the last time.

"Unnie!" Seol Hui yells, grabbing onto Hye Ryung.

"Hey! Cut it out!" Gyeok-chan yells, heading towards them.

The rest of the Room 207 girls try to separate them, and Hana gets pushed back. Soo-ho quickly moves forward, catching her in his arms. He quickly scans her over for injuries before looking back at them.

"STOP!" He shouts at them making them pause and Gyeok-chan takes them opportunity to push Hye Ryung and Bun Ok apart from one another. 

Soo-ho goes back and takes a folded paper from Ms. Pi. He walks up to Bun Ok and hands it to her. She takes it and unfolds it, shocked to see it's her résumé.

"You were the last one." He snatches the paper back and tears it up. "But not anymore... You'll never get a chance to be released." He walks backs to Ms. Pi's side. "When I said those who disobey us and are uncooperative wouldn't be released, you should've taken it seriously." He looks back at Bun Ok. "Drawing lots? I decide who gets released."

"Hold on!" One of the girls yells to get Soo-ho's attention. "In any case, we're being released, right?"

Soo-ho ignores her question and looks back at Hana before walking out of the cafeteria. Ms. Pi comes over to Hana, putting her hands on her shoulders.

"Are you alright?" She asks and Hana nods. "What did I tell you? Save your own skin and stop worrying about others."

"But I can't do that. It's my fault we're in this mess. How can I leave after the position I put all of us in?" She murmurs, looking down with a crestfallen look and making Ms. Pi sigh.

"Because of this stupid gizzard." Hye Ryung mutters as Jeongmin and Seol Hui hold onto her to stop her from attacking Bun Ok again.

Bun Ok sits by the pillar, ignoring some of the girls' cries while others yell about her ruining everything.

Later, Soo-ho has the injured sit aside from everyone else. Hana is sitting next to Ms. Pi.

"Ms. Pi." Hana says, getting her attention. "I know that you're my butterscotch fairy."

"...I don't know what you're talking about." Ms. Pi replies with a straight face.

"Yes, you do. Jeongmin saw you putting the candies under my pillow when she had to go back for her book. To be honest, I knew it had to be one of my roommates, you or maybe Kyung Ja. You're the only ones who would have access to the room. So, there's no need in denying it." Hana explains with a small smile. "Plus, the day all this started I noticed there was extra candies... You gave me those extra ones for because you felt bad for kicking Young Ro, didn't you?"

Ms. Pi continues staring at her before looking away.

"If you really feel that bad, then un-kick Young Ro out. That will help make me feel a little better."

"...Why do you have to be like that? Is it really that hard for you to put yourself before others?" Ms. Pi asks, looking back at her. "Hana, why must you have such a good heart?"

"Hmm... I guess I got it from my parents or one of them at least." Hana answers with a giggle.

"...You said before your parents aren't your real parents." Ms. Pi mentions, making Hana face change to a sad expression and looks down at the floor. "What made you think that?"

"...Some butthead that was meant to be one of my suitors told me about it and when I went to go confront my eomma, she wasn't denying it. Even Hee Tae knew about it." Hana explains in a bleak tone.

"...Do you want to know who your real parents are then?"

"I don't know. Maybe... I'm scared. What if they gave me up because they didn't want me?" Hana answers, blinking multiple times so that the tears don't come.

"...I believe they wanted you to live, Hana." Ms. Pi answers, making Hana look back at her. "Any adult would be lucky to have you as their daughter. So, live for everyone's sake."

"Ma'am... You really are nice!" Hana says and giggles. "Ow! Why must you always pinch my ear?"

Hana rubs her ear while pouting before looking away from the older woman.

"And if you haven't already, let that man go." Ms. Pi says, making Hana pause. "One of you will get hurt in the end. If you keep holding onto each other, it will hurt both of you more."

Suddenly Hana feels someone's eyes on her and she looks to see Soo-ho. The two just stare at each other for a moment while he recalls what Ms. Pi said to him while they were discussing the hostages who would be chosen for release.

"I understand why Hana protected you but look at where that's gotten you both... You love her, don't you? If you do, you will let her go and I don't just mean as one of the hostages... You must let her go."

He is snapped out of his thoughts when he hears Eung Cheol call for him. Giving Hana one more glance, he hurries back to the sick room. 

"But Ms. Pi... Why did you give me those candies in the first place?" Hana asks when the thought comes to her mind.

Her question is left unanswered when the female agent Hanna and Chung-ya arrive with Gyeok-chan behind them ordering them to move faster. As Ms. Pi stands up, Hana waves at the female agent who gives her a small wink in return. Hana almost giggles but her eyes widened when she sees Chung-ya next to the woman.

"Comrade Joo, get the doctor here first." They hear Soo-ho say and Gyeok-chan pushes the woman.

"I need someone to assist me. Where's Nam Hana?" Chung-ya asks, looking around.

"Over there." Gyeok-chan answers.

"Hana." Ms. Pi says and Hana stands up.

Chung-ya looks over in the direction where he's looking and sees Hana looking annoyed. She smiles and walks over to her.

"Auntie Yaya."

Chung-ya looks at the other injured girls, paying close attention to their bandages.

"Is that your doing?"

"She did what she could." Ms. Pi answers and Chung-ya nods.

"You did a good job. Come on." Chung-ya frowns seeing the girl's bandaged hand and instead takes her other hand in hers. "Don't get annoyed, sweetie. Your father is really worried about you, okay? That's why he sent me." She says as they walk to the sick room.

"But he's such a dumb butthead for sending you here... And he's..." Hana mutters.

"He's what?"

"...I'll tell you later."

As soon as they enter the room, Soo-ho informs Chung-ya that Eung Cheol has been running a fever since dawn. When he looks up at her, they both looked shocked. Hana looks back and forth between the two confused to what's going on. Chung-ya puts her bag down and Soo-ho moves away so she can do her work.

"If he's over 38°C, he can't have surgery. I must give him a fever reducer and antibiotics to reduce the fever first. Hana, there are medicines in my bag. You know which ones to get, right?"

"Yes, auntie." Hana answers with a nod, surprising Soo-ho. "And I tended to his wound as best I could but there wasn't much that I could do."

"You still did good." Chung-ya gives Hana another smile before looking back at Soo-ho. "I heard that two of you are injured. Where's the other one?"

"Comrade Joo." He calls for Gyeok-chan as he walks past Hana out of the room, his hand briefly brushing against hers, sending tingles throughout both their bodies.

"Hana, come here." Chung-ya quickly opens the bag and lifts up the bottom part that is hiding a gun, shocking Hana. "Be careful when opening it, okay? Don't ever go through this part."

Hana nods as Chung-ya quickly puts it back in place before Gyeok-chan comes in.

While helping Chung-ya treating Gyeok-chan's arm wound, they can hear Soo-ho choosing hostages to be released. All of a sudden, they begin hearing people shouting.

"ENOUGH!" Soo-ho shouts, shutting the crowd up. "Who wants to die first? Who?"

"STOP!" Young Ro suddenly screams, making Hana pause in what she's doing and Gyeok-chan look up at her. "Who are you to decide who gets to live? Only I will be enough. I'll stay so release all of them. Let them go!" She screams at him once more, beginning to cry.

"...KEEP YOUR HEADS DOWN!" He shouts at the crowd. "I told you I decide who gets to leave."

"You leave... This is our dorm. This is our dorm, you stupid communist!" She yells at him.

Gyeok-chan walks out of the room, ready to kill Young Ro. Hana goes after him, ignoring Chung-ya's calls and is shocked to find Soo-ho pointing his gun at Young Ro once again. 

"I'll kill this damn wench." He mutters and stops when Soo-ho holds his hand out.

"You don't know who I am, do you?" Young Ro asks, getting Soo-ho's attention again. She puts her hand on his wrist moving it down so the gun is moved away from her face. "I'll tell you." She moves closer so that only he will hear her. "I'm...the daughter of the director of the ANSP. Eun Chang-su, the director of the Agency for National Security Planning is my father."

Soo-ho looks at her with an unreadable expression and snatches his wrists out of her hand, taking a step back. He slowly smirks at her and Hana realizes what her twin has done.

"Let them go. Let them all go!" Young Ro yells and Soo-ho suddenly puts his gun underneath her chin, silencing her.

He moves away from her and looks at the hostages. "Since she doesn't want to leave, only nine will be released." He informs, disappointing many of them.

"Why do you have to be like this?! Release one more person since I'm not leaving!" She screams at him and he goes back over to her, pointing his gun against her shoulder.

"Who do you think you are? Huh? To me, you are nothing but a human shield." He says without hesitation.

"Lim Soo-ho!" Hye Ryung yells and tries to get up but her roommates hold her down.

Suddenly Young Ro is pulled away from Soo-ho by none other than Hana. She takes a step towards him and slaps him, shocking everyone.

"You evil bastard." Hana's voice cracks as her eyes glisten with tears. "You've really lost your mind... Just stop this."

"Comrade Joo." Soo-ho calls out, ignoring the sting from Hana's slap. "Have Young Ro stand by the windows.

"What is wrong with you?! Just stop it already!" Hana goes for another slap but he grabs her wrist, preventing her from doing so. She then starts hitting his chest with her other hand. "Just forget whatever she told you! Use me instead!"

As Gyeok-chan grabs Young Ro and takes her away, Soo-ho drags Hana back to the sick room, ignoring her pleads and insults towards him. He grabs her arms to keep her still and speaks so that only she will hear him.

"Don't ask me to do that... You know that I can't."

Bonus Scene

Around twenty years ago...

"Did you really have to throw your shoe at the man?" The man asks, putting his girlfriend's shoe back on her foot.

"I would have thrown my knife, but you took it from me." The woman looks away from him, pouting.

He sighs. "My love. If we have a daughter, I truly hope she inherits your all your genes. That way I won't have to worry about her having a line of suitors. Ow!" He gives her a shocked look. "Why did you pinch me?!"

"Because I felt like it. And did you forget something?" She puts her finger underneath his chin, giving him a smirk. "If she inherits my personality, there's still a chance someone will fall for her. You fell for me at first slap, remember?"

"...You're right. Damn!" He throws his head back and groans. "But if she inherits everything from me every guy will want her!"

"It's not our fault that Hana will have two irresistible parents." She reaches into his suit pocket and takes out one of his butterscotch candies. "Here, eat this and stop your whining."

"Hana?" He asks after opening his mouth so she can feed him.

"Her name. Since you're going to choose who our future daughter takes after which is impossible, I'm choosing her name."

"...Hana." He slowly smiles. "I like it."

We reached the end of episode six and the beginning of episode seven! I wanted to do it this way because I kinda felt the beginning of episode seven should have been the end of episode six. So just know we're in episode seven now!

I wasn't planning to do the bonus scenes like in the show but because I'm so excited to give you all the story of Hana's parents, I thought why not? I will do more of these with them and I might do others that also focus the Room 207 girls, Hee Tae and Young Ro, etc. What do ya'll want to see?

What did you think about Hana's parents? I loved writing that scene!

Just to clarify, at some point shortly after I first started this story, I did realize that I gave my oc the same name as Hanna who is the female agent and Kang Moo's fiancée. But I felt the meaning of Hana's name suited her character and what I had had planned for her, so I didn't want to change it. The difference is our Hana has one n in her name while the other has two n's!

Bun Ok can never keep her d*mn mouth shut. I swear she's so annoying...
