As soon as Rahul said those words Athiya felt a pang on her heart .Rahul was about to continue ... Athiya kept her hand on his mouth & said..

" bas bohat huwi tumhari bakwas maine
tumhari aawaz tumhari baatien bohat miss
ki ... I was thinking as soon as you will wakeup ... everything will be fine but immediately after waking up you are talking this shit ... Mr.Kl Rahul keep it in your mind ..I am not gonna give you divorce whatever happens.... yah the situation wasn't good ... I made lots of mistakes... I said so many hurtful things to you but this doesn't mean you will go till divorce .... Do you think this is a joke... will you say anything....? " Said Athiya

That's when Rahul showed him with his eyes that she had covered his mouth.. she took her hand off

Athiya held his collar & said

Rahul looked into her eyes & said..

"Yess I can"  & broke the eye lock

Athiya got up & wiped her eyes..

" Okayy if you want this ... I m ready ... After you will get discharged we will go home there I will signed it " Athiya said Looking at him with hurt...Rahul closed his eyes & turned his face
away

She went out & called the doctor ..& told about him being out of coma..

• Inside the ward •

" I have done this for you Athiya ... You know what
jab tum yahan nahi hongi na tab bhi mae sirf
tumhara hee rahunga humesha ke liye..forever!" Said Rahul

Doctor came in & checked him & declared that he
is completely fine..

" He will get discharge Tomorrow.." said Doctor

Athiya nodded & called Mayank...said about Rahul's well being..& cutted the call.nurse brought some vitamin tablets & brought glucose bottle & gave to athiya & explained & left..

Athiya attached the glucose to the stand & took his hands in hers & attached the drip..& covered him with the duvet till waist & helped him in sitting..& gave him the tablets..

All this while neither of them exchanged any of
the words nor any emotion ..

Later all families (even Shettys ) members
met Rahul talked about their life´s & many times
Lokesh tried asking him about the accident but
Rahul avoided the topic all the time..

Athiya just stood idle..that's when nurse called her telling about an emergency to which Athiya  left...

As she left Anil looked at Rahul ..& declared

" mujhe Rahul se akele mae baath karni hai.."

All nodded but Anita & Lokesh- Rajeshwori gave a suspicious look to which Anil said..

" kuch serious nahi.... ap log jaiye" said anil

When Lokesh was leaving Rahul asked

"dad mera mobile?" 

" tere sab kuch Athiya ke pass hai"

"kya matlab"

" infact inn 15 din no mae wo tere pass hee thi
aur ye matlab ke teri har cheez uske pass hai aur wo ghar ayi hee nahi wo yehi rehti thi" said Lokesh

Rahul just nodded & lokesh left now only Anil & Rahul were left..

" Say what you want to say "

"aisi tone kyun use karte hoo tum mere
saath..haan maine shadi ke liye force kiya tumhe
lekin tum nahi... maana kyunke tumhara point
of view alag tha....lekin kismat ko bhi kuch aur
manzoor tha na..aur jaise bhi ho tum dono ki shadi toh huwi ..mere ek dost jo lawyer usse mujhe pata chala ke tumne divorce papers banwae hain kyun?" Asked Anil

"kyun ke hume ye rishta manzoor nahi hai" said Rahul

" Rahull please give this relationship a chance " said anil

Anil left disappointed

• At night •

Nurse brought soup & gave to Athiya .& asked

" mam wo priya mam ki date aj ki hai aur wo
milna chahti hain aur unhe bohat pain horaha hai.." said nurse

" Priya ki jo tablets uska dose kaam kardo u
arrange everything mae 15 mins mae ayi..usse
behosh mat hone dena..mae baath karti hoon
ake..aur Karan ayaa hei ?.." asked athiya

" wo saath aye hain mam.... apne jo Karan ki band
bajayi thi ke baby ko abort na karien and all wo
tabse daare huwe hain aur humesha priya mam
ke saath aate hain..u are great mam " nurse said & she laughed

Rahul was hearing everything & felt proud of her.

"Aacha ab tum jao mae ati hoon" said Tia

Nurse left...

She removed drips from Rahul's hand & took soup & sat near him & started feeding him he didn't stop her because it was baseless to fight with her on such topics because she will never agree..

She arranged the room & told him that a nurse
would be here until she comes back & left...
But Rahul called..
" Athiya "

" Haa ?"

" My phone "

Athiya went & opened the side door & gave him his phone & left...Athiya was done with her work she came around 11 at the ward back with a smile as priya gave birth to a little baby girl.She was happy_she wanted to share it to Rahul but alas she cant ... her smile turned into sadness when she remembered she need to give him divorce...

In these thoughts she looked at Rahul to see him
busy in his phone.. athiya sat on the sofa of the ward with tired expression..when Rahul asked..

" At what time will I get discharged?" Asked Rahul

" Morning 10 am "

" ok "

" isse itni kya urgent hai humare divorce ki huh." Said Athiya in her mind

Rahul wanted to lie on bed but he wasn't able too Athiya saw this...she went to him & helped him & arranged the pillow when with a jerk she landed on Rahul's chest..

Athiya lifted her head & saw Rah...she was about
to get up when she saw her nuptial chain in his
hands on the wrist with her duppata stucked on it. Rahul followed her gaze & looked at it & removed it..

Athiya got up & asked

" ab rishta hee nahi rahega toh meri koyi bhi
cheez tumhare pass nahi honi chahiye.."

"what do you mean?" Asked rah

" Mera Mangalsootr " said Athiya pointing on it &
She was about to take it when Rahul held her hand in midway

" - nahi " said rah

" kyun "

"tumhe apne sath jo lejana hai lejao siwae iske" said rah

" Kyun?"

" bas aise hee.."

" lekin mujhe chahiye "

" Mei nahi dunga.tum koyi aur mangalsootr le
lena jab tum kisi aur se shadi karogi " rah with hurt in his voice

"tum bhi toh koyi aur le sakte ho aur waisey bhi
ye mera hai..so doo mujhe"

" nahi"

"par kyun"

"kyunke ye tumhara hai aur ye humesha mere
pass hee rahega.."

" What ?"

" Nothing I am just sleepy " said Rahul

Rahul closed his eyes & acted to sleep. Athiya sat in sofa..

" mae dur chali jaungi toh kuch nahi lekin Mangalsootr kahi nahi jana chahiye wah.." Athiya said in her mind

Athiya slept there in sitting position itself..
After a while Rahul looked at her sleeping in sitting position..

" ye ladki kabhi nahi sudhregi..akele kaise rahegi ye..kaash hum humesha saath reh pate..akele kyun uske saath uske dad hongae na.." Rahul got up & went to her slowly ..kept a pillow near her head took a shawl & covered her & pecked her forehead to which frown she had vanished & a smile appeared on her face. Rahul smiled seeing her smiling..& went back to his sleep..

In Morning

Athiya woke up & looked at Rahul smilingly..

" kaash ye waqt yehi tham jaye mujhe tumse kabhi dur na jana pade.." said tia in her mind

That's when she noticed the shawl & pillow..

" Ye pillow aur shawl "  she looked in confusion

" Yee maine khud kiya yah Rahul ne.. "
That's when she heard a knock..she opened the
door..Rahul woke up.doctor came..

" Mr. Mayank ne sari formalities puri kardin hai..he is discharged .."

Athiya nodded doctor left...Mayank came & helped rahul... Athiya too left with them as she took off as she didn't had any work for the day..

Mayank sat in front & insisted  Rahul to sit back & from his eyes told athiya the same..both sat from different sides. Rahul glared tia..athiya turned with a smile when Mayank settled the front mirror & winked at Athiya. Athiya's jaw dropped..Mayank laughed slowly & started whistling..Rahul looked at them in disbelief

"bhai agar hogaya ho toh toh chalien" rah said

" kya hogaya toh Rahul " Mayank asked

"apka aur iska khulam khula flirt bhuliye mat
ap baap bane wale hain..aur bhabhi mujhpe trust
karti hain ap dono se zyada toh ap toh 1 week hall mae hee soyengae.." said rah

"koyi zaroorat nahi mae tujhe guest room mae
join karloonga hum dono bhai - bhai time spend
karlenge....humari biwiyan badi violent hain"

" Ye meri" rah said but Tia cutted him & said..

" bhai chaliye late horaha hai.. "

They reached KL mansion.. Rajeshwori did Rahul's  aarti..he had his family time & left to room & messaged Athiya

Rahul saw the text but didn't reply to it...Athiya
excused herself & left to the room..

Athiya went in when Rahul asked

" knock karke ana chahiye"

" kyun mere pati ka room hai phir knock kis
baat ka " said Tia

" If you remember...We are getting divorce " said rah

" exactly we are getting...we haven't taken yet " said Tia

Rahul huffed & gave her the papers..

" sign karo " said Rahul

Athiya took the papers

" Do you really want this ?" Asked Athiya

" I didn't want at beginning but yah I want it now " said rah

" Okayy as you wish " said Tia

She kept the papers on the table & again looked at him

She was about to sign when he said..

"Stop "

Athiya - (in mind)  I knew you didn't want to take divorce.

" We got married without anyone presence but we will get divorced in front of everyone" Rahul said

Athiya looked at him with a painful look..Rahul averted his gaze

" chalien?"

Athiya nodded both left downwards

"We have taken a decision " said rah

" What type of decision?" Asked Rahul's father

" We are taking divorce " said Rahul

Everyone stood up with shock

"What ?" Rajeshwori said

" haan ma.."

" par kyun" asked Rahul's chachu

"chill chachu hum dono hee shadi ke khilaf
thae..humare dreams alag hain..hume abhi bohat
kuch karna hai..siwae shadi ke..aur hum dono iss
rishte ke liye ready nahi hain.." said Rahul

" Athiya is this your opinion as well ?" Asked Rahul's chachi

" But " Rajeshwori said

"Mom stop it " rah said

" I have already signed... Athiya has to sign then we will submit this documents today only " said rah

" Rahul have you take this decision wisely  ?" Asked Rahul's father

Athiya looked at him having nothing to say..
Mayank & Aashita looked at Rahiya then again at each other..Mayank held her hand Aashita's hand . She looked shocked at him..

Athiya took the pen & knelt in front of the
table..again looked at Rahul but he stood with stern face & back faced her..a lone tear escaped from his eyes..

Athiya bended her head & signed at the tear escaped from her eyes..

" Done " Athiya said without looking at him & gave him the papers & went out...

" Aashita and I am also coming " said Mayank

Aashita looked at him with a happy + shock face & started jumping..Mayank held her

" oh haan I m sorry par phele batao kaise nahi
hoga divorce.."

" I know the lawyer personally..and I will say him to tell Rahiya to take 6months time and will tell him not to take this case in fast track so Athiya & rahul could spend time ... I will not let them take divorce and after 6months ... Tab Ka tab hi dekhenge " said Mayank

" Wow my hubby is so intelligent ... Ok then ll the best "  saying she kissed on Mayank´s cheek

" Bhai are you coming or we can leave " said Rahul

They came out..

Athiya sat at front with Rahul & Aashita - Mayank at the back..The reached the lawyers office..

Mayank went out firt & gave a look to Aashita & went in...Athiya got a call from unknown number..

Athiya came out & answered the call

" Hello ...who are you ?" Said Athiya

Dev with a girlish voice - ji mae sushma

" koun Sushma..?" Asked Athiya confused

" ji mae wo apki purani patient"

"patient..anyways apne call kyun kiya hai.." asled athiya

"wo mujhe appointment mae chahiye thi" said Dev / Sushma

" kal ki "

" jii thik hai kal 10 baje ajaye..mae call rakhti
hoon" said Athiya

" Arre jii nahi rukiye "

" Ab kya hogaya" asked Athiya

• At the same time •

Rahul was about to go when Aashita called
Faking that she is having a cough

" What happened Bhabhi " Rahul asked

" Rahul... wo mujhe bohat khansi horahi hai tum
dekho agar koyi shop ho toh water bottle la do " said Aashita

"par hum ghar se laye toh thae" said Rahul

Aashita hide the bottle

"pata nahi mil nahi rahi tum dekho toh"

Rahul  nodded & left. Athiya cutted the call..

"kaise log hain huh.."

Mayank messaged Aashita to come in with tia &
Rah . Rahul brought the water bottle

" Chalien ? " said Aashita

" phele pani lijiye" said Rahul

"hum ghar se bottle lae to thae.." said Athiya

" wo pata nahi mil nahi rahi.."  Aashita took a sip & asked chalien

Both gave a suspicious look to Aashita

" Chalien ?" she asked once again

They nodded & went in. Mayank saw them simply took the phone & acted like he is busy in the call

Rahul saw him..& asked

" Bhai what are you doing here ?" Asked Rahul

"aree koyi important call agaya hoga" said Aashita

Mayank forcibly smiled & nodded still phone on his ear

" haan mae sun raha hoon "

That's when phone started ringing

" lekin Phone toh ab"

"arre phone cut bhi hogaya mujhe pata bhi nahi
chale pata nahi log kaise phone banate hain.."

"hein????" Rahul said being confused

" tum chalo na daer ho rahi hai.." said Aashita..Rahiya nodded & left in

" Baat huwi lawyer se..wo agree hogaye na?" Asked Aashita to Mayank

Mayank nodded..Aashita smiled & hugged him.. Rahiya greeted the lawyer & sat

" mujhe ap dono ke case ke baare mae pata chala like yeh shadi aur bakhi sab.."

Both nodded

" how far I know ap dono ko iss rishta ko ek
mauka dena chahiye..court aur government yehi
suggest karte hain..aur apka case jaanne ke
baad According To Law ap dono ko ek hee chhat
ke neeche 6 mahino ke liye rahna hoga aur ye case fast track pe bhi nahi jayega.." said lawyer

"But " rah said

"mae hee nahi har lawyer apko yehi suggest
karega.." said lawyer

"Ok " Rahiya said

They came out

Mayank saw them & asked...

" kya huwa Rahul ? divorce hogaya na tum dono ka..?"

" wo nahi"

"kyun" asked Aashita

"hume 6 mahine ek saath guzarne hain.." said Athiya

"oh bohat bura huwa na.." said Aashita sadly ( wah kya acting hei😹)

Rahul got a call so he left..Rahul came back & said

"mujhe kuch kaam hai ap sab jaiye"

"kya kaam hai Rahul ?" Aashita asked

"kuch nahi just aise hee bhabhi" said Rahul

" toh mae bhi saath araha hoon tujhe theek huwe
doo din nahi huwae.." Mayank said

" par bhai "

"par var kuch nahi..ya toh saath jayenge ya phir
koyi nahi jayega.." said Mayank

"ok..maine ghar se car mang wali hai..bhabhi ap
dono jaiye hum kaam khatam karke aate hain.." said rahul

Aashita nodded & Athiya started driving..driver
brought the car of Rahul..& they left to the godown..

• In Athiya's car •

" Tia , tu theek hai..?" Aashita asked

Athiya hummed..

Aashita shouted - Athiya car rok

Athiya stopped with a jerk

" kya huwa di ap theek hain aur baby" said Athiya

Aashita took tia's hand in hers & said..

"mujhse jhoot mat bol .mae tujhse badi hoon
bachpan se dekha tujhe..aur mujhe pata tujhe
divorce nahi lena" said Aashita

" apko kaise pata ek second ab ap mujhse naraz
nahi hoo.." said Athiya

"naraz bhabhi ke nate hoon behen ke nate
nahi..aur mujhe bas pata hai.."

" haan di mujhe divorce nahi chahiye par Rahul
hai ki "

" Aree don't say anything to my dever ...aur rahi baat divorce ki tere pass 6 mahine hain..toh waste kyun kar rahi hai..in 6 mahino mae try kar shayad ye divorce ruk jae.." said Aashita

"Ap sahi keh rehe ho di" said Tia smiling

Aashita lifted her imaginary collar
"mae humesha sahi khe ti hoon"

Athiya started laughing

" Ab bas kar aur jaldi chal mujhe bhook lagi hai.."

Athiya nodded & left towards KL Mansion...they reached & said about lawyers talks..all agreed & went to respective rooms..

Rahul & Mayank reached the godown..Mayank looked at the surroundings

" Where are we Rahul ?" Asked Mayank

"  hum infact mae yahan kisiki maut lekar aya
hoon "

" What...kiski aur kyu?" Said Mayank

" First promise me ..you will not say about this to anyone and you will not stop me and these things should be only between us " said Rahul

" First let's go inside" said Rahul

Vicky was tied in a chair in an unconscious state..he was here from past more than 15 days..there were some mens who were wearibg mask

" Bhai you stay here only " said Rahul

Mayank nodded & stood out but he can view everything through the window. Rahul has locked the door..

"jo maine laane ko kaha tha.. laye ho ?" Asked Rahul in his deep voice

"uthao isse" said Rahul

A guy from them was about to throw normal
water at him when Rahul stopped him and he took the jug added many ice cubes in it...& throwed it on his face...Vicky woke up with a jerk

Mayank & the guys present their looked shocked at Rahul

"wo glass pieces dalo wahan pe.." said Rahul fiercely

The guy did as directed & Rah pushed him on the
glass pieces. Vicky started shouting in pain..Rahul went to him & held his neck from back

" Kyun Vicky aise hee kiya tha na Athiya ke saath haina..aise hee tadpi thi wo jab bhi mae unn zakhmo ko dekhta hoon khoon kholta hai
mera..usse dard mae dekhna mujhe bilkul bardash nahi hai.."

Rahul took a glass piece & started making cuts on his hand

" Rahulll kya kar raha hai " Mayank shouted

Rahul started making deep cuts Vicky was shouting in pain

" inhi haaton se chuwa na tune meri Athiya ko" rahul said with a fierce voice

"namak lao" Rahul ordered a guy

" Rahulllll " Mayank said & started banging the door. Rahul started applying salt in his wound..the guys standing there shivered in fear

" Rahulllll chodo mujhe.aahhhh" Vicky winched in pain

" Rahul pagal hogaya hai kya tu" said mayank

" haan hogaya hoon ..hogaya hoon ..Athiya ke
pyar mae pagal hoon.. iss ne mere pyar ko takleef dee hai.I love her..I just love her " said Rahul fiercely  & started applying salt on his wounds & said..

" in hee ankhon se usse buri nazar se dekha hai
na tune" saying he was about to peirce the glass on his eyes when Mayank shouted

"  pyar karta haina Athiya se toh ruk ja chod usse.."

" nahi" Rahul said

" Tujhe Athiya ki kasam" said Mayank

Rahul stopped in midway & throwed the glass away..

" Utho isse bandage lagao aur police ke havaale
karo & make sure isse saze e maut mile warna
mae tum logon ke maut parwana launga aur zinda koyi bachega nahi." Said Rahul in his deep voice

Everyone nodded

" Video delete karwadiye haina?"

" yes sir karwadiya "

Rahul came out...

Rahul fell on his knees & shouted

" I love Athiya bhai.. i love her..."

Mayank bended to his level & hugged him..

" i love her.."

"mujhe pata hai.." said Mayank

"par wo mujhse pyaar nahi karti.." said Rahul

"  aisa kisne bola tujhse..kya pata wo bhi karti
ho..ek second agar tu usse pyar karta hai toh tu
usse divorce kyun de raha hai.." said Mayank

"uss hee ke liye ..wo mujhse pyar nahi karti... wo mujhe iss Vicky ki tarah samajhti hai.." said Rah

"dekh  Rahul tere pass abhi 6 mahine hain..in 6
mahino mae iss rishta ko ek mauka de" said Mayank

" nahi ab chaliye daer ho rahi hai " said Rahul

" par  Rahul "

" bhai chaliye"

" Ab kuch karna padega inn akal ke
andhoon ko line pe laane ke liye.." said Mayank in his mind

They left towards the mansion..
Everyone had their dinner & left towards their
rooms.. Rahul got a call from the lawyer

" Hello " said Rahul

"Mr.Kl kal aapke ghar mae humare taraf
se ek ladka ap pe 24/7 nazar rakhega taki ap
dono iss rishte mae saath rehne ki koshish karte
rahein..warna apka divorce nahi hoga " said lawyer

"what ye kaisi policy hai" said Rahul

" haan ab policy hai toh hai.. hope I am clear" said Lawyer

"yes.. bye" rahul cutted the call & huffed in anger

" What the hell.mae jitna Athiya se dur jana
chahata hoon utna hee uske kharib ata ja raha
hoon.." saying this ...Rahul left to their room

Rahul went inside the room.. Athiya looked up to him but didn´t said anything

" wo lawyer ka call aya tha.." rah said

" Hm "

"unhone kaha wo kal kisi ko bhejenge jo 24/7
hum par naraz rakhega ke hum iss rishte mae
rehne ki koshish bhi kar rahe hain ya nahi" said rah

" Kya ?"

" Yaa... We have to stay in one room " rah said & Athiya nodded .

" I will sleep in couch ... You sleep at bed ... Kal dekhenge jab Woh ayenge " said rah

Athiya nodded & slept on the bed. Rahul went to his study room when he got a call from Anil .

"Why don't he leave me alone 🙃"

Rahul picked the call
