Karma pov
I only stayed starring at my phone while I was on my bed.
I was disappointed.
I really wanted to hang out with Nagisa, like the good old times.
She probably decided she wanted to go on a date with that bastard.
"Tch!"
I threw my phone across the room and sat up.
"What's she see in him anyway?"

"ARGH!" I yelled in frustration
I got up, but when I did I looked at my desk and saw the picture of me and Nagisa...
...Rio took that picture awhile ago, when all three of us went to the park.
I went behind Nagisa and tried to pick her up without her noticing I was behind her...
I smiled to myself.

"Sorry Nagisa, I love you too much to let you go out with that guy"

Timeskip
I got up early the next morning and finished taking my shower.
I went inside my room wearing my sweatpants while drying my hair with a towel.
"I already bought the Sonic Ninja tickets...Should I just give them to someone else?"
Just as I was in the middle of my thoughts my phone rang.
I picked it up and saw the caller ID
'Why her of all people'
I answered
"What do you want Rio?"
"Hey I just wanted to know of my friend was doing ok"
"Since when have you cared?"
"Well I figured with Nagisa dating Asano you might be feeling a little down"
"Are you bored? If you aren't where were you 5 months ago? Why do you care all of a sudden?"
"Karma..."
I noticed the seriousness of her voice
"We all know you love Nagisa deeply"
"..."
Honestly, I still don't know how everyone figured out I liked her.
"And?"
"Can you meet me at the café today?" It's important."
"Really? What is it?"
"It's about Nagisa"
That caught my attention
"Why don't you just tell me now"
"It's important. I need to tell you face to face"
"..."
"Karma?"
"What time?"
"2:40"
"See you later" I said and hung up
'What would she want to tell me? I wondered

After a while I went and got dressed in some blue jeans, a white t-shirt and a black cardigan.

I went downstairs and made myself breakfast.
The house was quiet as always
I sat alone at the huge dining table while I ate my omlete.
Mom and dad were never home, they were always on a business trip, so it was like the house was all mine

Bzz Bzz Bzz
I looked down at my phone.
It was a message from Rio

Meet me at the park
'Why'd she change our meeting place?'
I got up
"Well better than doing nothing over here"
I  went to put on my shoes and headed to the park.

Timeskip
By the time I got there I saw Rio already there waiting by the bench.
"If I knew you were going to come on time I would have walked faster"
"Yeah, you sure know how to keep a lady waiting"
I smirked, but remembered the situation
"So why'd you change the place we were-!"
She had gotten up and grabbed my hand
"Lets go"
"Huh?"
Before I knew it I was being dragged by Rio
"Hey! wait!"

Timeskip
We were both sitting outside a restaurant
"Hey why" before I could finish
"Look"
I saw her looking inside the restaurant window so I looked to see what she was looking at.
"!?" My eyes widened
I was shocked to see Nagisa sitting down with Asano

'So she did have plans with him'
It hurt seeing both of them together so I began to slowly walk away
"Eh? Karma?"
She ran after me
"I thought we could ruin their date. Then you could come and take Nagisa away"
"No, that won't help"
"What?"
I turned around
"You said you wanted to tell me something"
Rio looked down

"I don't have proof but..."
"What is it?"

"...I think Asano is abusing Nagisa"
