Where is he? Thoughts consumed Lily's brain. What if he isn't coming? Her brain keep her rambling, until she saw a certain boy with unruly jet black hair, square glasses, and a nervous smile on his face.

"There you are," she joked, trying to lighten the tension.

"Here I am m'lady," he joked back.

"So where are we going?" She asked.

"It's a surprise," James lead on.

"Is it Honeydukes?" She deadpanned.

"No," James replied holding out the "o".

She laughed and took his arm, leading them to Hogsmeade. Once they arrived, they started looking around at all of the shops. James stopped at Quality Quidditch Supplies.

"Lily look!" He shouted, pointing at the broomstick in the window.

"It's the new '78 model!" He squealed, pressing his face against the glass.

"James it's a broom," Lily  laughed. 

"Just a broom?" He asked shocked. He put his hand on his chest looking like Sirius the drama queen he is.

"I didn't say yes to go on a date with Sirius. I asked James," she joked.

"Even Marlene would look at this beautiful amazing broom," he added.

"I was going to make you go with me to The Three Broomsticks, but now I have an idea," he smiled mischievously.

"James, why are you smiling?" She asked.

"Because I have an idea," he replied. He took her hand and dragged her into the store. While walking around he stopped to find a book titled 'Everything There Is To Know About Quidditch'.

"Here," he handed Lily the book.

"Read it," he pressed.

She opened the book's first page and started reading it. After  a few minutes she put it back on the shelf.

"What are you doing? That's important stuff right there," James asked.

"I'll read it later," she laughed.

He took her hand and walked out the door. He led her to a field far from everything.

"What are we doing here?" She asked. James didn't answer he just went behind a tree and pulled out a broom from the trunk.

"You my friend, are going ride a broom," he replied.

"Oh no. I can't," she stuttered.

"Come on I'll make sure you don't fall off," he teased. After that he could see Lily was genuinely scared.

"Lily I promise you'll be find," he sincered. She gave in and walked slowly to the broom. Once she got on she wrapped her arms tightly around James.

"Alright I'm going to step off the ground," he added.

"Okay," she muttered into his shirt. James kicked off of the ground harder than what Lily realized, she began to clench to him harder, burying her face deeper. Without hesitation, James went higher.

"Ah," she squealed.

"Lily you're okay," he reassured.

After she calmed down a bit, James pressed forward, making them go forward.

"I'm going to go higher and faster," he added.

"Just do it slowly," she muttered.

James started to rise higher. Lily started to relax a little.

"You can go faster," she muttered.

"What?" He teased looking back to her.

"You heard me," she teased back. James complied with her wish and began to speed up.

time skip of two hours of flying bc i'm lazy af.

"We should be getting back down. It's getting late," James started.

"Alright," she replied. James whooshed down and stopping at the same spot. Once they got off, they intertwined their hands.

While walking back to Hogwarts they stopped to look at shops along the way. James found a necklace the name 'Lily' inscribed on it.

Time skip to hogwash. (that's from fantastic beasts)

"I'll see you in class," Likg added walking towards the girl's dorm.

"Wait," he called.

"Yeah?" She asked as she turned around. James didn't hesitate, he didn't want to hesitate. He wanted to do this for more than three years. He ran over to her, and kissed the girl. Lily was shocked at first, but replied the kiss. Once they broke apart, James went to his dorm.

"Goodnight," he called, walking up the stairs.

"Night," she added still smiling to herself.

Once she made her way to her dorm, she was questioned by Marlene, Alice, and Mary.

"Did you have fun?"

"Was it a nightmare?"

"Did you kiss?"

"Yes I had fun Mary, no it wasn't a nightmare Marlene, and yes Alice we kissed," she explained.

"What?" The girls asked in unison.

"I've answered your questions, now let me get some sleep," she laughed. She grabbed her pajamas and headed to the bathroom. Once she changed, she picked up her clothes and made her was back to her bed. Once she was there, she felt something in her pocket. She picked her jacket up and dug in the pocket to find a note.

"Lil,

I wanted to give you this because you're more beautiful than a diamond.

She unwrapped it to find a necklace with the name 'Lily,'with diamonds.

She placed the note and necklace on her nightstand, and fell asleep smiling.

"Prongs you didn't kiss Evans stop lying," Sirius added scarcastly.

"Sirius shut up I'm trying to sleep," Remus threw the herbology book at Sirius' head.

"Ow," he whined.

"Peter back me up here," he added.

"Padfoot if Prongs did it he do it," Peter replied half-asleep.

"I did Orion now leave me alone," James mumbled.

"Fine Fleamount," Sirius retorted.

"Go to sleep," Remus added.

"No John," Sirius teased.

"Sirius Orion Black stop," Peter added.

"Fine," he mumbled falling asleep.

Even though he was tired, James couldn't fall asleep. He was busy planning the next date.

This book is completed. I'm just way to lazy to make anymore chapters to this. So sorry. Go check out @soupkru and @Ashh_ko because they are amazing. Kale and Ash are the best. Anyways I'll shut up now. Hope you have a great day and have a great life.
