after explaining everything for hours she was finally free to go to bed.

''jiji...?'' kushi called out payal sat beside her sharing the same blanket as her sis.

''ask, I know you have a lot to anyway?'' payal spoke softly with a smile. kushi giggled of course she did.

''di tell me everything how did you meet jiju?'' kushi spoke barely trying to hide her excitement. payal blushed and answered.

''We met during our trip to go, his friend yesh was dating Riya, remember I mentioned about finding a friend who reminded me of you a lot, that's her in order to give them privacy we would spend time together and slowly i started to realize he was the one for me and he felt it too.

uske her cheez Mujhe mere yaad dilate hai. i was worried we won't work out together, so I stayed away from him after our return. riya tried to convince me saying he was really a good person but I could not accept it, pata nahi kyu. he got the meaning alright, whenever he came to me i simply avoided him. I could feel he was upset and worried. I couldn't help myself tumhe pata hai uss raat mere sath jo hua tha uske baad to her ladke se dar lagta hai, lakin main jante the aakashji aise nahi hai, per fir bhi apne aap ko samjha nahi paye, bas nahi paye.... days later there was a play we had organized for our outreach program, i met taniya, she had a crush on him and asked me and riya to set them up. At first I thought she was kidding but then when she tried to get close to him and he smiled at her in a friendly way, I lost my cool and pulled him with me outside the old age hut and confessed to him, he smiled and hugged me kissing my forehead and promising me to love me with all his heart." Payal concluded kushi was daydreaming about them by now.

After asking more finer detail and everything for hours, kushi finally ended their little conversation. about to sleep again another question popped up in her head.

"Jiji pyar kya hai apke definition main?"

" Umm pata nahi kushi, bas itna pata hai ke, jitna unnse door jate hu utna he kareeb aana chate hu. jab socchte hu unhe ke baare main sochte hu, her pal unke sath, unke paas betana chateau. her lamha unke yaad main kho jana chate hu. unhe her jagah dekhna chate hu, shayad yehi hai pyar" ((I don't know Kushi, but I know one thing. The more I try to get away from him the closer I find myself to him. My thoughts revolve around him. Every second of each day I want to spend with him close to him, I want to daydream about him and only him. I find him everywhere in every face. Maybe this is what they call love ))

Both sister shared a smile. And Payal kissed her younger sister and hugged her sending her to a peaceful sleep.
"Jiji...?" Kushi whispered
"Hmm...?" payal was starting to feel sleepy.
"I missed you...alot" kushi whispered and turned around hugging her. Payal smiled and kissed her hair.
"I know... I missed you too" she replied and tightened her hold on her protectively and both fell into a dreamless sleep.

".... No amen cancel the meeting tomorrow I have some plans with family I won't be able to attend it" arnav informed his p.a . updating on him schedule about meeting his younger brother's fiancee.
After finishing his presentation and going through it, he checked the clock it was 10 past 30 late for him to work.

"Chote?" He heard his Di call. Definitely late.

"Ha Di, you wanted something?" He asked as he looked up at her while Anjali closed his laptop.
"Go to sleep it's late" Anjali scolded arnav who in turn sighed.

"Okey Di as you wish  " he agreed knowing full well arguing with his sis would be fertile.

"Chote you remember naa tomorrow we are going to meet the bride's family?" Anjali questioned.

"Ha Di don't worry tomorrow there is no meeting scheduled at that time" he answered her unasked question. Anjali smiled.

"Good job"he simply sighed

" I don't get it Di, why all this if they love each other, why care what the family thinks?" Arnav asked indifferently.
Anjali sighed ofcorse what else could his business minded brother would know? the values and love.

"Chote it is important, and aren't you curious how she looks?" Anjali questioned barely hiding her excitement.

"No I have already seen her" he replied in a bored tone.

"Choteee hamare liya" Anjali whined like a kid.

"Ha Di whatever. I am coming then why is this talk?" He asked growing impatient.

"Because after Akash you are up next mister, do you have any girlfriend tell me in advance i can help set up..  You know" Anjali winked suggestively. Arnav sighed

"No Di i am not interested" arvav replied in a monotone

"Dekh lena chote ek din koi aur tumhare life main important hoga," Anjali said with a dreamy look and inwardly praying to God to help him find that person. She was confused when she felt a pair of arms on her shoulder. She looked up to meet only to meet chocolate brown eyes.

"Di there is no one in my life who is more important than you" arnav spoke softly but seriously. That melted his di's heart. She smiled and in turn placed her hand on his shoulder,
"Ek din chote dekh lena tumhe bhi saccha pyar milaga" Anjali replied softly. Arnav sighed and moved a bit and softly pushed her outside.

"Whatever Di"he replied with a fake smile. Anjali pouted

"Good night Di it's getting late" arnav spoke and kissed her forehead softly, Anjali smiled and let him have his way as she knew one day he will get to know.

Arnav closed his door and made his way towards his large king size bed and lay himself down.
"Love?..... Me?.... Impossible" he whispered to no one in particular for a second the girl from earlier flashed which brought his anger back, who does she think she is to call me names.
If i meet her again i will settle it.

unaware to him a smile for the first time tugged his lips as he fell into a dreamless sleep.

Unaware about the tomorrow both slept peacefully.
