It had been a week and the recordings of me beating the guy at the party were not published

At school, people had started to distance themselves from me especially guys, except Taehyung and Jin

But do I care? Nope, I still have Jin I still have Ari and I definitely have Taehyung

As long as I have these 3 people I am pretty happy

I have been calling eomma and appa nowadays and to my surprise only appa cared about a boy being my roommate

Even though, it's safe now I still have a long way to trust him

Appa was worried till he found out he was 'Kim Taehyung'. Then he didn't care much about me, he cared about him like I'd kill him.

Here I am now, back in my boring room

Taehyung had went to a modeling studio and Ari was hanging out with her cousin which leaves me, all alone

On a normal day, I would call Ari and Taehyung would be non-stop talking and talking and talking which would leave me annoyed and I would try my best to sleep but he wouldn't let me

Never knew I could miss that

And I also never knew that my phone could ever become boring

I decided to call Ari and disturb her

"Hey Ari, are you still shopping?" I asked when she picked up my call

"Mhm, you wanna come? It's only me and my cousin, we have got pretty bored because our fashion choices don't match" she replied as she chuckled

"On my way" I said and hung the phone

Great decision

I changed and bought an uber

I had carried my airpods, my phone and some money in my bag and I took them out during the ride

I looked through the car window but I noticed a familiar face sitting in a car, before I could figure out who it was the lights had turned green

I let it pass as I shifted into my world of fake scenarios again till the driver announced that we are at the destination

I thanked him and paid him online as I entered the mall

I had no idea where Ari and her cousin were so I decided to give them a call

I waited till Ari picked up and though, she did take some time she picked up

"Hello? Ari is everything fine? You took time to pick u-"

"Y/n..Taehyung is here"

She hung up saying just that

Is this boy following me everywhere I go? Didn't he go to model somewhere?

I spotted Ari at the 3rd floor with her back turned towards the railing

I took the elevator and ran to her after I got out panting

"Just a second" I took some deep breaths and looked at Ari and a girl I assumed to be her cousin who was hugging her arm

Ari's eyes were widened and looking straight and her eyebrows lifted upwards with her lips parted

"What happened? Oh nevermind, got the answer" my eyes followed the direction where her eyes were focused

"He is here"

"Yeah no shit sherlock" I said looking at Taehyung

Well I'm pretty happy that he found himself his special someone, but Ari looked like she had seen a ghost

"Relax girl. Ooo who do we have here? How old are you?" I said looking at her cousin

"I-I'm Aera, 6 ywears old"

"Aw you're so cute, come with me I will buy you anything you like"

"Um..um I want to bwuy ice cweam but my unnie is..she looks very"

"Sad?" I completed her sentence as she nodded pouting

Awww she's the cutest being on planet Earth

"Well, unnie is very bad and she pays attention to some people more than her nails"

"Oh is hwe one owf thwem" she asked looking at me with doe eyes

"Yess and the worst part you know? He is my roommate in school" I said crinkling my nose and she giggled

"telling even kids about how bad I am?" I heard a voice from behind me and I rolled my eyes before turning around

"Yes, aren't you on a date anyway?"

"You call that a date? My parents set her up for me and I had to go to a 'date' with her whether I liked it or not" he said

I remembered the presence of a 6 year old and crouched down to her level

"Aera I am so sorry but I have to talk with this idiot here, till then you say to unnie that I am telling her to stop wasting her time and start buying you some toys or something okay?" I said and she nodded walking to Ari

I once again stood up to face him and he was staring at me
"What happened?" I asked looking at his expression

"Now that you told her that, the little girl will think I am some evil monster or something"

"That's exactly my plan" I replied chuckling a little

"Anyways, what are you doing here?" He asked

"I don't know, I came here because I was bored and Ari invited me here so I decided to come and weren't you supposed to be at a modelling studio?"

"Yeah, about that, I finished early and my father called to say that I am going to a date now"

"He seems like he wants you to get engaged pretty badly" I said leaning my back on the railing as he did the same

"Very badly.." he said lowering his head and he bit his lip

I looked at him helplessly

"You don't want to, do you?" I asked

He took a minute before he shook his head that gestured a 'no'

"You should tell him then" I said

"No, I can't because I know he will disagree with me no matter what I say"

"Then tell him to shut up and live your life" Ari said surprising the both of us and we looked up to come face-to face with her

"I would do it if I were you" she said looking at Taehyung

"It's different..it's about reputation"

"Reputation? Let the reputation fucking burn. You should be brave to be free from your fears"

"This is why you're my bestfriend" I said

"I know, I'm a genius"

"No, but atleast you give life advice sometimes"

"Sometimes? I give it to you every second of the day" she said chuckling

"Taehyung, you should really take her advice and tell your father about how you don't want to focus on getting engaged" I say looking at him as there was a small smile on the corner of his lips

"I can't. I want to but I can't tell him that"

"Why?"

"I also can't tell you why yet..just trust me y/n" he said, his head lifted upwards this time yet his gaze not meeting mine instead looking straight with no sign of happiness

He took a deep breath in and relieved a sigh "I also wanted to tell you something"

"I'm moving to Daegu for a few months"
