I never did get to see his crying face. When he pulled away that night, he showed no signs of tears. It was as if he never cried at all. He was back to that cold-hearted Sans again. He's in his room right now. Probably sleeping. I look at myself in the mirror. I really did look similar to Chara minus the red eyes. I twirl around the mirror looking at all those similar features. I have to prove to Sans that I can truly become a good person. That I'm nothing like my sister. Maybe then he'll revert back to normal.

The door opens and I look up to see Sans. His eyes had darkened and he looked uneasy. It didn't look like he slept. He glides down the stairs and brushes past me. His hand reaches the door knob and turns it. "I won't be back for a while." I turn to him and looked at him, determined. "I want to come with you." He turns to look at me with those red, green eyes. "No. You'll be staying here. If she gets you, she'll only get stronger. You're the last piece to her sick creation."

I shake my head. "I don't want to stay here. Let me come with you." His hands leave the door knob and he turns to me fully. "Did you not hear what I said?" I approach him not giving him an ounce of fear in my eyes. [Music ends]

I watch as she approaches me. Back straight and eyes looking right into mine. Something in her eyes burned. Not just determined, but not willing to back down fro me either. I look down on her. "You're gonna get killed or worse, cause trouble." I grab ahold of the door knob and open the door. "Sans, I don't want you to do this alone." This kid. . . .

I sigh and didn't turn to face her. I used my pointer finger and used a "c'mon" motion. I didn't need to turn around to see her quickly follow behind me. The door closes and we walked down the path towards the boat.

I follow him out the door with a smile across my face. Now I don't have to stay cooped up in the cabin. We walk down the snow covered path towards the river. From afar, I can see an empty boat. Dust covered the entire boat. When we stepped in, the boat shook. Sans sat on the other end and tapped the boat with his hands. "Waterfalls." The boat began to take form in a cat which scurried down the river. It looked so scared.

The boat took us through a dark tunnel. I could only hear the rushing water, until bright blue light filled the tunnel. I watch in amazement and took in the entire scenery. The water reflected with gentle, beautiful streaks of blue and the walls had blue gems that decorated the entire place. I put my hands in the water and watch as small fishes swam past.

I watched as she looked around in amazement. The way her eyes sparkled from the way the gems were angling the light towards her. She really was something, but. . . she still reminded me of Chara. It's what still drove my hatred. What drove my own determination to kill her. She turns to me and smiles. When she smiles, she completely differs from Chara immediately. I look away and tapped the boat to hurry up.

I smiled towards Sans. he looks for a bit, but turns away only tapping on the boat again. We reached the Waterfalls in a couple of seconds later. Sans jumps off and walks down the path. I pat the cat's head before scurrying to where Sans was. He leads us down a path where it seemed isolated, yet beautiful. Almost like an ancient, forgotten place. We crossed the bridge towards a large meadow. I gasp and smile. It was full of beautiful blue flowers. His voice echoes towards me.

"You've never seen this place before?" I shake my head. "I really love it here though." I walk up to an echo flower and brushed my hands across its delicate petals. Sans walks up beside me and goes to a nearby flower. He takes out on of his hands from his pocket and cups his mouth so I couldn't hear. He whispers something and steps away. Confused, I look at him and between the flower. I can hear a soft whisper. I wanted to listen, but he pulls me away before I could.

"Hey! I want to hear what the flower says." He sighs. "You don't need to." I look at the flower for a while and thought maybe Sans didn't want me to hear what he whispered. I decided to leave it at that and wander off. I whisper something to the flower, but push Sans away. "You can't hear what I said either. It's not important and you don't need to." He gives me the look and I giggle. "Can I wander a bit longer?" He seemed to be deciding, but finally says, "Fine. Just don't take too long."

I get up and went farther into the meadows.

I waited about ten minutes for her to come back, but she was taking so long. I huff and got up from where I sat. I can't really take my eyes off her can I? I called out her name, but there was no reply. I began to get a little concerned and wandered down farther. I looked and looked wondering if Chara got her. I should have kept an eye on her. I finally found her lying on the ground next to a very large echo flower. The biggest one I've seen here. I run and landed on my knees next to her. "(Y/n), get up." She didn't move. "(Y/n)!" I didn't move as I sat beside her, trying to shake her awake.

I felt someone shake me awake and look up to see a very concerned looking Sans. His hands were gripped around my arms. I stretch and I look up at him only for my eyes to widen. "Oh my god! Sans your eye!" He was mad after finding out I wasn't dead, but went from anger to confusion. "What about my eye?" I pull his face close to mine to see if I wasn't dreaming. Right now he hovered over me. His eyes widen and he stood still over me. "It's blue again. . . ." I release him and roll out from under him.

I pull him by his sleeve towards a nearby water. "Look." He walks over and peers into the water. Sure enough, the green around his eye had turned to a light shade of blue, but the red remained. "What. . ." He didn't look as happy and I look at him, worried. "Are you alright?" His hands touch his eye and he still kept peering into the water. "I'm fine. . ." I smile brightly. "You look like you're getting better. Now c'mon! we have to go to the castle right?" He only nods and begins to walk down the path again.

He doesn't say anything for the rest of the walk. I wonder if he really is ok with his eye changing.

I put a hand against my eye and wondered if I was starting to lose my hatred for killing Chara. With (Y/n) around, my hatred lessened. Though, it doesn't stop me from wanting to kill her. Kill her for what she's done to everybody. I didn't feel like walking back to the boat and turned to face (Y/n). I hold out a hand for her to take. "I know a shortcut, so follow me."

I take his hand and followed him through a dark tunnel. It looked like a dead end, but he turns and another tunnel formed. The next thing I knew, we were already in the Hotlands. It's really hot here. I felt like I could die in the heat. He releases my hand and walks over to a large building. "We'll be resting here. So make yourself comfortable." I was a bit anxious to get inside the lab, but it felt cooler in there so I followed Sans inside. The rush of cool air slammed in my body and I moaned. It felt so much better than out there.

Sans seemed to fidget before quickly making his way over to the chair. He began to mess around with the computer's camera looking at each screen.

When she moaned, I felt like I was going to do something stupid and quickly walked over to the computers. I made my self busy by looking at the cameras for any signs of that brat. I hear (Y/n) find a couch and turn to see her slump against it. She looks pretty tired. I shake my head and concentrated on finding Chara. I can't let myself get distracted now. I have to find and kill her.

I found a ramen bowl on one of the tables and made myself some food. I pour in some hot water and the rest of the packet in. I sipped on the noodle before throwing it away in a trash can. I look over to see Sans gone. I walk around until I found him lying on the couch. He had fallen asleep. I look around and found a blanket around a chair. I pull it off and walk over to Sans. I drape the blanket over him just as his eyes shot awake. He grabs my arm and pins me down on the couch.

"What do you think you're doing?" A little surprised I spoke, "It was just a blanket." he shakes his head. "I'm not talking about the blanket. Why? Why are you being so nice? Don't you see the problem we're in?" I sigh. "I do Sans, but that doesn't mean I can't be nice. I know how heavy your burden is, but everyone has a burden to carry. You're not alone Sans. I want to help you." He sighs and his eyes slightly glowed in the dim room. "You're such a difficult brat." I look up in his eyes and said, "And you're a brute."

He presses his body against mine and I close my eyes. We share a kiss and his arms went from my wrists around my back. I wrap my arms around his neck and our feelings poured out. All the pain and the sorrow. We both pull away and he almost seemed to smile. I rest my head against his chest and heard his gentle heartbeat. "We'll go to the castle together. Lets make sure Chara never resets this world ever again."
