Hey Everyone, this is my first attempt at a story, thanks for taking the time to read it, please be nice when reviewing i can be a little sensitive...Thanks heaps!!

"DING DONG - Tia Vaughn can you please make your way to gate 24 your plane is about to depart and the flight is waiting on you"

Crap, crap, CRAPPPP..... I was just waiting for my coffee and didn't realise the time until I heard my name. I sprint through the terminal looking for gate 24. I arrive at the gate holding my boarding pass in one hand and my purse in the other clutching my soy mocha.

"I'm so sorry ladies" I pant as I glance at the flight staff looking apologetic.

'mmmhhh" the women grunts as she takes my pass and scans it through the system. She glances at my name and a small smile spreads on her face.

"You're in first class young lady, are you related to Max Vaughn by any chance?"

"umm yea he's my dad" I smile quickly as I go to walk past her.

"next time you talk to him tell him Lisa from Air America says hi" she says with a sly smile.

I look up at her and snatch my boarding pass back, as I scowl at her slightly knowing she probably helped him join the mile high club. My dad is a ex sports star and is now a popular sports commentator on ESPN so is well known all over the show.

It helps that he is rich and good looking and a man whore which is why him and my mom divorced 2 years ago but I love him hence why I stayed on with him, someone needed to help look after him.

I walk into the plane and take my seat in first class, put my ipod on and zone out as they go through the safety procedures.

I sit there thinking back to why I'm on this plane. The cover story is that I'm going to live with my mum and her new husband, which is true, but the real reason is because my ex has turned stalker and for my safety dad has shifted me off to live with mom in suburbia - our old home town.

I'd met moms new husband a couple of times and he seemed cool, I never got a chance to meet his two sons, which I'm sure will happen in the next 12 hours.

6 hours into the flight I'm told we are about to land and it's a good chance to freshen up. I walk to the bathroom taking the little toiletry bag courtesy of first class. I spray down my face with some strawberry scented water. Looking in the mirror I check on my hair, its the same as my mom a dark chocolate brown, thick and pretty lush that curls slightly at the tips cascading down my spine.

I know I'm not a model but I have a healthy body and a warm skin tone which highlights my light honey coloured eyes I get from my dad. The odd thing is that my lips are fuller then both parents but I'm not complaining they really are a draw card to my face. I smile as a pull out the cherry flavoured lip gloss and layer those babies. Smacking my lips together I walk out getting ready to land.

The only good thing about moving back to my old home town with mom is that I get to hang out with my best friend. Evander and I have known each other ever since I can remember. His mom and my mom were best friends growing up. When we had to move for dads new tv gig we still kept in contact throughout the years with skype calls and holiday visits. He's my age and is funny as hell, he's seriously like a little kid.

I know he's gorgeous but I don't see him like that, we grew up together it would be weird. But he still treats me the same regardless of how hot he seems to get year after year. That's what I love about him, he is the only person that knows me inside out and has always been the same constant thing in my life.

I walk down the tunnel leading to the airport with my headphones in. Ignoring the rest of the people as I walk through the terminal looking for mom and Ian. I see her standing next to the luggage carousel waiting for me.

"Tia honey, there you are" she says with her arms wide open.

"Hey mom" I smile as I give her a quick hug.

I look behind her and see Ian my step dad. He's holding my luggage with a big smile on his face.

"Hey Ian" I smile politely. "Hi Tia" he smiles giving me a one armed hug.

"How did you know which one was mine?" I mention looking at my suitcase.

"Wolf nose remember" he smiles as he taps my nose.

"Of course" I nod, forgetting that side of our life. My mom is human but my dad and Ian are wolves. As in werewolves, making me, yup thats right I'm half.

I look up at Ian and mom as the look at each other lovingly. It so nice to see my mom and Ian in love. See my mom and dad were never mates. They fell in love before my dad could find his mate and he married my mom. After time they had me but because they weren't real mates they were subject to the same temptations real people are subject too. Lust, adultery and divorce. All of these on my dads behalf.

When mom went back home to visit her family after the divorce she met Ian. He's the alpha of North Lakes and bamm they found out they were mates. You see Alphas have 2 mates in their lives. A human mate and a wolf mate. The reason they have 2 is just in case they lose a mate due to wolf wars or accidents in their lifetime, they are able to find another one to fill their lives with love. Only Alphas or those with Alpha blood have 2 mates, all other wolves have one.

Most Alphas find their one mate human or wolf and are happy to live that life with them. Where as in Ian's case his first wife was his wolf mate, but she died in a car accident. 5 years later he sees my mom and realises she's his human mate and taa daaa we are now a family.

Its late Saturday night by the time we get into the house. We pull into this really flashy looking gated estate.

I look in awe as I see the huge modern house. Its looks like something that would come straight out of the OC. I walk up to the house as mom smiles and shows me around the main house. She explains that ill be sharing the pool house with Levi, my new step brother. We walk past the pool that is glistening like its made of crystal. I look across and see the pool house, its like a mini mansion. I look at her and smile knowing I am going to love living here. She walks up to the pool house sliding the front glass doors open.

"Now honey this is your guys place. We've already spoken to Levi about you two sharing this. We think it's only fair that you both are treated like adults considering we have such busy lives with the hospital and the pack business".

"No worries mom, I'm sure I can manage"

"I know sweetie you were always so responsibly and strong willed" she smiles at me softly.

"Ill show you around while Ian takes your stuff to your room"

She shows me the pool house and I gasp at how awesome it was. We had a fully self contained kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge everything. It was an open planed living room with a big flat screen tv and a big leather couch with funky bean bags around the place. I could see that Levi had already set everything up with his playstation and xbox wired up. Everything looked so new and stylish.

"Now honey your room is to the left of the living room and Levi's is on the right of the living room".

I walk into my room and that looked like it had been designed to incorporate my favourite things, silver, purple and bling. I had blinged out cushions on my bed with a funky silver mini chandelier above my bed. I loved my room, it looked so stylish and modern.

I turned to mom with a grin "wow mom this is awesome, you didn't need to go to so much trouble"

"don't worry about it honey I designed the whole pool house, Levi's room is similar to yours but in his colours of black, red, and metallic copper"

I smile at her and yawn slightly.

"we will let you get some rest hun" Ian smiles down at me as he walks out of my wardrobe.

"Unpack your stuff tomorrow and come to dinner at the main house and we will go through a few more things before you start school on Monday" my mom smiles.

"ok mom, thanks again for having me, and thanks for everything this is awesome" I smile softly at the two of them.

"Levi is at a party so I'm sure you will see him tomorrow morning" Ian smiles slightly trying to cover a small frown.

I nod slowly knowing Ian as the strong alpha, I'm sure he told Levi to be here to meet me on my first night, but knowing teenage boys I'm sure he squirmed out of it.

"its all good, I'm really tired anyways" I mention.

I say goodbye to mom and Ian and check out my bathroom, its pretty small but I'm not complaining.

I have a quick shower and jump into some sweats and a tshirt and jump into bed. As I'm drifting off a hear my phone ringing. "I'm bringing sexy back" I laugh as I realise its Evander calling.

"Van?" I answer sleeply

"Tia BEARRRRRR your finally homeeee!!!" he screams down the phone.

"Agh Van why are you screaming, are you at a party??" I smile softly laughing at my goofey friend. Only he would be the type to call me in the middle of a party.

"Yes my Tia bear, I'm sorry I wasn't there to meet you at the airport but you know how it isssss I'm in demanddddd!! He slurs/screams

I laugh as I hear his cocky voice. I havnt seen him in about 6 months since he visited me last at my dads.

"Dont worry Tia bear I will be there in the morning and we will hang out all day ok" he screams as I hear laughing and girls screaming in the background.

"Ok player ill see you then, make sure you shower before you come over, I don't want to smell skank on you ok" I tease laughing at him.

"awww Tia your always so meannnnn to meeee.... your lucky I love you soo much!!"

"aghh I'm going to bed now Van ill see you in the morning"

"Ok chickybabe, heart kiss for you ok!" he screams as I laugh.

"Heart kiss for you too Van, go have fun" I smile as I hang up.

I grin remembering how much fun Van is and how glad I am to see him tomorrow.

I quickly check my facebook before I go to bed.

One message: Baby where are you?? I've been calling you all day!! You better not be ignoring me? You know how angry that makes me when you do that.... I don't know what I would do if you ever left me!!! I hate it that you make me feel like this.... I'm going to find you baby and when I do you will never be able to leave me EVER... and if I find out you are with another guy I will be soo f**kin angry.... you better not be baby...remember I will love you to your dyeing breath... love you Vale..xxxx

OMG OMG OMG what do I do? Do I reply? No no he will know I'm gone. I sit there looking at my facebook and my heart is racing. I decide to quickly delete my facebook page. If I cant see it it wont hurt me I think quickly. I sit there crying not knowing what to do. Looking at the time I see that its nearly 3am, ive been sitting here for 2 hours stressing about what to do about this message.....

I roll over and close my eyes as a start to drift off to sleep. In my slumber I hear a girls voice giggling and a deep sexy voice telling her to take off her clothes. I open and eye realising that Levi must be home, and great he's a man whore too..... agh this is going to be an interesting new life, I think to myself quietly before I nod off to sleep.
