Yugi slept uncomfortably, the fear was making him so disorientated. He was pretty sure he wet himself , well would you not as well if you were him. He decided , since he couldn't sleep. He'd see if there were any means of escape. He didn't have much of a choice.

There were many things stacked on the shelves of his little cell, he had to admit. They kept it immaculate . Sort of a shock, it was cleaner than any prison he had visited on his trips with Jonouchi and Anzu. He missed them...he missed his grandpa too...

" I want to tell them I am ok...grandpa will think I'm dead...he'll have a heart attack...he wil... Oh no no no Yugi! Stop that thinking . Think positive !"

There was a snicker that caused him to jump in terror. He looked all around and only saw one small vent. Gulping. He walked over to it and knelt down, feeling like an utter idiot. He spoke into it softly.

"H-Hello...who are you?"

He kept looking at the door. Just for a caution, in case any of the men came in to check him. The voice was soft, but there.

" I-I'm...I'm mana..."

A woman?!? Yugi gaped in shock, they took women too?!?He composed himself and spoke to her in a low voice.

"I'm Yugi. How long have you been here?"

"It's been so long...I can't remember...one night I argued with my mother...next I ran away and I ended here...you should probably pretend to sleep soon. They do hourly checks. But...I'd like to t-talk more...been so long...since I heard a nice person...."

Mana mumbled sheepishly as she walked away from the vent, her footsteps soft and gentle.Yugi smiled, if Mana is there, maybe it is not that bad of a place...if he ever found a way out. He'd take her too. He was so into dreaming that the clank of the door startled him . He jumped right into bed and clenched his eyes together.

"So your a liar and you suck at pretending. Pfft. Filthy humans...any way...my name is Prince Malik. I am to show you how to tell other pets from masters . Which reminds me. Take off your shirt, say no and I'll rip it off. I'm in no mood for shit. "

He stared at Yugi, who just walked over to him and took off his shirt. He knew the consequence of saying 'No' in this place . Malik merely took out a sharpie. He looked at a description. Nodding his head he began to ink it on Yugi's chest. The young boy bit his lip and turned his head, it was only a few seconds . Malik stood up .

"Good. I see you are beginning to understand, say no, punish. Say yes, no punish. Now. Here . These are your day clothes. Put these on. Then come with me. Your to be put in the petting zoo . Our lord will be there to see the newbies. Meaning, you best behave."

He gave a warning tone as he waited, he obviously wanted him to change now. Yugi stripped down and changed into the purple clad out fit. He was shocked, it was actually sort of cute. Malik walked out, keeping a grip on Yugi's arm, his head was facing the wall ahead . The silence of this large place was terrifying . It was as if no one spoke unless ordered.

"Keep away from Prince Seto."

Yugi was snapped out of thoughts by the voice of Malik.

"I said. Watch out for Prince Seth. He may have manners, but he has the serpent tongue. He is an enemy of this area. If you speak to him. Your punishment will be dire. Understand?"

Yugi nodded feebly, he felt like a dog, don't go there, don't talk to this person. Who exactly were these strange men? Why did they kidnap children!? He wasn't a kid but these men looked a few years above him . By the time he was done speaking in his head. They had arrived at the 'Petting Zoo' it was a large area with many younger people. All had animal parts, this was insane.

"Here, your set. Our lord is a cat fan."

He stated putting on Yugi's head 2 yellow cat ears and a tail down his pants. Yugi mentally corrected his previous statement, THIS was the worst day of his life. He walked behind Malik until they got to a pen, he was shoved in. Looking up at Malik, Yugi was terrified. Malik placed a hand on his head.

"Be good. I'll be back, soon."

He stated as he dissapered in the faces of the crowd. Yugi slumped down, he was so tiny compared to the others. There were many different people here. Some were dressed as snakes, some as horses, some as dogs, just all different animals. He remembered what Malik said. The people in their house. Were cat lovers.

'Maybe I can see Mana!'

He thought to himself as he walked around, there was a commotion in the centre, a snake and a bird. Fighting. Yugi gulped, this was the very last thing he wanted to get into. Backing away, he bumped into a woman. She was pale with white hair.

"H-Hey..."

She said, her voice was very delicate. Her eyes were so beautiful...he hadn't realised he was staring until she coughed uncomfortably , he gasped and blushed embarrasedly. She giggled and spoke her name.

"They call me White Dragon...I don't...know if it's real or not...but it's just...what I'm called. What about you."

"I'm Yugi . I'm pretty new here...only arrived yesterday in the cat palace..."

"Don't go saying that in the open...alot do not like that place...on the count of the ruler..."

Yugi was confused, the ruler? He had not even met the ruler there. Was the ruler truly that bad, by the time Yugi had looked up, he was sent face first down to the dirt. He coughed harshly. Looking up he saw a snake. He whimpered . The snake snickered.

"So your the new flesh they got huh?"

Yugi stayed silent. They said snakes were bad, he didn't want to be here , he gulped and turned to walk away but he was hit in the leg, he cries out in pain. But they all just watch, the white haired woman just looked to the side. He was going to be hurt. He knew it.

"Let's see if a cats got 9 lives . Heh. Take this!!!"

Closing his eyes, he waited for the impact, but it never came, he peeped his eye open to see a tanned male standing before him, holding the fist before it got his face. The males eyes kept to the snake, he spoke.

"Where is your master. Seth?"

He asked the shaking snake. There was no reply.

"I'll ask....again...."

He lifted the boy up and sent him right into the dirt. The boy writhed in pain, a man came forth. He wore a smirk and had 2 cold blue eyes. He eyed Yugi, whom shrunk down in terror. He wanted just to die right there.

"Here I am, Atemu. I see you have met my snakling. "

He stated whimsically , the one called Atemu shot a glare . He sent the young snake racing to his master. The snakling grovelled to him but, was met with a kick in the rib. Yugi was startled . This was inhuman, he just...killed his own... Person....

"Your worth nothing...you pathetic grovelling coward."

He kicked the boy off his boot and looked at Atemu then to Yugi.

"I see you got a rather cute one. Rare . Bit scrawny though."

He stated, trying to get a remark out Atemu. Yugi was not paying attention when Atemu picked him up, he went as still as a deer in headlights. Not knowing what to do or to think, he went into a black out from terror and stress.

"This boy. I take claim as . MINE.."

Atemu states to the crowd and Seth.

"Touch him. You'll be put to death ."

Seth smirked as he backed away from the festival and vanished from site.

Atemu looked at Yugi passed out in his arms,

"Your purity, is mine alone to soil...when you wake up...you best give me all your light...little shaking kitten"
