Once you guys settle down on the beach, you quickly undress and run to the freezing water. "Holy shit! This is so much colder than I thought" you exclaim. Bucky stands there laughing. "You coming in?" He stands there hesitant after seeing your reaction to the water. "I guess so." He quickly undresses and runs to the water. "Shit this is cold." You laugh and wrap your arms around his neck. He kisses your forehead and moves down to your lips. He gently brushes your wet hair out of your face and looks deeply into your eyes. "I love you y/n Rogers. Everything about you I love." You smile wide and kiss his lips. "I love you too James Barnes."

       He gently holds your face in his hands and pulls you closer to him. "One day, I'll marry you." He kisses you with his soft lips and you let out a slight laugh. "One day Barnes. I'll see you standing at the altar." you say smiling at the thought of marrying him. "And that day will be the second best day of my life," he adds. "Wow. Only the second?" you scoff and begin pulling away. He gently grabs your waist and pulls you back in. "You didn't let me finish darling." You look away then look back at him. God his eyes. His beautiful, steel blue eyes, you think.

"Go on." you say in a harsh tone.

"I was going to say the first best day of my life was meeting you. I would've had a second day with you if it weren't for the first." he kindly adds.

"That's right! You're welcome to do that." you say while playfully pushing him.

"Whatever you say dear." He pulls you back in and kisses you again.

          You begin to feel his fingers slowly caressing your back under the water sending shivers up your spine. You subtly shiver as you kiss him. He then grabs your hips and pulls your body onto his. You rest your hands on his chest sliding them down. As his fingers reach your lower back, you start to smile and begin laughing. He pulls back and laughs.

"What's so funny?" he asks.

"Oh gee. Nothing nothing. My lower back is ticklish" you say while giggling.

His face lights up as he starts laughing with you.

"I have never heard that before. Your lower back is ticklish? That is so odd." he laughs as he pulls you closer.
"I'm special, remember?"

"Right. My special gal."

"Did you just call me 'gal'?"

"Is there a problem?"

"James Barnes just called me 'gal'. That's a first." you say and begin swimming back to the shore with Bucky closely behind you.

        As you guys make it back to the shore and get dressed, the sun starts coming up. You lay a blanket down and you both lay there together watching the sun rise. He lays his head down in your lap and begins messing with his hair. He soon falls asleep before the sun rises. You sit there playing with his hair and watching the sky. You watch in awe as the sun comes up. It's the most beautiful sunrise you've ever seen. Seeing the sunrise with the person you love. What more you possibly ask for?
