I can't believe my mom said those stuff to me. I ran out of the room before anyone else could say something. I did not want to hear anymore people ridiculing me about being pregnant. I was just starting to feel happy again but now I feel devastated. How would you feel if you had your mother yell at you and tell you that she is disappointed in you? I can't even explain fully how bad I feel right now.

"Clary?" I hear Jace say.

"Y-yes?" I say.

"Are you alright?" He says.

"Yes..." He looks at me knowing that I was lying. "...no.."

"Come here" he says pulling me into a hug. "I am sorry your mom said all those stuff to you. You did not deserve those stuff said to you. I deserved all those stuff said to me"

"No you don't" I say.

"Yes I do. I was the one who got you pregnant then cheated on you and broke your heart. I don't deserve you." He says.

"Don't say that! Jace I forgave you along time ago for that. You don't have to keep apologizing. And I am the one who doesn't deserve you. I can't even believe how lucky I am to have found you. You changed my life for the better. Before you I didn't even know who I was - literally - I was just this mundane girl living in a world full of lies. You opened my eyes to a world that I did not see. You made me fall in love with you and I could not be any happier right now. Jace I-" before I could finish someone knocked on the door.

"Luke" I say.

"Hey Clary" he says.

"What are you doing here?" I say.

"I just wanted to apologize on behalf of your mother. She didn't mean what she said." He says.

"She sure sounded like it" I say.

"Just give her time to let in sink in" he says. "Oh and before leave, I just wanted to say congratulations to both of you. You will make wonderful parents"

"Thanks Luke. That means a lot to me coming from you." I say giving him a hug.

"No problem. I should probably go and try to calm your mother down" he says. "By Clary, bye Jace."

"Bye Luke" we both say.

"Why don't we go downstairs, you didn't really let Maryse give her reaction" Jace says.

"Okay..." I say.

We walk downstairs to see Maryse sitting on the couch. She sees us and gets up. "Hey guys.." She says. "Are you alright Clary??"

"Ya...I'm getting there" I say.

"I just want to congratulate you guys. You may be a little young but you guys will make amazing parents." She says.

"Thanks! That means a lot to me after what my mom said! I say.

"Thank you Maryse for understanding" Jace says.

"No problem guys. I am here to help if you need anything" she says.

I am sort of relieved that 2/3 parents are okay with but I am still really upset about how my mom reacted to it. I need her in my life after all that happened with her being kidnapped and in a magical coma, I can't lose her.
