Clary's POV

I couldn't sit there anymore. I got up and ran outside. As I left I realized that it was pouring rain. I couldn't run that fast since I was wearing 6-inch heels.

"Clary!!" I hear Jace yell. I tried to run faster but couldn't. He grabbed my arm and said "why didn't you tell me?"

"I was going to...that day. I found out that day. I was so excited to tell you that I was pregnant but then I saw you kissing another girl and...you broke my heart into a thousand pieces." I started to cry.

"You could have told me when you came back" he says.

"I couldn't. I could barely look you in the eyes without balling my eyes out or wanting to run into your arms and kiss you.." I was interrupted by Jace's lips on mine. I didn't know what to do...I didn't want to pull away. I put my hands through his hair and he put his hands on my waist.

"I love you Clary Fray. I never stopped loving you. You are my everything" he whispers to me.

"I love you to Jace" I say back. We kept kissing for a while not caring that it is pouring rain and we are both soaking wet.
