As Christine's train arrived in Leningrad she looked out and saw the beautiful country side. Christine stepped off the train and made her way to Leningrad headquarters. As Christine walked through the city she could see it changed since the last time she was here. Some of the buildings were destroyed due to the war, other ones seemed untouched. She walked throu the street and saw family's sitting and looking like they haven't eaten in weeks. A tear slid down her cheek, Christine missed the old Saint Petersburg she knew and loved.

When she made it to headquarters she checked in, got her uniform, and supplies. As she was finishing checking in she heard someone walk up behind her.

"Christine?"
She turned and came face to face with her husband.
"Gleb!"
She hugged him so tight she thought she might strangle him.
Gleb kisses her forehead and hugged her tightly.
"You look amazing."
Gleb said admiring her newly cut hair and red dress.
"You look... stronger."
Christine said a little shocked at how build he had gotten.
"Your hair it's different. I like it" He said with a smile noticing her newly cut hair.
"I like yours as well." She said playing with the longer strands. 
"I've missed you." Gleb said staring in to her gorgeous light blue eyes.
"I've missed you too."  Christine said outing her hand on his cheek. Gleb leaded in to her loving touch enjoying every second he was with her.
"I love you so much Gleb. I was so worried about you."
"I love you too." Gleb said leaning in and kissing Christine gently on her red lips.

"Miss. Vaganova?" The man from behind the front desk asked.
"Yes?" Christine said pulling away from Gleb a little embarrassed.
"The commanding officer would like to see you and your husband."
"Ok Thank you." She said nervously.
