Gleb's POV
As me and Christine walked into the commanding officers office I could tell Christine was very nervous. We walked in hand in hand.
"Hello General Vaganov and Lieutenant Vaganova."
We both nodded.
"Miss. Vaganova we are very happy that you volunteered to come to help our troops."
"The pleasure is all mine." Christine said with a smile.
"The reason I have called you in today is to Discuss how having a husband and wife on the front lines will work. First thing Christine you will be wearing Russian clothing so the nazi don't think you came her to work. Second Gleb I know that you care about this woman next to you but if she should get hurt or injured you can't stop leading your team you need to press forward. Understood?"

"Yes, sir."

"Next thing, Christine you will be staying at camp with your husband and his troops. Food and sleep are things you will have to deal with. I'm sure you have already delt with that in England."

"Yes I did."

"Well that will be all. Good luck out there."

"Thank you sir." We both said as we exited.

"Would you like to meet the men?"

"Yes." She said with a smile.
We both left headquarters hand in hand and went back to camp.
