Maki told me that her parents are moving and they told her she would be transferring schools.

"Why are you transferring to another school" I said

"Looks like my parents said that they want us to live in the city" she said

Man I was about to cry when Maki told me the news but I held back my tears

"Hey maki where are you and your parents gonna move to" i said

"Thought about living in Tokyo" she said

"Well I hope that meet again in the future" I said

"Yeah" she said

"Hey (Y/N)"

"Yeah" I said

"Theirs something I want to give you before I leave" she said

"What is it" i said

Maki gave me this red hair clip so I put it in my hair. So she can remember me when we meet again in the future.

Maki's pov

Well it's been a while since I saw (Y/N) and now I'm attending otonokizaka high now.

Huh I wonder what (Y/N)'s been doing since I left five years ago.

I look out the window thinking and not paying attention of what the teacher says

Alright class we have a new student today sensei said

Huh a new student? I said to myself in confusion

Alright you can come in now sensei said

I see a (e/c) eyed girl with (h/c) hair and a red hair clip in her hair walk into the classroom. I was surprised and saw who the new student was it was (Y/N).

The teacher said you can come in

I open the door and I hear whispers among the students about me but it didn't matter.

Hi my name is (Y/N) (L/N). I told the class and gave them a smile

After I said that some of the students started screaming and tell me that I was so cute.

One students stand up and look at me.

"(Y/N) is that you" Maki said

"Maki" I said

"Wait you two know each other" the whole class shouted.

Alright class calm down. Ok (L/N)-san would you like to sit next to nishikino-san

"Ok" I said

Then I guided myself to my seat next to Maki and then the lesson started.

Timeskip (bell rings for break)

Maki's pov

"Hey (Y/N) want me to show around the school" I said

"Yeah"

"Our last stop will be the roof ok" I said

Maki showed me around the school and first stop we hit was the student council room

Maki opened the door and I saw two girls in there one had blonde hair tied in a ponytail and the other one had purple hair tied into pigtails.

"Hey maki-chan who is that" Eli said

"Eli, Nozomi this is (Y/N)" Maki said

"Hi (Y/n)-chan" Eli said

" Hi Eli" I said

"Well we're leaving see ya" Maki said

"See you"Eli and Nozomi said

While me and maki were walking down the hall and talking how long it has been since we saw each other in a while I see three girls with dark red bow-ties "I guess they are second years"I said. "Yeah" Maki said.

Then one of them came up to me and maki.

"Hey maki-chan" honoka said

"What Baka" Maki said

"Your so mean maki-chan" honoka said

"Whatever" Maki said while twirling a piece of her hair.

"Anyways Maki who is that" Umi said

"Oh sorry" Maki said

"Guys this is (Y/N) my childhood friend" Maki said

"Childhood friend" They said

"Yeah I known her for 5 years" Maki said

"Anyways (Y/N) let's go" Maki said

"Yeah"

I waved and bowed to the second years and left to catch up with maki.

"Where to next" I asked

"The music room" she said

Me and maki walk inside the music room and I see piano right in front of us.

"Hey why don't play the piano for me" I whispered in her ear

"What" she said while blushing

"I asked you to play the piano"

"Huff fine just this once"

When I got in a seat maki sat on the chair and opened the piano. She started playing and I was so amazed by her piano skills.

After maki was done playing I went up to her

"Wow that was amazing maki"

"Yeah whatever" she said while twirling her hair.

"Anyways on to the roof"she said

"Yeah"

Maki's pov

After we got out the music room we were on our way to the roof

What going on with me. I said

My heart keeps beating faster when I'm around (Y/N)

I know it's been 5 years since I last saw her but something is telling me in my heart that I have feelings for her.

Maybe I should confess to her when we get to the roof.

"Hello earth to Maki-chan"(Y/N) said

"Huh"

"Are you okay you've been spacing out" (Y/N) said

"It's okay I'm fine"

"Anyways we are almost at the roof"(Y/N) said

"Yeah"

"We're here" I said

I opened the door to the roof top then closed it behind me.

When me and maki got to the roof Maki closed the door behind her.

I was admiring the view but then someone called me

"(Y/N)" Maki said

"Yeah mak-"

I felt something soft pressed against my lips and it was Maki's.

"Maki was that a confession"

"Yeah, but I don't think you would accept your childhood friends feelin-"

I kissed Maki back and she was blushing shades of red.

"I missed you maki"

"I missed you too (Y/N)"

"Will you be with me forever"

"Yes I will" Maki said
