Kotori's POV

"Honoka~Chan!!" I yell as she splashes me with water, making me go down on the ocean floor slightly

"Kotori, you really need to learn to swim better" said Umi

"What good would that do Umi~Chan?" said Honoka

We were on tour and we stopped at Uchiura. It was a small, but beautiful town by the ocean. Me, Honoka and Umi decided to swim in the ocean while the other girls went shopping.

"I'm just saying that because I worry about you okay?!" said Umi while blushing slightly

"Fine, fine~" said Honoka while laughing

"But how am I going to do it?" I asked

"There's a girl who runs a shack and a scuba gear shop, she'll help you" said Umi while pointing to a girl with blue hair in a high ponytail

I got up and then started to head to the little shack.

Kanan's POV

I sighed softly to myself as I gathered up the past customer's scuba gear. Another day was still the same. I loved my job, but it's sometimes boring.

"U-um, hello?" said a voice

I look back behind my shoulder to see a girl with gray-ish hair.

"Hello? Need anything?" I ask her

"U-um, my friends say that you help with swimmers sometimes, so I was wondering, could you help me?" she asked

"Normally, I don't do that, but I'll help you" I say while smiling at her

The girl smiled at me, I approached her and we walked out of the shack together. I took her to a part of the ocean that didn't have any people by it.

"What's your name?" I asked

"M-minami Kotori" she said shyly

"Nice to meet you, the name's Matsuura Kanan" I said

I took of my scuba suit and was now in my bikini.

"Let's head into the water!" I said

I walked into the water with Kotori behind me. We started to swim deeper.

"So what parts do you not know?" I asked

"Well, I know how to properly swim. It's just that sometimes I loose my trace of breath when I go underwater and panic easily in the water sometimes" said Kotori

"Don't worry, I'll show you. I had a lot of trouble with those problems when I first started swimming"

~A few minutes later~

"Are you sure that this is safe?" asked Kotori

"I'm sure!" I said while carrying Kotori in the water bridal style

"This will help me control my breathing underwater?"

"Yep!"

"Alright, I'm ready"

"Good! Three, two one!"

I pushed myself underwater with Kotori, stayed there for a few seconds and went up for air again.

"Better?" I asked Kotori

"Yup! Usually I get water up my nose when I did that but nothing happened this time!" said Kotori while smiling

"Glad that helped"

"Arigato Kanan~Chan!" said Kotori

"No problem" I say while dropping her gently into the water

We swam back to shore, her friends were waiting for her over there as well. Her friends were quiet delighted to know that Kotori did a great job. I waved her goodbye. But something seemed familiar about her name and how she looked. I went on my phone to search up her name. I ran back out as fast as I could and hugged Kotori behind her back.

"Good luck with the concert in a few days!" I said to her

"You figured it out" she said while laughing

"It took me a while, I'm so dumb" I said while laughing

Kanan: It was actually sorta sweet
