Okay okay okay, I promise this is the last chapter until after Christmas...

After that airplane ride, which I'm pretty sure costed a lot, we then rented a mini-van and Mari drove us to the place we'd be staying. When high schoolers go to the mountains for vacation you know what that means?

Lots of comedy for people watching the anime... and hot springs...

All jokes aside we all got to the inn. I mean you can't really call it a hotel, so I'll just call it a room. When we went to check in however we got some news.

"Sorry there was a mistake in the booking," the owner bowed, "so there's only one room."

I see exactly where this was going. I was going to strangle the old lady and remind her that she doesn't have to do this to every high school group that's got a girls and a guy.

"But we can upgrade you to a bigger room." she offered.

Mari looked at Dia, who looked at me. I shrugged and looked at the others, they just nodded.

"Okay, we'll take it."

The room was actually pretty big, we all threw our stuff around the room. There was enough room to start organizing. 

"Alright let's all set up, first years you set up futons, second years grab the other stuff downstairs, and we'll set up our food and clothes and stuff." Dia instructed.

We all nodded and went to do our jobs.

It was about five o'clock when we finished, before Dia let us go run around until dinner, we needed some ground rules.

"Alright, rule number one, always have someone with you, rule number two, don't be stupid," she looked straight at me on that one, "and number three, don't talk to creepy old dudes, except for you," she nodded at me, "you can talk to any guy you want."

"I don't know whether to be glad or sad." I responded.

"Oh and one more thing." she stopped us, "We need to figure out this futon situation..."

"What about it?" I asked.

"We can't let you sleep outside or in one of the corners, it's only spring and you'll freeze to death." she commented.

I was still a little lost, then it hit me, "Ohhhhh..." I nodded.

"Anyone want me to send Satan to make it hotter?" Yoshiko asked.

"Shut up zura."

"I'm just trying to help!" she protested.

"For that, you sleep next to him." Kanan answered.

"Eh? Why don't you?" Yoshiko shot back.

"Because you just suggested that Satan make this place hot as hell." Mari said.

"I say we all sleep next to him." she countered. "Everyone lines their futon next to his!" 

"No!" Riko said, "We're not letting this pervert anywhere near us while we sleep."

"You guys realize I can hear you right?" I tilted my head to the side.

"Let him sleep outside!" You chanted. "If he dies, he dies."

"Again, I'm right here..." I sighed.

"Ruby thinks we should all just take turns sleeping next to him." Ruby chimed into the conversation.

"Glad you suggested that Ruby, do you want to go first zura?" Hanamaru asked.

"Ruby doesn't want to sleep next to an animal." she nodded.

"Hold on, why are you talking about yourself in third person view? Also I'M STILL HERE!!!" I yelled.

Absolutely ignored... 

After another five years of arguing they finally decided that Ruby's idea was the best. And we finally were able to go outside.

Chika had been surprisingly quiet during the whole thing. Maybe she wasn't feeling so good. 

"Hey Chika?" I asked her.

"Y-yeah?" she said a little surprised to hear her name.

"Are you feeling okay?" 

She nodded and scratched her head, "I think I'm a little jet-lagged still." she grinned.

Maybe, we did pass two different time zones. But jet-lag normally makes you sleepy. She didn't look sleepy. Something was definitely on her mind.

Whatever it was, I thought we'd help take it off her mind. I gathered the other two second years. 

"Alright," I started, "Tomorrow we're gonna take Chika's mind off of whatever so any suggestions on what to do?"

"Maybe she's thinking about the move." Riko said thoughtfully.

"We could take her rock climbing..." You suggested.

I nodded, "But Riko are you able to do it?" 

"Are implying that because I'm a rule follower and get perfect grades that I can't have fun?"

"Yes, that is exactly what I'm saying." I sighed.

"I'll show you, we're doing it, no matter what." she said confidently.

After that we had dinner, courtesy of Mari. Well if you count the cup noodles that she found. It was now about seven and the sun was going down.  

We all stretched and thanked Mari for the food. Dia was reading through the brochure of the place. "Hey apparently the bath is a hot spring..."

"That'll be relaxing." Kanan smiled.

"How does the water even get hot?" Yoshiko asked, "Are there any demons I can't see?" 

"No zura, obviously it's science." 

"Please," I begged, "No school while on vacation." 

"I agree," Dia said surprising everyone, "We should all take this time to hang out because unfortunately, we all only have about two months after this before we leave." 

Two months?

As in sixty days?

Then we would one hundred percent make the most out of this time. And maybe I'd confess, the only problem is do I tell them all or just one of them?

The thought still struck me as I went to go take a bath. The girls had already left to go there. 

I followed the directions and found the changing area. I then opened the curtain with my towel and stepped outside to the hot springs.

"PERVERT!" was what I was greeted by along with a buckets being thrown at me.

What an actual pain... I wonder what type of situation I had gotten myself into this time...

Another quickie everyone! Merry Christmas! This is the final chapter before Christmas so I wanted to wish you all Merry Christmas!

I love you all and this really has been the greatest months of my life writing for you all and being a part of a community here on wattpad!

I hope you've all been enjoying the book because I'm gonna say it right now there aren't that many chapters left...
