Btw I will be marking this story as mature due to the content that is featured in this story. You may have to follow me to see some chapters. I would rather not be deleted for not following Wattpad's guidelines lmao

The air was so cold, it was causing goose bumps to spread all over on Louis' skin, he let out a groan, moving his body to try cuddle into Harry to gather the alpha's body warmth. He could feel the alpha's body next to him and let himself smile in contentment.
Louis
He brushed the sound of his name off and willed himself to try and get some more sleep, snuggling into Harry.
Louis
His eyes flew open and he sat up to look around the tent. There was no one there but him and Harry but he knew he had to at least check it out. Louis could now see that the reason why it was so cold was that the front of the tent was zipped completely open.
Louis shivered violently before standing to his feet to climb outside of the tent. It was still extremely dark, most likely 12 or 1 in the morning. Everyone was quietly asleep in their sleeping quarters so Louis was making sure to be as quiet as possible.
Louis knew that the alpha had been struggling to sleep, probably due to Harry's worry about the great threat that was coming for them so the last thing he wanted to do was wake him up and worry him.
"Hello?" Louis whispered, hoping that what he had heard earlier was nothing so that he could return back to the warmth of his and Harry's shared tent. There was no response so Louis continued to walk through the dark camp.
It was incredibly quiet, the only noises that Louis could pick out were the wind rustling the trees and the croaking and screeches of the animals in the woods. Louis had been used to staying in the middle of the woods like this his whole life but this was different.
The small hunter gathered a torch that he spotted on a close by table, just in case he needed it. There was still no sign of anyone that could have called out his name and Louis was now starting to believe that maybe he was just starting to go a bit crazy. Maybe the stress of the new threat was finally getting to him.
Louis made his way to the edge of the camp, frowning when he spotted a small light coming through the trees. It was the direction of the Pack House, the path that he had taken with Harry and the others to reach the Silencer's camp. There was a feeling in the pit of his stomach, telling him, willing him not to go any closer but he did.
As the hunter kept walking, the closer the light was. Louis couldn't quite make out yet what the source of the light was. He only prayed that it was just a figment of his imagination and nothing sinister of any kind prowling in the woods. Louis' feet came to a stop, spotting someone sitting on a log on the path in front of them, the person's back facing them.
"Hello, who's there?" Louis asked, his voice was coming out in an almost whisper. This feeling of pure fear was such a new concept to him. Louis was so used to be this strong, skilled hunter that everyone looked up to but he was vulnerable presently, his lack of sleep due to his guilt was overcoming him and he wasn't at his top strength.
The figure slowly turned to face Louis causing the hunter's eyes to widen at the sight in front of him. It was Niall. Louis listened as Niall let out a shudder of breath, one of his hands clutching on his stomach. The memory of his dream that he had when he had killed Harry began to play in his mind like a film. He remembered the gasp for air that the alpha had made.
"Niall, what's happening? Please tell me this isn't real," Louis collapsed to his knees in front of the omega at the sight of his best friend. The person who had been there for him the most.
"Louis, why?" Niall questioned, tears falling from his eyes before focusing on Louis' hands. Just like the dream he had experienced before, his hands were covered in blood and the torch that he had been holding was, in fact, a knife.
"Baby, please wake up."
Louis sat up with a gasp, almost choking on the tears that were streaming down his face. His entire body was shaking as he sobbed. He could feel himself be wrapped into a tight, warm hug and he quickly held onto the arm of who was holding him, instantly calming down when he smelt the familiar homey smell that was Harry.
"I need to get up and see Niall," Louis informed, attempting to get out of Harry's embrace. The alpha shook his head and tightened his arms around the smaller boy.
"You just scared the shit out of me, let me hold you for a bit," Harry commanded. Louis sighed before nuzzling his face into Harry's chest, letting the alpha's smell calm him down more.
"I just had plans with Niall and I don't want to be late," Louis quickly lied. He needed to check if the omega was okay. He certainly didn't want to worry Harry with his dreams if they meant nothing. Finally, Harry reluctantly loosened his hold on Louis, allowing him to pull away from the hug with no problem.
"Would you like me to come?" Harry questioned. The hunter gave him a soft smile, caressing his cheek with his head and leaning up to press a delicate peck on the alpha's lips.
"It's okay, I'm sure you have a few things you need to work out with Liam," Louis answered. Harry pressed another kiss to Louis' lips before standing to his feet and helping Louis do the same.
The hunter was for once thankful that he had slept in proper clothing and not his pyjamas because he was now desperately wanting to see Niall check how he was, scared because the dream, much like the one about Harry, felt way too real to him.
"And you're sure you're okay?" Harry asked, concern laced in his tone. Louis gave him a nod before sighing out a breath of relief, "I'll see you this afternoon then, baby."
Louis waved him off before quickly putting on his boots and making his own way out of the tent. The hunter was looking around frantically for his best friend. He broke into a sprint when he finally spotted the blonde haired omega, almost knocking him flying when he wrapped his arms around him. Niall let out a yelp of surprise but hugged back nonetheless.
"Hi, Lou," Niall greeted before trying to back away from the tight hug. Louis tensed his arms around him, fighting back the tears that attempted to fall.
"You're okay," Louis murmured, finally allowing Niall to step back. The omega let out a playful laugh.
"Maybe mentally, however, physically I think I have gained a few pounds," Niall joked playfully. Louis laughed tearfully before shaking his head.
"You're the fucking best," Louis replied. Niall raised his eyebrow.
"You're complimenting me," The omega pointed out, "What did I do to deserve this?"
"Don't worry about it. Now I was thinking I could teach you some self-defence, just for your safety with all this shit that is going on," Louis suggested. He was happy that his best friend was okay but he needed to ensure that Niall would stay that way.
"I would love to but Liam would never let me. He thinks I'll never need it," Niall said with a shrug. Louis gave him a cheeky wink.
"What Liam doesn't know can't hurt him right?" Louis inquired.
"Well, I mean it would hurt him if I used said self-defence on him-"
"Okay, the main thing today that I am going to teach you is how to throw a punch," Louis interrupted watching as Niall gave him a nod. Louis looked around them making sure that no one was in sight.
"And we are keeping this from Liam, right?" Niall questioned. The omega hated keeping things from his mate but he knew that it was necessary if he wanted to learn how to protect himself against what was yet to come. Liam was way too protective, so adamant that in a time of danger that he would protect Niall.
"If that's what you really want then I have no problem with that," Louis answered. Niall gave the hunter a thankful smile, happy that he had a friend like Louis that could help him out with this.
"Thank you for doing this," Niall said. Louis waved a hand at him dismissively. It was almost like he needed to teach Niall these things, he needed to give the omega the means to protect himself.
"Don't even worry about it," Louis stated, "Okay so step one, always make sure that your thumb is outside of your fist."
Niall frowned, "What happens if I don't do that?"
"You'll break your thumb," Louis explained before laughing, "So yeah, we don't do that. "
Niall narrowed his eyes, clenching his hand into a fist, making his sure to tuck his thumb outside and throwing a punch into the air experimentally, "Where is the best place to punch?"
"So there are seven good places to punch altogether but I'll teach you about the three most effective ones today," Louis told the omega, "If you're looking to just disorientate them quickly then a square punch to the nose is the best option. The nose is also connected to your eyes through the tear ducts, meaning damage to the nose often will bring whoever you punch to tears, thus, temporary loss of vision which is the best advantage to have during a one-on-one confrontation."
"Oh, okay, shit," Niall let out a nervous laugh.
"Do you want to give it a try?" Louis wondered. Niall's eyes widened.
"Do I want to try... punching you in the nose? Harry would kill me," Niall shook his head in disbelief. Louis shrugged his shoulders, deciding that maybe today's lesson would be more theory than practical.
"Okay, another one that is really good is the chin or jaw. Luckily, this doesn't need to be terrifically accurate to knock someone out. Hitting someone with a good smack to the chin or jaw can cause enough trauma that the brain will actually bounce inside the skull and momentarily shut down," Louis educated with a smile.
"You're really enjoying this," Niall pointed out.
"Do you want me to use you like a demonstration?" Louis raised his eyebrows daringly.
"Carry on, Sensai Tomlinson."
"And the third one is a classic punch to the throat. This can be used as a last resort. The larynx is another word for the voice box and it as fragile as tissue paper so it doesn't take a lot of force to really hurt someone or potentially kill someone with a good hit," Louis enlightened. Niall's eyes widened.
"Holy shit," Niall said with an anxious chuckle.
"They are the main ones that will help you if you ever need to protect yourself," Louis stated, letting out a yelp when Niall quickly wrapped his arms around the smaller boy for a hug.
"Thank you, Louis," Niall's voice was muffled by his face nuzzled into Louis' chest. The hunter smiled, rubbing the omega's back soothingly.
"I'll always protect you, Niall," Louis replied. Niall gave him a bright smile.
"Louis!"
Both Niall and Louis snapped their heads in the direction of the voice to see that it was Harry, Liam and the Winchester brothers making their way towards them.
"What's going on?" Niall wondered with eyebrows furrowed.
"Jade was just contacted," Liam explained before glancing over at Harry. Louis and Niall both exchanged looks, the pair still confused about what was happening.
"Contacted by who?" Louis listened as Harry took a deep breath.
"It was my mum," Harry informed. Louis stepped forward placing a hand on the alpha's forearm and softly stroking it with his thumb.
"What's going on? Is she okay?" Louis inquired quietly, just attempting to comfort Harry as it was obvious he was upset.
"We have to go back to Bloodmoon."
Question: What do you think will happen next?
