Hello and good day or night, I hope you've been having a good week and sorry for not uploading Friday and I hope you can forgive me.

Anyway this is the 10th Ch. and well done to those of you who've enjoyed this book and ya so thank you for reading.

"Wow man, wow this just so good. I haven't been here for ages and it feels so good, if I remember correctly it was your birthday I once went to when we came."

"Hey guys sorry I took so long but I'd forgotten my swim suit and had to buy a new one so ya."

I looked up too see Tina in a 2 piece swim suit and she was stunning I couldn't stop staring and she seemed to notice cause she started to blush.

I didn't realize she was that stunning but clothes or swim suit she was still beautiful, I suddenly saw Fran kinda giggle.

He's suck a kid when he wanted to be but he was still a good guy regardless and I trust him with my life.

I helped Tina into the pool and she must've missed the last step cause she fell into me and we landed into the water. We tried to not put our heads under as it was one of the rules at the spa and pool.

If it was my mistake well then their forgiving (most of the time) but I didn't want to take my chances.

After a few minutes the 3 of us started talking and I was enjoying every minute but have you ever gotten the feeling someones watching you?

And half of the time you're dead on the mark? Well that was the same with me more though this person didn't look menacing. 

He seemed to be gesturing for me to go to a spot where people were just chilling but it was in a more secluded area.

I decided to just go with the flow.

"Hey Fran I'm going to get some refreshments you you interested?" 

I said it in an deliberate way and with an odd undertone which he knew full well meant I need him to go some where with me.

I was glad he understood what I was say and so he spoke in his normal enthusiastic voice.

"I'll join you as we can get some food while we're at it as well. Don't worry we'll be back soon Tina in the mean time you can go hangout with our mothers. 

This is just so no jerk is going to come on too you. and make you feel unsafe and we should only be like 10 minutes at the most."

She seemed to pout a little but nodded.

"Okay, see you guys soon, oh and I want an orange Fanta."

"Sure thing T."

She looked a little taken aback but she then fired back.

"Whatever D, don't forget my order you."

I didn't have a response.

"Dude don't argue because I learnt the hard way that women always win so don't bother or she'll just but you as a man to shame."

He said all of this with a forced straight face which was failing him big time. We walked to the snakes area and there were a few chairs and tables and then he asked.

"Davy what's going on?"

I waited a second before I spoke to be sure no one was listening. I whispered and he thankfully did the same.

"I feel I'm being followed, I don't know why but I feel it could be the person who's been acting cryptic or it's the  chaos thing  he was talking about.

I keep seeing a persons eyes from like a mile away and it's creeping me out man. I really just want to relax that's al-"

I was cut off by a 'pssss' sound and sitting at a table was a guy around our age and he had dark brown curly hair.

He gestured for us to come over to him, we did and did it, careful not to do anything that could be life threatening. Obviously we had no clue who this person was.

We sat down and the dude did a few takes before he began to speak.

"We finally meet Davy and Davy's friend, I've been keeping an eye on you guys as of recent as I've found out from a few of Nelly's ex's that she has a brother that works here.

It's awful to believe it I know but just so you know he recently got out of prison and has started a job here as a bar tender.

If your parents wish to go to the bar don't follow because she and him are very close like really close. I say this only because I'm looking out for you Davy.

Also she will be coming here as I heard her speak to one of her friends and I recorded it so you can believe me."

Just like that he pulled out his phone and it had the recording on it. And what I heard set me on edge.

"Hey Lucy, listen you know how me and Davy broke up well I want to try and see him and fix things so I'm going to Hanmer Springs as he was going there for a family holiday.

Anyway my brother also works there now and sooo I want to see him too and maybe he can help me get Davy back no matter what.

I love him but I really just don't want that little bitch Tina I think her name is getting it on with him as Davy is the only man I want to f**k and also make him my loyal dog.

"Nelly as much as I want to help... I can't because that's awful. Why can't you just move on? If h likes someone else it's your fault for cheating on him.

"It's only because you've never been dumped by a guy as it's always been you dumping them. When he broke up with you, you hated it but hey if I was him and you cheated on me I'd have done the same thing.

"I just wish you'd leave the sweet guy alone as he's always been liked by girls at school but Fran was always there which was blocking our view of him.

"But that aside I'm with the other girls, we're always going to be team Davy. Sorry Nelly but I don't approve of what you're doing and don't want to associate myself with someone like you especially because it's Davy.

"Again I'm sorry but if you're going to really try that then I'm sorry but we cant be friends, after all me and a few others were rooting for you guys finally not being enemies. 

But after you cheating 5 times or even more for I know. We would hate you two being a thing as he doesn't deserve you."

"You know what! Screw you and the other b**h's."

And the call ended I was stunned because I never knew that the girls at school even took interest at all in me.

The person more in shock was Fran who's face had shock written all over it, if he was a character his jaw would be on the ground.

But I thought back to what she said about making me her dog and her knowing about my winter plans about the springs.

I wanted to vomit, why me of all people I just want to know how this guy even got that conversation. 

I took a closer look at him even though his eyes were looking to the hot spas area but I still clicked as to who it was. Who W.A was and I was a little taken by it.

"Wade Andrews the II?"

He looked at me and nodded with a smirk on his face and Fran must have heard it too because he looked surprised as did I.

"I was an ex of Nelly's but I knew a man like you didn't deserve to stay with her, you see I want to be a investigator one day and I decided to save young men from her like you for example.

On my files I found you have never dated before and aren't the best at actually understanding romance but you're a whiling human.

But some of our people assumed you were gay as you and Fran were always very close some agreed it was bromance and others say you're in a relationship.

Now the guys called it bromance and the girls said gay but I want to know from you guys truthfully what you are to each other.

Just so we're clear I won't judge but I need to know as I have profiles on everyone and I'm also training at the moment on interrogation too as I'm taking on a few rules that involve cracking down on crime sooooo spill."

I was a little taken aback, first of all I was straight as far as I knew and I've never seen guys in that way so... Wait why does he need to know what gender I like since when is it anyone's business?

I was not going to say as he didn't need to know, Fran on the other hand decided he would talk and I wasn't at all surprised.

"In all honesty you don't need to know what gender I'm into but let's just put it this way, me and him are childhood friends and all through that time if I was to date anyone it would be him. 

"I would've done it years ago but unfortunately I have only ever had interest in girls so you can take what you want from this. 

I didn't actually say as you don't need to know that question as you're not a real law protector yet are you?"

"I have to agree with Fran or though I'm not interested in the same gender at all so if you could just tell us what your real plan is for our issue then that would be great."

He was silent and I could see he wanted to push it further but instead he dropped it and never brought it up again.

So he laid out the plan, me and Fran would be normal around everyone but be wary of our surroundings making sure not to bump into my ex's brother which I didn't want. 

I wouldn't even wish her on my worst enemy as that would be took awful to watch and so I would rather show a bit of heart rather than me a cold heartened human.

When we got back we had a minute to spear and so we managed to get some hot food and all 3 of us sat down and just tried to be warm with out side heaters that kept out the winter cold.

The night started to get darker and after an hour we got back into to spa, during the rest of the time Tina and I some how were sitting even closer than usual. My heart race speed up for some stupid reason.

I was hoping nothing dreadful happened during our time here and hoped my ex would get sick and not show up.

After all I know had to protect Tina at all costs because she seemed to be the target at this point and time and I wasn't taking my chances on leaving her by herself.

As I moved a little she ended  up moving to were our skin touched just a bit but my body shivered a bit I had the erg to pull her in closer. 

Then with out thinking I pulled her into my lap and she seemed to relax into me and she seemed to let a out a small content sigh. 

We just stayed like that for a while and I was starting to feel more closer to her but why?

Hey reader sorry I didn't upload Friday I was just really tired and had no motivation and didn't know what to do for this chapter but none the less hope you enjoyed.
